WE Landscaping Ottawa and Snow Removal in Ottawa

Not a very reliable company during peak snow season. Their response time is extremely poor and communication is not up to standards. I would expect a better job. If I am paying someone to do the job, then I would expect them to complete it properly. Yesterday morning, we were extremely dissatisfied with the job that was done. We waited till the person came in at 10 am with the snowplow. I took my car out of the driveway so he could clean it completely. However, when I came back I saw that the cleaning was done very poorly. Attached pics for your reference. I had to hand shovel the driveway myself. Would not recommend this company!

Update: The owner called me and was very understanding. He assured me a better job will be done next time, which they did.My driveway looked clean and better when I woke up in the morning! :) I'll update the review towards the end of winter to rate my overall experience with them. Not a good company for snow removal. It's a total ripoff. I paid $200 advance and man on man, all of yesterday my drive way was covered in snow. We thought they would remove it over night, but they did not. Then we thought they would remove it in the morning, they did not. We tried calling them but it kept going to voice mail. They came around 10 - 1030 am after I had to dig my car out of the snow to go to work. They also don't do refunds apparently. If you want your money's worth, probably better to go with a different company. As you can see in the picture, the house across the road also has given a contract for snow removal to someone else who did a better job. We're going with that company next time for sure. This is total ripoff! I honestly expected a better job and my whole drive way to be done, not like this.

Elyas was very friendly and open. He gave us good advice to help us choose what to do with our yard. He kept us posted with the delay that occurred because of the city. He was up front with it and honest. When we had questions and texted him, he answered almost right away. Once the job started, it took exactly the time he said it was going to be. His team cleaned everything after their job was done and Elyas dropped by to make sure everything was perfect. It turned out more beautiful than what we expected. We are very pleased with our beautiful backyard. Thanks Elyas and your wonderful team!

We removed an above ground pool and were left with a sand pit and an area under our tree that nothing would grow under. WELandscaping sodded the pool area, added a mulch garden and planted some shade bushes I had purchased. They did an excellent job and they finished it all in one day

We hired WELandscaping to put in place an interlock path along our driveway and a landing at the base of our stairs. The team provided a fair quote (and adhered to it); underook the project in a reasonable timeline; and was meticulous with putting down a proper base, leveling, placing stones, making sure everything lines up nicely, etc. We're very happy with the result and would recommend.

Waris & Elias were extremely professional in getting a fence repaired for my clients. They took on the job last minute and Im so thankful they were able to get it done in a timely manner.
