Very happy with the intallation of a Gemstone Lights system by GLO. Very nice people. Professional service, careful with details, clean, great quality of installation. I highly recommend them and Im planning to do business again with them for my backyard lighting. PS: I had part of the wiring done during house construction (before masonry, soffits). The rest was much simpler to install, about 2 years later. Also: nice surprise about the result, the intensity of the lights. I was expecting to see small color dots. Instead, the whole walls can be very colorful

I have to follow up to a poor review I read about Nutrilawn Ottawa. We have used Nutrilawn for 20 years and I have the nicest lawn in our neighbourhood. Always reponsive team. I hope the writer of the review did contact the owner first to express their concern before just posting away. Recommend these folks for sure.

Darius from their HO was amazing and the workers were competent and friendly.

Had slit seeding done by Nurti-Lawn. It cost my wife and I over $600. Grass looks worse than before. Discussed this with a supervisor, and all they want to do is upcharge you with other services. Very shady company. The person doing the slit seeding had no idea on how to use the machine. Bottom line, if they mess up your lawn they will not do anything to make it right. At the very least, they should be reimbursing people when their services dont work. Beware! you were warned!

I recently had GLO Lighting installed by Nitri-Lawn. I have never met such an amazing team. From Chris the gentleman who did the pricing, to the installers and Matthew who handled the admin. part, they were so professional, courteous and helpful. We were having problems using the App, user issue, not equipment problem. I sent a quick email asking Matthew for some help. Within a half hour, I had spoken with Jennifer and Chris who help sort out what we were doing wrong. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. Placed a service call with this company. They took my credit card number and said someone would be out the beginning of the next week. Then I get a call for my credit card number again as a number was transposed! I said that wasnt possible as the sales person read the number back to me. Then they never showed up cancelled 2 more time. I cancelled the service and have a cancellation number but they wont refund my money I am out $497.20 because they wont enter the refund! Now they dont answer the phone because they are too busy! I have tried for 2 days and still have not received my refund and neither has my credit card company. You seen to have your facts a little misplaced. I submitted in the request online and a gentleman called me back and was quite pleasant. The next day I received another call trying to set up the program again and asking for my credit card again. When I said I was concerned about what was happening he responded saying the numbers were transposed, so then I said I do not want the service. Then I got another call when I passed it to my husband. When you can spray across the street is doesnt make sense why you could cross the road and spray the next client. Again we are now Tuesday and I have a cancellation number but no refund confirmation number and still no records with my Mastercard!

Every spring I have a spring cleanup performed on my property. Nutrilawn calls & asks if I m interested in their lawn program & I said I wasn t sure & I would get in touch. Even though I was quite clear they went ahead & product is applied. Without my permission Nutrilawn applied fertilizer. Now they want $$$. I spoke to your company in 1 week with 3 different employees with the same message: I ll let you know if I go ahead. So no $$ for your disrespectful behaviour.

Their equipment regularly does not work. If you call, a clueless student may answer but you never get anyone who knows anything and they never fix a problem, just take your money. Go elsewhere. Very sorry to have used this absolutely horrible company. The worst.

Do not bother, better to do it yourself (there is plenty of help at Lowes, Home Depot, etc.). Initially set up a $400 service, first was charged over $900, then finally had to settle for mid $750 after a few emails and finally a phone call with a rep who only knew canned responses. The manager in the background also wasnt any better...And, my lawn looks worse than before. Overpriced...the technicians who stop by were all very good, but they were at our property for about 5 minutes. Again, I should have done the work myself. Please, Nutri-Lawn, do not respond with the usual company stuff, just leave it alone. Youve already got my money.

We called Nutrition-Lawn last year when the weeds were out of control on our lawn. Continued this year with the service and find our lawn has improved tremendously. Weeds and now cinch bugs .. when does it end? But I feel confident that with ongoing treatment things will keep getting better.

Awful service from Nutri-lawn. I booked a service 23 days ago. I have called multiple times and no one has showed up to work on my lawn yet. I recommend you look for another service supplier.

Received Nutrilush treatment, very positive experience. I personally didnt really have hope in my lawn and thought I would give it a try and I am glad I did. Got rid of all broadleaf weeds. Things to keep in mind though, make sure you water frequently, treatments can only do so much. You still need to water the grass to keep it healthy and take care of the few weeds which will start coming back slowly over time (otherwise they will take over again).

