VIP has serviced my lawn care needs for the past 9 years. Their expertise and knowledge is excellent, their service has been very responsive, and their lawn care teams are always extra helpful and respectful. I am very pleased with my lawn results, and I highly recommend this lawn care company.

I'm so happy with my lawn! My grass in the back yard mysteriously died last year, so I thought my lawn was cursed. The VIP staff are top notch - prompt and responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent service and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! When it comes to lawn service believe me when I say, VIP will not stop until the job is done and done correct. The entire workforce takes pride in their work and do a fantastic job.

VIP have treated this lawn for 32 years, and we have owned this property for the last 19 years. It has been the showcase lawn of the neighborhood, with a weed free lush green lawn. We use all their services and have had a wonderful relationship with this family owned company. Best customer service ever!

IF YOU HAVE A PET, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Paid in advance for 2019 season on May 23, 2019. (Program #2 + Seasonal Cutting) VIP was advised in advance that there was a small back-yard dog. Early on, gate left open. Called to ask that this not recur. Occurred for the second time this week (Aug 30). Thankfully a neighbor a block away found her until I could get there. Fence has working latch; does not/should not present any issue. re: quality of service. Not awful, but worse than hoped for: - requested spring dethatching. Denied. "too late in the year". - spring fertilizing: back yard was done; front was not. - perimeter weeds: They do trim, but most edge weeds are ignored. Some are a foot high now. Admittedly it's a pain ("good neighbour fence"). - general weeding. I believe it's standard: broadleaf treatment only w/decent results. All others ignored (whether clover; grass-like; in between paver stones). Just FYI. - On at least five occasions I've been left a (polite) note after cutting ... requesting I ensure all dog droppings be removed. You'ld think that was my fault (and on one occasion it was). The first came before they informed me which cutting day (Friday) would be mine. Twice more when they changed it to Thursday (no advance notice); and then when I adapted, on Friday when they for some reason changed back. One other time when they had "power aerated" (same size as dog droppings; if there was any on the ground, I certainly couldn't tell). Ask me if I feel like a VIP !??
