Dan and his team were very professional, even with the thunderstorms causing delays, he was very adament about keeping me up to date with his scheduling. His team worked very quickly and even went the extra mile in helping us outside the scope of our agreement to resod our lawn. The little things were really appreciated and would definitely recommend Goodboy Landscaping. As a bonus, his quote and final price were excellent.

Service - Landscaping, River Rock and flagstone installation. Right from the quoting process, I was thrilled to work with Dan and his team. Pleasant, kind, on time, responsive and extremely focused on ensuring everything met my expectations. They worked around an in progress deck, adjusted items based on my review (and did this happily), and did an excellent job bringing our vision to life. Every member of the team that we met was pleasant and easy to work with. We even had an adjustment needed well after the job was completed, and Clinton came well at the end of the day before a long weekend to ensure it was fixed and to make sure everything looked the way we wanted. We have the front to do next year and we are excited to work with the Goodboy team!

We recently had our whole front yard done with interlock, new steps, garden beds etc. The work done is superb in design, quality and workmanship. We hired Goodboy Landscaping to excavate part of our backyard for a future deck build as well as lay down some sod and gravel. Our experience was extremely positive and the work looks great! I would highly recommend :)

The price was certainly right, but the experience was wrong. The plan submitted two months in advance for our lawn was not complicated but would have benefited from a little advance communication. We provided a diagram but no one on site had seen it or had a copy. The crew was pleasant but clearly inexperienced (the lead guy did not know what a perennial was) and no amount of supervision could achieve consistent curves or straight lines. 48hrs after the lawn was finished, following a big rainstorm, a drainage issue arose. Goodboy came back once but the issue was not corrected. I offered more money to return to fix that which should have been done as part of the original job (even if it cost more), only to receive a curt response from the owner. I would have paid twice as much to have the job done well, with an eye to detail. Not the experience I expected and not one I would repeat.

I needed some help with a rather big job, they helped me out with no issues. Would recommend to anyone.

2nd time using Dan and his crew for work around our yard. Dan installed some river stone for us, and put in a rock garden with 2 large boulders in the yard. Very flexible in adapting to a couple of last minute changes, and the work was completed as we requested. Very reasonably priced, great value for money - I highly recommend Dan and his team if you want any landscaping done around your house.

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life, hands down! Better stay away from these guys for any project that might require follow-ups (as any projects might, and most usually do) Hes almost guaranteed not to show up...esp. if you already paid. They were supposed to re-sod portions of my yard; I wanted to include more areas after the initial quote and gave him more than enough notice in advance before the start date. He claimed he will just take the measurements on the day-of, but then ran out of sod at the end of the day. Not to mention he blamed me for wrong measurements . Either way he promised to come back in a couple of weeks . When I inquired after a couple of weeks, he said he will show on a certain date when they have another sod job nearby. I email and call that day to confirm, and he keeps ignoring, until he finally replies saying stop emailing me every day, I come when I come . It s now a month later and still no signs of him Just do yourself a favor and don t let the lower prices fool you you always get what you pay for, and in terms of customer service, this is as bad as it gets. PS. (responding to your reply) Do not try to misinform future customers. I told you about the additional work weeks before the start. You refused to come measure the additional sections till day-of the work, so dont make it sound like the customer was unreasonable by requesting more work last minute. Also, you never respond to any emails and didnt show up the days you said you will (when you claimed you had another sod job nearby) so once again, it looks like blaming the customer is your go-to response.

Great and beautiful landscaping done in my whole property. I asked for the whole package and I got what I wanted. This guys are the max. Never seen landscapers work hard as they did. The job was done in 3 weeks total for driveway interlock, sod and river stone, mulch, patio interlock and interlock steps. They also gave me some suggestions on plants that would look great with my property and it did Dan likes to call it the finishing touch. I Absolutely recommend Goodboy landscaping to anyone needing to have landscaping done or redone. Great affordable price and great proffessionalism.