We have used Nutri-Lawn for our in lawn sprinkler system installation and regular maintenance and have been very happy with the quality of work and the team. They are always on time (or slightly early) and they are clear to communicate with us especially when we have concerns or if they need to make a change that will result in a cost because it is outside our coverage. All in all, happy.

I had some initial problems with my service, but after complaining they came out and fixed the problem and re-did the work, so I was satisfied with that. Polite customer service, but rather pricey.

FRAUD !!!!!!! Be very careful giving your credit card information to this company, I was told if I pay upfront, they offer a discount, which at the time seemed like a good way to save money, but ended up NOT being a wise thing to do. 3 fraudulent charges to my credit card, WAYFAIR. I am 100% that there is a very strong case to be made against this office. My credit card, was just shipped to me about 10 days, prior to me providing the info to Nutri-Lawn (Ottawa), I didnt share with anyone else, hadnt even use the card yet. SO...... looks like theres a RAT in the hen house. BE CAREFUL. No argument, this is a serious matter, the difference is our perspective, I am approaching it from the side, that someone tried to steal almost $15,000 from me. I am a customer who believes that any company I deal with should safe guard my information. If the company cannot or is not able to safe guard credit card information, it should offer alternate methods of payment that are safe. E-transfers are probably a reasonable safe option. I have used your companies services in the past and have never had any issues, with the quality of the work. My only concern is how my credit card information got leaked and used in fraud. Take a minute, and look at it from my position and how would you feel about it. You would feel that your trust in the company has been abused, and would be upset. As am I. As is customary, when a credit card is compromised, it is cancelled and a new card is issued, when the new card is sent, it takes 7-10 days for new card to be delivered. Another irritation ! As far as contacting Greg, if you check with your staff, I called him twice. He did attempt to call me back and I returned his call left him another message to return my call and I have not heard from him since. I did attempt to work with your manager prior to my post, but got tired of the phone tag. As far as running a reputable business, I have not said anything other than the truth, my personal information, that I provided to only one company, has been used in fraud. Factually accurate. I appreciate your position, never fun to have an issue like this come up. Maybe a great opportunity to review the processes used and safeguards in place to protect your clients.

Everyone from sales rep, estimator, and installation crew were very courteous, professional, and punctual. System was installed in three days as planned, and is working great. I was thoroughly impressed with their ability to patch the lawn; you could hardly tell they had been there.

I got the GLO lights installed by Chris and Jacob. Chris came out a few days before the installation and made sure the rail would be the right colour to match the house. They were great to work with, kept me informed about what was going on, were very professional and got the job done in no time. They took the time to show me how to use the app and play around with all the colour settings and templates. The lights look fantastic! I had a minor problem with one bulb, and they came back the next day and had it fixed. Since then everythings been smooth and our back yard looks amazing! Thanks Chris and Jacob!

UPDATE Sept 29: 4 weeks later and still no call or voice message from Nutrilawn - in spite of the owners comments. That alone speaks volumes. Similar to other feedback - I have called to cancel services two years running. And still, they send out a technician each year and then start to bill you for services NOT requested. Isnt this Negative Option Marketing? You send out emails offering the service, I ignore since I dont want it, but you proceed regardless. Ive also repeatedly asked them to stop the robo calls for glo, Mosquito buzz, etc. - but yet, IT. NEVER.ENDS. I called to pay an invoice on June 2nd, - its either not forwarded to the Admin or not addressed by the ADMIN. So what happens - they charge me interest, for there ERROR. (p.s. Dont process that transaction now, I sent an e-Transfer yesterday). And Mr. Bourne, I have left a message for Greg to discuss these, before posting this review - he hasnt bother to call back. A great barometer of the true level of customer service at Nutri-Lawn Ottawa. And then you wonder why people are so frustrated, in having to deal with your company. The best thing we can do as consumers, is to share our feedback (with supporting docs) with friends, neighbors and others - so they dont make the same mistakes. Never again.

