Was dissapointed..... Left a comment about brown circles on my lawn. It was actually grass clippings I had sprinkled to encourage new growth in some rough spots whixh had turned brown. In your business I fell you should know the diffence between live and dead grass.

We used Green Unlimted to try and control the weeds in our lawns. The staff are very friendly and seem to do their job well. Unfortunately, the treatments generally do not work. Our weeds are as bad as ever and our brand new front lawn, that started with no weeds, is now growing them with vigor, despite the treatments. In my experience the treatments are not effective.

I have used them for three or four years and found a consistent professional service. Updates by email from the technician who did the work and easy payment options.

I am still relying on these professionals to provide me with not just a beautiful lawn but an incredible interactive website. That s easy service! Plus they re now offering to keep ants and earwigs out of my humble abode!

Have just signed up for the rest of this year to get help with severe weed control. Luke has been responsive and helpful to get me set-up in their system and arrange for the site visits. Results have been positive so far with signs of creeping charlie and wild ivy dying off. Will continue the service next year if improvement continues to be seen after next weed treatment.

Very few times we needed special care for our lawn and the company was on site immediately to assess the problem and offer solutions. They are providing timely applications, always provide lawn health assessment with the bills and suggestions for good lawn maintenance. Wow. So 17 days and zero visits after they took our money and agreed to come do our lawn, it had got out of hand. We were perhaps too patient. We had been in contact several times to let them know how bad it was getting and they kept reassuring us that theyd get to it. Eventually, when we reached the point where passers-by were stopping and staring, we sent them a picture of the dandelions that had *now* completely overtaken our lawn. *Then*, upon seeing the result of their negligence, they said they wouldnt help and were now awaiting a refund. Needless to say if theyd been honest with us in the first place, then there wouldnt be one more giant patch of weeds contaminating this beautiful city right now. Booking another company could take weeks at this point. The damage has been done.

Well not really a good card to have . If u do not make a purchase with this card and get the refund sent to it they will lock your card up and take ur money.Also if u send money to the card for direct deposit they will lock your card up so basically if you want to be able to have ur money put on this card it will be locked up and taken until you put in a written explanation of your own money .DO NOT USE

Poor communication when I asked questions, it requests results of my free soil test (, had to ask multiple times) and my grass didnt improve over the year in the slightest . They worked hard to upsell though. Dont waste your money. Also note a large number of their reviews look fake.

They have done an awesome job with my lawn! Even though with this past summers drought and me not being the best at lawn care, they managed to make look lush and green! Now that is something!!

Summer 2018 was our first year with Green Unlimited after 2 years of no lawn care, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the lawn looked by the end of the summer. Definitely continuing with them and would recommend them to others!

I met Steve of Green Unlimited at the Ottawa homeshow and was immediately impressed with his sincerity and passion. Little did I know the extent of his knowledge and professionalism. He installed an irrigation system and mushroom compound to help the new sod. Relatively small backyard project but he treated it with the same respect as a large one. He had no notice on installation as the sod installation company was supposed to coordinate yet he changed his schedule same day to accommodate. Supervised the entire time walked me through everything assessed the quality of the sod and came back to ensure everything was okay even though he was off work. Their price is very good and it includes a free shutdown for the winter. I can t say enough about this company.

Worst in the Ottawa area. They only care about signing you up for the next year.

We recently started working with Green Unlimited. Their advice & approach (appreciated the free soil test) has been really enlightening. Our lawn is 13-years old and needed a new approach if we didnt want to put the $$$ in to replace it. We are confident that we will see the results next summer!

We had Green Unlimited out for the first time last spring. They did an aeration and overseeding to fill in some bare spots on our lawn. It wasnt much work but I was really impressed with the results, our lawn hadnt looked that good in years!

Needed a 1 time service from them. The service was performed and I was satisfied. Only 2 stars because after the 1 time service was given, I was aggressively emailed for more services and feedback and was automatically put on a renew service schedule (which I had not requested). After unsubscribing from their emails, I continued to receive emails even months later. Service was adequate but avoid the marketing headaches and choose from any number of alternatives.

I called requesting a quote, received an email same day asking who recommended the Green Unlimited. I responded right away and have not heard anything back. I called the following week and was promised to get a call back with a quote and again heard nothing back. Looks like this company has too much money and does not give a sh*** about customers. Horrible service!!! I would never recommend them to anyone. It was a waste of my time and put me behind three weeks.
