Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service in Oviedo

Lack of communication on the part of Massey resulted in a rapid and unstoppable spread of chinch bugs. This will result in re-sodding entire yard. Their customer service is actually customer no-service. Very disappointed!

Massey did a fantastic job fixing my sprinkler system. They discovered things that others have not so I thought he did an excellent job since I don’t understand about the sprinklers and I have to have him come over and set it for me. I can’t really tell you the exact thing that he did, but I was very pleased with his service, he really knew what he was doing and what he was talking about

Chris Z. came to do a termite inspection and did a thorough job. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. He looked at every spot in my house to find any potential threats from termites in my house. Thank you Chris!!! Great job and see you at the next inspection.

Inside pest control is great . I've had there service for over 6 years . When I replaced my lawn and needed somebody to maintain it. I thought of Massey. Live and learn , horrible. How could one division be so well managed , and the other so poorly. Lawn care , you call them to set u an appointment, you agree on the date not the time. Because they won't tell you am or pm . Then the day comes and they don't show up . No phone call , no text no nothing. Then they show up a day or two later , when they want to. This has happened 3 times in 2 years. I had 2 company's trying to get my business, they both told me I had chinch bugs. I remembered my tech telling the same thing . So I asked them to come out and check it out. But like I said they never showed up, for the appointment. I wish I had read the reviews, there horrible. Get off Massey's site and do a little searching. You'll see what I mean . Don't trust they idea if there good at one thing, they should be good at the other. With Massey it's not true . If you use there service , given time . I cànt wàit to read your one star review

I’m really happy with the service Tracey and Rock provided. Tracey inspected my irrigation system and talked through all my issues and provided great recommendations. Really liked the professionalism from her and Rock. I also want to thank them for waiting on me since I was working from home and in some intense meetings I was stuck on. I highly recommend Massey for all your lawn needs.

Austin is our lawn guy, and he is a pleasure to work with. He always calls the night before so I can discuss any issues with him (usually there are none) and he always shows up on time. He's professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He's a pleasure to work with and is a great representative for Massey. Happy to have Austin looking after my lawn!