Update: 20th of October, 2023* Nutri-lawn reached out to me, did the 2nd application of the fertilizer, and also issued a refund of $468.95 (total amount paid: $1,406.85 less $468.95 refund = $937.90). Hence, I have updated the review here and also changed the rating to 3 stars. Original review: Nutri-lawn Review: BEWARE - A Masterclass in Deception and Negligence! I genuinely regret the day I decided to trust Nutri-lawn with my lawn. The gap between the promises made by Matthew and the actual services delivered is NOT just wide; it s an abyss. Let me break down the OUTRAGEOUS DISCREPANCIES for you: 1. Promised: Two COMPLETE applications of fertilizer across my entire property. Delivered: One SHODDY attempt that had ZERO positive effect on my lawn. 2. Promised: All-encompassing weed spraying with a GUARANTEE of thoroughness and perseverance. Delivered: A PATHETIC, cursory 15-minute session. My backyard and side yard? COMPLETELY IGNORED! And the icing on this disaster cake? The second round of fertilizer? NOWHERE TO BE SEEN! But wait, there s MORE! Despite my MULTIPLE EMAILS, PLEAS, and DEMANDS, Nutri-lawn neither had the decency to issue my refund nor did they come back for the promised second fertilizer application. Financially, I played fair. I released the first payment, a WHOPPING $937.90, trusting them. Then, out of the blue, an UNAUTHORIZED, UNJUSTIFIED charge of $468.95 on September 29th. For what? NOTHING! I approached Nutri-lawn with HIGH HOPES. What I got in return was a MESS of broken promises, sheer neglect, and an utter lack of professionalism. If you value your lawn, your money, and your peace of mind, THINK TWICE before getting involved with them. This isnt just a disappointment; its an ABSOLUTE FIASCO! ------- Thom, I just tried to call Darren on the number provided but no one picked up. I sent him a message to call me. The Nutri-lawn uses ecologically friendly products. Our lawn in less then a month turned into a green healthy carpet. The customer service is also excellent. Will definitely use the services in the future.

This company sold us a service they knew wouldn t work on my yard and then refused to refund it afterwards. They tried to offer more services and I declined them all. Then they continued to call and email repetitively. I asked SEVERAL times to get rid of my contact information and to never contact me again. That I would NEVER use their service again. Yet, the following year, I receive an email saying that my service was automatically renewed ???!! I was mad, had this auto-renewal - I had never agreed to - cancelled. I asked again to never call me or email me again. But they continued to call and email to offer more services - litteraly harrass and spam - repetitively. I had to have their email address and phone number blocked to get rid of them. They re definitely more difficult to get rid of than weeds EDITED IN RESPONSE TO REPLY BELOW Yes, that was indeed your company. No doubt. This email address is the one that was used REPETITIVELY to contact me. I used your services in 2020. Then you called multiple times in 2021 despite my several requests that you stop calling me. Yet you still don t get the message: because in your response, you try to offer me services AGAIN. Take my name and coordinates and pull them OUT of your system !

BEWARE! Scammer sign-up process! They signed us up for a multi-year service when we had only asked to sign up for an annual one and tried to charge us for the whole year after doing damaging work on our lawn in one day. It took 2 hours of time phone time from me and my husband for us to get our money back.

This is the absolute worst company. They are deeply incompetent. Complete services we never approved and then charged us for it. I strongly recommend you find another business to service your lawn.

They seed feed and leave with no real care or advice. I have had to spend countless hours rescuing my lawn where they have been unwilling or unable. The solution is alway more seed even when the soil is not suitable. Stay away from them.

I purchased Nutri Lush lawn program last spring, for my front and side yards. I did not service the back yard, since our property is quite large and we were in the midst of home renovation/yard work. We needed control or the weeds. Also purchased lime application, with good results. We were so impressed, we have decided to have the same program for all of the yard this year. We have also added premium seed application and aeration. We are happy with our lawn now.

Saw someone in their company van hit a parked car, stopped in the middle of the road to take a look, and then drive off. Keep this in mind when soliciting their services in terms of their ethics. Yikes!

The nutrilawn sales team is awesome, they provided great costumer support as well as offered effective and knowledgeable advice regarding my lawn care. Everyone I have spoke with there has always been kind, responsive and professional. Definitely expect some great costumer service when you go to nutrilawn!

My parents called and and signed up a couple of weeks back with Ahmed, they mentioned everything was very smooth and all parties involved were very knowledgeable. They had a great conversation with Ahmed and he had been answering their questions all week prior to signing up. They recently got their first visit and the technician was very friendly. Would definitely recommend !!

