All I can say is that was amazingly good work. System was installed very well and I felt so bad that the team was working on the hottest day of the year in blazing sun. Very friendly guys. Great foreman, made sure it was all done and done right. Overall customer service from quote, to after install service has been exceptional. Only warning to future customers, your first water bill will make you cry. But having to deal with the 2 long hoses and positioning rotating sprinklers, and missing areas when watering, is all behind us now. Every inch of the yard front and back is covered.

Had Nutri-Lawn come over and do a quote and than an install for an irrigation system. The whole process was painless, and a no point they tried to push me into a decision. They offered different options, and were available to answer questions. When it came to the install, the installing team was there early in the morning, they completed the work and when it was all said and done you would not have know there was work done that day. Everything was left clean, all the grass back in place and they did a full training with me before leaving. All in all Nutri-Lawn services so far have been nothing but fantastic.

Easy to deal with

The team was very professional and clean. In all my years dealing with contractors for work around my house or business I have never seen such a great group of professional hard working guys. My yard was not an easy day by far. Much labour was involved. With that said not one guy complained. They just worked on it till it was done and continued to check in with me if everything was ok. They also made me feel so confident in there work. I would recommend these people to anyone that would ask me about arrogation installation.

I had the system put in almost 15 years ago and did so for the same basic reasons that most people do ... One: it is so very, very much easier than doing it the manual way (having to move the hose and sprinkler around your yard and do it at set intervals, etc.). Two: you are guaranteed to water all of your lawn/bushes/flowers. Three: you use less water than doing it the manual way. What I did not know when I signed up with Nutri-Lawn was the level of service that I would receive. Courteous and professional technicians, always there to answer any questions and help you with any issues. When things need to be adjusted or replaced they are there. Scheduling is always handled professionally and they always show up when they say theyre going to be there.. Excellent value for money.

I have used Nutri-Lawn for about 20 years. I have always been totally satisfied with their products and service. My neighbours always compliment me on my lawn, which is the result of Nutri-Lawns efforts. They always phone ahead of time and ensure the gates are closed to prevent our dog from escaping.

Good end product, poor customer service - I am happy with the end product, and the work. However, last year was my first year and there was multiple customer service gaps: 1- initially quoted a price, which later I had to fight to have them honour... 2- they communicated I could give a gate key and they would bring it each time (which they never did, I needed to come home from work twice) - I ended up having to leave the gate open each time. Overall, I recommend but know that the customer service may be unpredictable.

Nutri-Lawn is very clear and up front about their services and lay it all out in a detailed email. Ryan was up-front about the costs and provided great customer service. Whats nice is the guarantee to come back and re-spray with Fiesta if the first application didnt kill all the weeds - other companies come and re-inspect and its a bit of a chore did get a re-application.

This is the best company for Lawn Care and Irrigation systems. Dealing with them for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. I had a young professional staff member come to my home to do an analysis of my lawn and to provide feedback. This person, Joshua Morton, was extremely professional and provided me with alot of information for me to think about before deciding on which program for our home. 2019 Update: Decided to upgrade my circa 2003 controller to the new wifi controller. Nutri-lawn sent over Mike who is a great asset to their company. His previous experience as a tech for telecom made the installation of the new unit a breeze. Mike was able to quickly trouble shoot leaks in the system and replace a few broken heads in no time. The new wifi controller has proven to be quite good. System immediately adjusts to rain (forecast and actual working sensor) and controlling from my phone/tablet is a breeze. Excellent, but pricey, product. 2018 Update: Great winterizing service with no fuss no muss. 2017: Good prompt service for inground sprinkler systems. Service costs are reasonable as is winterizing. Only reason I took 1 star away is mostly due to lawn care services (weed control, slit seeding, etc...). Costly programs with questionable results.

We are disappointed that we cant have our regular technician. He seems to be the only one who can close down our irrigation system. Having said that we are still very pleased with their service. We have been with Nutri-lawn for many years.

Sprinkler system was installed ahead of schedule and works very well. We really like being able to control it (scheduled or manual) via our smart phones. Some parts of the lawn were chewed up a bit during the installation and we had to have them return to tamp down the uneven surfaces and reseed a few small areas. This work was done promptly although they were unable to get it as level as we would have liked. The biggest issue for us is that the flow meters that Nutri-Lawn uses are from a company named Hunter and they are very noisy. So dont have them installed anywhere under a bedroom, like they did for us, as they woke us up when the sprinklers come on in the middle of the night, as intended. It took a while to figure out how to muffle the sound. We finally ended up suspending the flow meter and pipe and lining the floor joist cavity with sound attenuating foam.

