We had K Joly build a new back yard fence for us. We have been very happy with the work that Don and his crew did, and with the service we have received from K Joly. I would recommend them.

Excellent job. Crew was hard working and polite. Cleaned up the jobsite every day, which the neighbours appreciated. Any collateral damaged to the property was remedied. Came back to fix minor problem. Absolutley no hassle. Would hire again and recommend to friends and neighbours.

Had a great experience with K Joly Contracting. Installation for interlock 2 years ago went smoothly, and looked great! Fast forward to now, there was a bit of erosion in the sand surrounding the stones and the company came out to touch up. Great customer service!

We are very satisfied with the final result of our new Green Teak Gorilla Fence (Homeland Vinyl) that blends well with the surroundings. Big job well done: removal of old wood fence and cement posts, installation of new fence and reseeding with topsoil. The workers took great care of the flowerbeds next to the fence. We hired them to build our fence after recently moving into the area and couldn t have been more pleased with the result. They were professional, patient in explaining each step of the process, and worked with us to find a solution that we and our neighbours were all happy with. Rockland is known for having challenging soil at the best of times (it s in the name) and still they were able to pull off a quality install that we re still happy with today. Would definitely recommend them again.

Exceptional quality and very professional crew. I had first a fence installed by KJolly 3 years prior, it looks like day one. We decided to do a full back yard, side yard and front yard makeover, and we asked KJolly to do it. Marina, their designer, understood exactly what we wanted and did a design so compelling that our neighbours pitched in, so we designed and implemented our front yards together. These are 40yard-wide lots, so having a front yard design common for two neighbours definitely widens up the space. Is so innovative that neighbours stopped over and asked us for a tour :-) Top craftsmanship justifies the price, 100%. The team, whether hard-scape, soft-scape, carpenters they are not only top craftsmen, but also great people that you would invite into your home to have a coffee with. The kind of people that would would think it over with you and give you suggestions on how to make your project better, wherever options are available. If you look for top quality and a contractor attentive to your needs, look here. If you are looking for bargains, look elsewhere.

We had a large backyard project with multiple sub-contractors on the go and were fortunate enough to have K. Joly contracting recommended to us. They installed a metal fence around our pool and helped us out of a bind with grading and topsoiling our lot. All of our interactions with them have been fantastic easy, prompt and pleasant. All employees are super hardworking and really take pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves. We have had neighbours stopping to ask who did the work, because they re so impressed by the quality and finish. We are so happy with the final product and whole-heartedly recommend! All around stand-up company that you can trust.

Kevin and his crew were amazing. They not only were able to get exactly the type of fence we wanted, but also price matched another company and got the work done faster than expected. You could tell these guys were meticulous with their work, and paid attention to the little details. They even stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure all posts were aligned properly at the end of the job. They were professional and courteous, and were also very respectful of our property. We have only had one small issue since the install, and Kevin was very quick to reply to our emails and made arrangements to have it fixed. 5 Stars.

K. Joly installed a cedar fence for me in the summer of 2013. The process was smooth and the fence they built was beautiful. Fast-forward to 2020 and two of the panels began to lean. I emailed Kevin and he came and had a look. We both figured that the ground had let go because our Britannia-area home is on beach sand. Not realizing the fence was built in 2013 (time flies!) I asked Kevin if it would be covered by warranty. He told me the 2-year warranty expired five years ago but he was so surprised to see what happened that he would repair it for free. When the crew began working to repair my fence it became obvious that the posts had rotted. Dave showed me that two posts were rotten and told me it was likely due to the flooding in 2019 and 2017. They did a great job fixing my fence and still honoured a warranty that had expired! I also had K. Joly install an interlock patio this spring. The crew worked hard and installed the patio from start to finish in just one day. Watching the crew work made me realize it s a bigger job than I thought. I am really happy with their work.

The operator of the mini tractor at the Scotiabank on ogilvie was purposefully blocking the way with piles of snow. When I asked him to move it, he told me to drive through it, I have a low profile car and told him I cant drive through this mountain of snow he told me to f. Off. I wont recommend to anyone and I made a complaint at the bank. Which have it all on camera. What a way to treat people this way.

Kevin and his team constructed a fence and stone/concrete retaining wall between my property and my neighbours property. They did a nice job: the concrete block wall looks like stone, and the work is solid and attractive. Although I was not the primary/directly paying client, the work resulted in some temporary mess on my property. Kevin and his team made sure that I was happy with the clean-up on my property. Kevin and is crew installed interlock on either side of the driveway to widen our parking area and create walking paths to our front door and back gate. The crew had the added challenge of joining up with existing interlock at the top of the driveway that was done in an undulating arch. Kevin took the time to show me all the options for how the stones could be cut to maximize blending it all in. The job was done on time and with care. With three young children, I highly value a crew that keeps a clean work site- both i terms of being tidy and in how they speak. Very professional crew. Love how the job turned out- highly recommend. Worth every penny to have the job done right.

I had Kevin & his team build a half pressure treated wood fence and half PVC fence and door to match both sides of my yard (don t ask). They brought 2 vehicles and 3 people. The work was done quickly and professionally on a very hot summer day. All the extra wood, rocks, dirt and other debris was taken with them after the job was done. It was more than reasonably priced and it still looks great after 2 years.