Absolute scam. I signed up with them last year and paid the full amount. But I never wanted to continue the service because it was worthless. Now I noticed that they are sending their crew to my house when I am at work and keep charging me without my consent or knowledge or even sending me any invoice or report. I called them to see why they are doing this, and they said we have your verbal consent from last year. Please be extra cautious when dealing with this company Update Aug 03, 2022: It has been 3 weeks now since I asked for proof of this verbal agreement and so far they have not responded to my request and two follow-ups. My phone provider and email keep marking this company as spam, this is why I have never received their communications. I also checked my security cameras, and there is no footage of them servicing my backyard. I only found them two times showing up at my front door and for this, they have sent me an invoice for $487.

This company steals from their customers. We were charged for a service we did not agree too. We were Informed we would receive an email the day prior to the first service, as well as a lawn analysis. This NEVER happened. They showed up unannounced, provided service we did not agree too without telling us, and then charged us for it. Today is the 4th day in a row that I have called to speak with a manager, and have yet to speak with one. I did speak with their sales Rep Ryan today who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Think twice before using this service and providing your credit card info.

We had our irrigation system installed today by Francois and his team, the first world that comes to mind is WOW! The patience of corporate with the endless delays to get the job started, was just a precursor to how great Francois team is. They arrived on time, installed the system, tested and adjusted the system and you d never know they were here, except for the flags showing me where the sprinkler heads are. Highly Highly recommend NutriLawn!

We had chinch bug treatment done on our front and back lawn this summer. Im not sure what was spread on my lawn, but whatever it was seemed to exacerbate our chinch bug issue. While I understand the product is not going to eradicate 100%, I can fairly confidently state that the kills up to 60% of chinch bugs guarantee is greatly overstated. Did this do anything to kill chinch bugs? Maybe? Was it worth the $200+ spent on the treatment? Absolutely not. When I spoke with Nutri-Lawn about my concerns, they sent someone who assessed our lawn. The only solution I was offered was paying an additional $200+ for a second treatment. Given what the first treatment did, this isn t a solution.

Great service, great customer service. This is my second summer having a lawn and my second summer with nutrilawn. Really pleased with the results so far and very impressed with the customer service experience. Latest example was today. Phou, a gentleman from nutrilawn spent about 15 minutes talking me through some considerations for lawn care. He went the extra mile today.

This is my first Google review but I thought it was important as committing to this service is quite expensive so some research should be done before hand. I purchased the NutriLush program this season. It included fertilizer, weed reducer, and seed and feed. I purchased a new home with a beautiful lawn so I wanted to keep it that way. There are weeds everywhere now. NutriLawn came back a few times to spray the weeds. It did not work at all. As for the seed and feed. Not a single grass seed grew. I have an irrigation system as well so it s not like they weren t getting watered. This is a borderline scam. Awful.

I Received a Quote for lawn care services by email. When I followed up to book same was told wrong price was given to me (something to do about maps) and made excuses and would not honour the original quote for same services.The new price was 100.00 more than original quote. I spoke to a so called supervisor who was no help at all and continued to.make excuses.....so I went with another reputable company

Have used Nutrilawn for 6 or 7 years for my own lawncare and that of my parents, including irrigation system. Last year I asked to have fertilization suspended as I didnt see the value in the results. I kept weed control and there was no issue. This year Im told that I have to take fertilization as well, or nothing, so I have cancelled all services. K1V9C2 Edit for response from vendor: I discontinued your fertilization service because it didnt provide results for the $90+tx/application I was paying. I took over fertilizing last year and my results were comparable for a quarter of what you were charging. My review stands; your services for what is charged were inadequate. Also, it would helpful if your staff provided your detailed explanation, rather than simply saying, I dont know why you cant choose just weed control.

Nutri Lawn Ottawa has been serving my property for two summer so far and I had great service and happy to recommend their service to anyone.

We have been prepaying Nutrilawn customers for several years. Until last year all was well. Even now, when the technicians actually come to do the work they are efficient and friendly. But. Something has gone wrong in customer service or scheduling. I have had to call to get dates for irrigation shut off and restart both last year and this, and the same has been true for weed control. It is now June, the weeds are growing happily and all I can get out of customer service is that they will get here fairly soon, undefined. Many other properties around us are sporting Fiesta weed control signs but we seem to be out of luck. Unless we stop being at the lost bottom of the list for service, we are gone. Too bad since service is OK when it does get done.

