VERY POOR SERVICE. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY. After being loyal commercial customers for > 5 years, KLPS has failed to show up after the first 2 significant snow events this season. We have called and emailed repeatedly but they don't respond. Simply ghosting us. We have prepaid for the full winter season (>$2000) and have serious doubts whether they will be showing up to do the job they agreed to by contract. Will be seeking legal advice on next steps.

An excellent job paving the new pool deck. Shawn and his partner were meticulous in their work. Very professional and courteous. He even facilitated a last minute change on a Friday afternoon! My neighbour, who works in construction, made a point of telling me that he watched the guys working and said you couldn't get a better job. I would highly recommend if you want the best in town.

Second time working with KLPS. First time for a problem in foundation of our previous property, second one making a pathway to our new property. Very trustworthy company. We didn't need to shop around and get a second quote because we have confident in their quality of job and being fair. My wife and I didn't like how the old and new flag stone looked like after installation and they agreed to redo some part of job to make sure we are fully satisfied. Very good project control and organization, clean and professional execution without any damage or trouble. Definitely recommend this company and will call them again for our future plans. Kevin and his team have done several projects for me over the past five years, which says a lot as a returning customer. Projects include snow removal, removal of a retaining wall and regrading and seeding the yard, new interlock driveway, removal of an addition, and full backyard transformation. All projects were on time and budget, and the crew was professional and courteous. They were always thoughtful and careful when working on my property, took my concerns seriously and handled surprises confidently. The crew treated my property like their own. I would hire KLPS again without hesitation.

I have had KLPS perform many projects around my home. They have water proofed my basement, recently they installed interlock under my carport, and they have provided many smaller projects in between. I had a great experience in dealing with Kevin and his crew, and I would recommend KLPS to anyone. I have dealt with Kevin from KLPS for quite a few years. His company has done miscellaneous work at our place and we were always pleased. KLPS have also cut our grass for many years and for the first time this year, we had snow removal contract. Snow was always removed early in the morning and they made sure to come back and cleaned end of driveway when snow plow went by. Kevin is also a pleasant and very friendly guy to deal with. I've used KLPS several times in the past. Their work is always impeccable. They laid 5000 sq ft of sod and returned several times to make sure the install went well. They also created an amazing patio space in my back yard to complement my deck area. Kevin and his workers are always pleasant to deal with and have a commitment to getting the job done right.
