Impeccable Landscapes in Otis Orchards

This company does lawn services for my apartment complex. I was given express permission from my manager and maintenance man to keep the small patch of dandelions by my front door. I approached the lawn care guys and let them know that the dandelions by my front door were allowed to stay. The little white boy with the bad beard immediately coped an attitude with me and tried to argue. I politely let him know that I had permission from the office to not have you guys kill them. He told me very condescendingly that I had an attitude which I did not and then he proceeded to mow down all my dandelions. He was unprofessional, unkind for no reason, condescending, and downright rude over a few dandelions. 1 star review bc of him specifically.

Weve been using this company for a few months now and our yard has never looked better! Their staff is friendly and professional. Would highly recommend their services!!

Did extensive work over the summer getting my yard ready for a wedding. They were hard workers and listened well to my needs. Very prompt/reliable and surprisingly affordable. Couldn t give them more kudos. Update; Impeccable has now returned many times over the last few years and I can only elevate my praise of the good quality, attention to detail, hard work and professionalism.

The guy who showed up to do my estimate was very nice. They dont have any openings this season. Maybe next year.

This company stated they would be out in a week for an estimate, they called a few days later and rescheduled.. and then one hour before arriving, they sent an email stating they are not taking any more business in the Rockwood area.. No call.. I tried calling back and no answer.. I had referred many other people to them as well.. I had waited over a week for them and then to receive an email I felt was unprofessional..They should know their routes and explain before someone waits a week in anticipation and looking forward to having yard work done. They should also call... tremendously disappointed.

So far I havent seen the same people and they are leaving me alone as I am leaving them alone. This is all I ask. Thank you This review could change depending how the company handles it. I had an unfortunate experience today. This company was hired for my apartments and was there working on it today. I was trying to parallel park in the street and was not having an easy time. one of the workers decides to start taking the. Street next to the truck Im trying to parallel park next to. I wait. And then attempt again. All while they started and laughed. Finally Ioved up the street to a further spot but easier. I admit I was furstrated and yelled at them why where they laughing at me. I them asked them do thewhen I was closer and headed to my apartment dont know what people are going through as I am Grieving. What seemed to be a supervisor said Im sorry but they continued to laugh and mock me by saying have a good day when I mentioned already Im greiving and I just didnt need this today again I hope this can be cleared up. .

Impeccable maintains my irrigation system with spring start-up, fall blowout and repairs as necessary. The outside staff is courteous and professional. The office staff does a wonderful job with scheduling services and are friendly and efficient. Great service. Good people!

I reached out to Impeccable Landscapes after a horrible experience 2 years in a row with another company in Spokane. The owner met me at my property and followed through a professional and fair quote within the time frame he stated. Today 04/13/2021 his crew showed up like clock work and were at my property until 1:30 pm addressing all the areas I requested! I have no doubt that Tim and his team will have my yard back to where it was when I purchased my home prior to it becoming a rental for 3 years. Extremely excited to have Impeccable completing the work. If you are in need of a professional company you can not go wrong with Impeccable Landscape.

They do lawn work for the property i maintain. They have broken fences, Run over sprinkler heads, and broken water lines with thier airation. They can be hard to schedule apointments for and have left jobs half done. They have also tore up the back alley behind. The parking lot when they do snow removal. Im sure there are worse landscapers out there but i dont recommend them.

We have serious construction going on around our house. They re widening Barker in the back of us..and they re putting sewer in the front in our neighborhood...Needless to say there s no way to get to our back yard right now. These guys still managed to do it. They weren t sure if they could get the lawnmower through our breezeway, and if they couldn t, he said they would still weedwack and do everything they could. Two guys managed to heft a HUGE lawnmower through our breezeway door just to get it to our backyard. These guys are awesome. They go above and beyond!!!

We have had trees and schrubs removed as well as complete yard maintenancefor several years now.I find the staff very knowalagble and proffesional. We have a large dog and the tech. has always tried to inform us as to how lond befor it is safe to let him out. We also try to insure the boy is inside when the tech. shows up. we try6 to insure there are no land mines for them either. I am semi retired and have always had good communications with this company and would reccommend them highly. Howard

I cannot recommend Impeccable Landscapes enough!! Our yard was more than a bit overgrown and Tim came out promptly to do a consult and had everything cleaned up BEAUTIFULLY within a week. Weekly mowing is always super quick and efficient and looks great. Office staff is very polite and professional. Definitely glad I came across this wonderful company!!

Lack of timely follow up and follow through. Over the past two a half years, things have continued to slid on the customer service and staff members were rude, impatient and not customer service driven. They seem to blame the customer for their own problems.