No results and very poor customer service. We bought the fiesta package and overseeding. We had one fertilizer and weed treatment and zero results. The crew that came to do the fertilizing and overseeding were not knowledgeable at all. When I asked for a call back to follow up the gentleman on the phone sounded annoyed that I wasn t calling about cinch control but rather needed a touch up.

I love the HUNTER wifi controller the very professional tech (Mike) installed for me and he worked very hard and efficiently to reassess and relocate some of my sprinklers and nozzles at the same time, save me a lots of time and another service fee....I am very happy with your services so far and will definitely recommend to my friends whenever I get chances. Horrible quoting service and response time

Pricing was divisible, service was professional and prompt. I liked not being forced into a package. I can do most of the usual lawn maintenance / support myself but I am not able to purchase those products that would be effective for the pests.

This company is very professional and responsive. Unfortunately, there have been a few times where they had to move the scheduled service dates. However, we understand that this was related to the unforeseen volume of work by the technicians or weather conditions. Overall, I admire the staffs knowledgeable and responsive approach. I have always received same-day call-back or e-mail replies for any matter related to the service we had acquired or any future service needs we might have had. One more plus factor in their digital abilities is the ease of processing transactions with PDF receipts e-mailed to us. I would also like to reflect on their educational digital marketing in the form of educational short reads and costume-made reports and recommendations about our particular lawn needs.

We installed permanent home lights with glo-lights Nutri-lawn and we were very happy with their service. They were friendly and professional. The lights look great at night and save us the trouble of removing them every season. We like the app that allows dimming, different colors, timer and pattern settings. As an added touch, Nutri-lawn sent a gift for a lit wreath, it made our home look even more festive during the holiday season. We highly recommend the All-year lighting installation service.

I used Nutri-Lawn for the first time this summer after weeds and bald patches took over by lawn. My grass looks good as new sod and I think it thicker and greener than ever.

Very poor service the last couple of years. Technicians not showing up, so I have to call them. The weed control used to be effective, but not anymore.

Shady Business Practices I signed up in early 2021 for a full lawn care: seeding, airation, grubs etc. My lawn was in rough shape, so we discussed how much it would improve with their services. I signed up for their services but at NO point did they mention I was signing up to be auto-renewed at the end of the year for the next year 2022. In the fall I received an email with an offer to renew for 2022 at a discounted rate. I ignored it because I never had any intention of signing up past 2021. A few weeks later I received another email thanking me for renewing when I did no such thing. I called and they claimed I had agreed to it, which is false. Very sus. I will never deal with this company again.

For the first time ever, I decided to see if a lawn care company could do a better job than I in spreading fertilizer, killing weeds, etc. So I went with NutriLawn because they had the most comprehensive (and expensive) package. What a bloody mistake that was. I had so many problems with this company. (a) They claimed they had notified me of an upcoming visit but no email was found. So I had to reschedule; (b) their products did not result in the lush green grass that I had been able to achieve when fertilizing the grass myself; (c) They were not clear on what weeds they could prevent and the ones they could. Only in SEPTEMBER did I get a document from a technician during a site visit for the fall fertilizing; (d) I had some health issues last summer, which prevented me from doing my regular weeding. While I had engaged Nutrilawn to provide weeding fighting services, I was dismayed to find about 20% of my lawn infested with crabgrass. When I called them to complain about the lack of the performance of their products, I was informed crabgrass herbicide is a separate services provided at something in the range of an additional $250 over an above the regular herbicide which effectively only dealt with dandilions. So gouging the customer. And on top of this, no action from them to rectify the damage that had been done; (e) When I called to register my concern about the performance of their products, I never received a call back. I had to call them and e-mail them FIVE times before I got someone who could address my concerns; (f) Concerns were never addressed; (g) And they distributed my contact information to other lawncare companies so that I am now inundated with e-mails from three other companies so far at 3 e-mails each so far. I cannot express enough the dismay at the lack of quality of their services and their price gouging. I will NEVER use a lawncare company again because of this experience. Strongly recommend staying clear of this company.

I have been using Nutri- Lawn for many years now after dealing with a number of other companies but Nutri-Lawn is by far the best bang for your buck. My lawn always looks great and my neighbors always comment on how full and nice it looks. And I tell them I take no credit for it and just that Nutri-Lawn looks after it.

Courteous folks who always willing to answer questions and follow-up on requests. Prices are competitive with other organizations. The only down side is that they occassionaly fail to return the first voice mail but always answer the second voice mail.