Had some issues during installation as they cut my in-ground pool plumbing. All was made right when they covered the cost of the repairs. Great irrigation system with small, discrete sprinklers. I am so happy it prevents my lawn from dying. The sun is pretty intense on some areas of our property. They also get our irrigation ready for winter every fall. Job done quickly and perfectly. Its been 6 years since we had this company install an in-ground sprinkling system; it works well if every couple of months I bring in their technician to ensure no watering heads are buried in the lawn and are still able to rise/extend in order to sprinkle their area. I also rely on the company to shut down the system every fall and to start it up every spring. Of course these services are available at a cost; I consider this a maintenance cost. All in all good service.

As always Martina is excellent to work with, she provided me with the date and time the winterization was to take place. The Nutri-Lawn Tech arrived on time to winterize my irrigation system. He was positive, upbeat and very personable. He took the time to answer any question as the irrigation system was cleared of water using the air compressor. He was a joy to deal with , as well as the other tech.

I agree with the other reviews that I have read. After having slit seeding, an irrigation system installed and their yearly fertilizing service I now have thick grass growing in back yard where for 30 years is was basically barren. Irrigation system was installed near end of June 2017, slit seeding the next day. I am impressed with the results and was pleasantly surprised by my water bill and the results on my front and back lawn.

Technician Corey Whetter came to close/winterize our Nutri-Lawn newly installed Irrigation System ( installed this Summer ). He was on time, pleasant, courteous, efficient and neat in his work, wore over shoes protectors when working from inside the house ( much appreciated ), helpful and patient in answering our questions about how the winterizing process works. Within one hour after completing the work, he called back with the answer to our follow-up question regarding the system. In our opinion, Corey went above and beyond in ensuring complete customer satisfaction. In addition, we noticed his marketing skills in promoting Nutri-Lawns winter related business , Christmas Decor. Informative and it peaked our interest. In the 4 years that we have been dealing with Nutri-Lawn both on the Lawn Care side as well as on the Irrigation side, the Nutri-Lawn staff have been terrific. Great job, Corey ! Thanks !

Frank Madore was over yesterday to winterize my irrigation system. He is positive, upbeat and very personable. He took the time to show me the location and operation of the bleeder valve on the master valve,. He then blew out my underground lines using the compressor. He gave me a low-key sales pitch on the benefits of wireless control. Always a joy to deal with him, as well as the other techs. Where do they get these competent and cheerful people?

Nutri-Lawn installed our sprinkler system approx 5 years ago. From the beginning, every employee we dealt with was professional friendly and extremely helpful. Over the years we have had some changes made to the lines (removal and additions) and the corrections were made efficiently, without any issues or problems, and the staff cleaned up nicely after themselves. In addition, we relied on them to winterize and de-winterize the system which takes away our worries and ensures the system functions smoothly during the summer months. Nutri-Lawn was a joy to deal with (Frank has been great) and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an irrigation system.

Nutrilawn is great! Weve been multi year customers with a nice, lush lawn as a result. I especially like that I get an email when a tech has visited detailing the visit and addressing any concerns. They also service our irrigation system. Were very pleased.

Nutrilawn installed an in-ground sprinkler system covering my front and back yards. The installation was quick and within a few weeks there was no evidence that the grass had been dug up. They did need to come back to install the correct controller (wi-fi) but that was done professionally as well. The system is working well and I love having control of it through my phone. They came back in the Fall to shut it down correctly. Every interaction with the company has been great. The workers are always happy to explain and show me how the system works.

He answered all of our questions thoroughly and got the blowout (shutting off to winterize the system) done promptly. Nutri-Lawn installed our sprinkler system about 4 years ago, we have them open and close our system every year. The are reliable and very friendly, I would recommend them.

The system was installed 17 years ago and over the past 5 years have been upgraded to intellisense controller and water saving heads in order to cut down on water usage. I have always found the staff responsive to my questions and concerns. They arrive on time and provide excellent service. Highly recommend them if you are considering an in-ground system
