They keep hitting my plants and have offered no replacements while the plants are surrounded by fencing and the only reason I have to use them is because it is provided by the HOA UPDATE: I am updating this review to say I have contacted the owner like the response said and we worked out a good solution to the issue and everything was very professionally done.
I have several rental properties and Ben came by personally and put together a package deal that saved me time and money. I look forward to having Ben's company do the work. Very friendly and personable!
I contacted Pinnacle Lawn Care to come to my home to provide a consultation for some large newly planted Arborvitae, showing browning. I was concerned for their continued care. I was told over the phone there would be no charge for the initial consultation. On the day of my appointment (past the time of the appointment), I was called by the contact who stated he was late (yes, I know) and there would be a fee. When I stated that was not what had been arranged at the time of appointment, the contact said he would go ahead and come as agreed upon... he was a no show! 30Jul20 - A knowledgeable contact came out today and reviewed all my concerns. He was very helpful so I have adjusted my review and hope we can work together in the near future.
I contacted this company to do lawn service and was quoted one price over the phone. When they were unable to complete the payment of a totally different price they contacted me like it was an issue of mines. Just ridiculous! I should have read the reviews before trying them out in the first place... what a scam!!! Thanks for your response; however, let’s just tell the full truth here... I Absolutely DID NOT request to sign up for any bi weekly or weekly services. I asked if I could try you all out. My grass had just been cut 3 days before contacting you and I didn’t necessarily like the customer service. Your crew did an ok job... never said the cut was bad. I said you tried to bill me for a price that you didn’t originally quote me. I will definitely give you all what you quoted but that is it. I didn’t appreciate your associate over the phone making it out to be my issue. How come you all couldn’t just say we apologize for the error mrs byers and we will correct it and rebill you for the price we quoted? Didn’t happen. It’s okay. I will come into your office TODAY, and personally pay you but customer service and professionalism here is key. Nobody wants to do business with people they can’t trust!
This response to my review of your company is completely false, making my decision to give you 1 star even more justified. There was NEVER an offer of replacing the pump which is what I asked for from the start. Your receptionist Paulette was completely rude and condescending to me when I spoke with her about it, and if memory serves hung up on me. And in fact you were the one who said it just needed "water rated wire nuts" on the splice and it would be fine. Response from the owner 39 minutes ago Mrs McCartney Sorry for your dissatisfaction. As you know we offered to replace the pump for you to make things right and move forward. This offer was declined. Sorry we were unable to provide a remedy for you in this instance. If given the opportunity we WILL make this right. Thank you
We used Pinnacle for a retaining wall, sprinklers, and new sod. Everything was done right (no shortcuts), on time, and on budget.
I just called to speak to the owner of the business, and the woman handling the phones hung up on me. I was trying to get some information on getting work done for my family. Her name was Paulette if I am not mistaken. I will never do business with this company, and they are very unprofessional. I suggest they get some more professional people in there. If you are looking to work with this company, i suggest ANYWHERE else.
We have used Pinnacle in the past for lawn clean up as well as servicing a water feature we have. We have had yard decor broken and the cord to the pump in our water feature clearly cut and spiced together and concealed from us. We were unaware that the cord had been cut until the GFCI started tripping...a year later. My husband has serviced the pond every spring until last year and knows that the cord had no splice in it. Of course the technician that did the job is no longer with the company and Pinnacle takes no responsibility for it implying that it had been there all along. Their solution was to simply splice it again. We will never use them for anything ever again!