I am very happy with the service provided by Nutri-Lawn. Its only been 17 days since they completed the fertilizer & weed control and 13 days since they did the slit-seeding. In that time, the lawn went from dead grass, dirt and weeds to green and healthy looking without a single weed. Its not perfect yet, but what an incredible change in such a short period. Im really excited to see how great it looks by this time next month. I also want to mention the staff Ive interacted with so for are all kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our grass was looking very brown late into the Spring this year. As the neighbourhood was beginning to green, our grass was still very thin and brown. We decided to contact Nutri-Lawn for help. Since their visits and excellent customer service, our lawn is green and lush. We are very pleased with the prompt feedback and quick responses to our questions.

We hired Nutrition-Lawn to install an irrigation system in perennial garden and were very impressed with the polite, knowledgeable and respectful young men ie Matthew and Kyle, that we dealt with. They were always on time and completed work as promised. Kyle explained the app to us and how we could edit settings. He even showed us how to insert our own photos to head each zone. The app is very simple and can be controlled in cell phone. Our plants are happy with gentle misting every night, especially in this dry spell. We would not hesitate to recommend Nutri-Lawn.

I inquired about weed control and over-seeding. The rep. David promptly returned my call and recommended a package that included a 3-in-1 seed, top dressing and fertilizer. We had an entire conversation about the best time to over-seed. The tech came out and placed a chintzy (in my opinion) amount of product on my lawn, then left a note recommending over-seeding. When I asked David again about it, he told me over-seeding was not included. I asked to cancel my services, and he did not protest. Edit: 2 months and 4 phone calls later, still no refund for canceled services.

Nutri-Lawn is in a class of its own. The technicians are consistently polite and professional, the office staff is always available by phone, and (in my experience) they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This is the perfect choice for busy professionals who care about having an attractive lawn. Two thumbs-up, 10/10, I have no reservations in recommending Nutri-Lawns services!

I started using Nutri-Lawn this summer and glad that I did. I tried looking after it myself but with sad results. I like that they send an email informing me that they are coming to do an application and also an email saying what time they came and a detail explanation on what was done. Very professional. Yes I would recommend their service.

Filled out the online form. Received a prompt call back. Understood from the professional I was speaking with that someone would come by to take a look. They did - I wasnt home! Tell me how they are supposed to get into my locked and gated backyard to provide the estimate they called back with??? Told today that they are not an appointment company????? Asked for the manager to call back. They said he would today. Somehow doubt it. So if you want Nutrilawn you better stay at home fulltime until someone comes!!!

Nutri-Lawn really tries to provide exceptional customer service. We need to keep in mind that environmental considerations do limit what can be done, for example, government regulation doesnt allow using the product necessary for treating crabgrass. But within regulations, the company does go the extra mile.

I was a customer of True Green here in Ottawa. I thought their services were great until I started this year with Nutri-Lawn.... I have nothing but the utmost praise for all their services.

Used them in June for weed control and no result whatsoever. On top of that I am not sure what did they do but my grass started to die and created big dead spots in my lawn. When I reached out to them they tried to put it on me saying I fertilized in april(3 months prior to their service) and thats what caused the dead spots. Terrible Terrible service and recommend dont use them for anything related to lawn and garden.

I asked Nutri-Lawn for a written estimate for a sprinkler run-through, as I had heard very sketchy things about them in the past. The receptionist told me they dont do written quotes and couldnt give me any written information on what a service call included, but assured me that for $89, it would get me what I needed. I pressed her for something in writing but she said she wouldnt send me anything. Sure enough, a gruff technician shows up and tells me that $89 gets me to your door bubs and that for him to look at my sprinkler system is $50 extra, then it goes up from there. After A LOT of back and forth, Nutri-Lawn eventually did the work, but it was done in an incredibly unprofessional and hilariously begrudging way. 0/10.

Having been through a tough summer of hot weather and damage from cinch bugs, I didnt know how to begin rejuvenating our lawn. I called NutriLawn and requested an onsite consult with them. Stephen, one of their technicians, visited our location and spent a good 20 minutes with me going through a step by step program describing what was needed and how to proceed. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and I was pleased with the plan he recommended. Thanks Stephen and thanks NutriLawn.

Tried my best to give them a chance! Had put in a request for an estimate 2 wks ago. Received a call a week later with a guarantee that an in-person estimate will be provided by Oct 2nd. So far...nothing! No estimate, no follow-up, nada. Had heard lot of good things about them, so am puzzled with their lack of professionalism. Hope it works out better for you....

Nutrilawn did a great installation of my irrigation system. They were done in half a day. It is much more convenient than putting out my sprinklers and forgetting to move them or leaving it on. Set it and forget it. It keeps the lawn and garden watered and does not come on if it has rained. Great products, great company, and great service. I have had it for about 15 years.

We hired them for weed control in xxx, week after week the grass was burning and eventually everything was gone. The entire lawn is now weeds and no grass left. Weve tried to contact them several times, left messages and we have yet to hear back with a proper solution. They tried to upsel their products(1,800$) instead of solving the original issue. No manager is ever available, this has caused frustration and disappointment in the company. We are looking to have this resolved. We paid to keep our lawn healthy and the complete opposite happened

I spent $896 on grub control this Sept. it was a quick application. The staff member walked around the property and the product was spread with a seed spreader. We watered it immediately and then we had rain which helped the process. I even put a measuring cup outside to make sure I had the correct amount. Almost 3 weeks later, I called the company because the raccoons and skunks were still tearing up the lawn. I was told they are creatures of habit and will continue to look for food. I was also told they can come back to eat the dead ones too. Not much I could do but it was suggested it might take a few years to remove them. That is a lot of money. A few days later I decided to tear up some old sod where the grub application was applied. I had at least 15 live grubs ranging from large to small. I didn t bother calling the company because it appears there is no guarantee for this product to be effective. I don t know how much product was actually applied but needless to say, we were disappointed.

Was a Nutri-lawn customer for years, and when I retired I decided Id try my hand at taking care of my lawn needs by myself. Well that did not work out so well. So went back with Nutri_Lawn for 2019, as I know they will put the life back into my lawn and rid it of all the nasty and many types of weed and moss problems I have. Katy listened to my needs and formulated the perfect program for my particular situation. Looking forward to having the lawn that will be the envy of all my neighbors.....and hope they sign up for the same services, so their weeds dont end up dropping their seeds on my lawn!

Nutri-Lawn has restored my hope in having a lawn I really enjoy when I had all but given up on my weed patch. The lawns in front and back of the house have been transformed. After another season, or maximum two, of care, theyll be all I want them to be. The technicians who come to the property are so knowledgable and helpful to talk to. Those on the phone as well. My only criticism is they are slow to respond to emails and sometimes do not respond at all. Phone seems to work best.

The team installed our Gemstone lighting. From Jenn who works in the office, to Justin who did the estimate, and to Matt and Chris who did the install and showed us how things work; every step was professional. They were phenomenal to work with, super friendly and we like the product so much that we will be extending the lights further on our house in 2021. Everything from my first call to the final product was exceptional and I cannot recommend them highly enough; a 5 star rating does not begin to describe our overall experience, it was a 10+.

I have had a Nutri-Lawn installed irrigation since about 1995. It is very reliable and requires minimum maintenance. Follow up services are timely and efficient. Fertilizer programs are well designed and reliable. Timely advice is provided when problems are detected

I like the detailed reports that the technicians provide after each fertilizing and weeding visit, but the price was too expensive for me to continue using the service, so I now handle the weeding and fertilizing myself. I still would recommend giving this company a try when evaluating different providers.

This is our first year with Nutri-Lawn. We are in a new build and in just two years our new sod had been replaced by weeds. After the second spray there was a huge difference. We had grass again. We like the fast response we receive from the company as well as the e-mailed summary of services performed, status report on any significant findings and professional suggestions for future care. Nutri-Lawns staff was awesome to deal with from quoting to installation, it was all a breeze. Overall this was one of the easiest contractors that Ive worked with for any of my home projects and Im very happy with Nutri-Lawn.

We tried (with no success) to revive our lawn with overseeding. After years of disappointment, we finally asked Nutrilawn to do it for us. They performed a slit seeding service over the entire lawn. I watered faithfully as was recommended. The lawn came up like a thick carpet, especially in the barest and driest patches. This year (2019) was the first year we used Nutri-Lawn and we could not be happier with the results. We have a large rural yard and it is difficult to keep weeds under control and keep the grass healthy. I didnt want to be spending weekends pulling weeds or fertilizing. She worked on the front and side lawns and then waited and asked if it was ok if she did the back lawn where we were going over plans.
