They did a nice job! Lawn looks great. They trimmed everything neatly and left everything tidy.

Since being switched over the service has tanked, Customer service contact is bad unlike before with ABC

Most ignorant people ever. Coming to mow my lawn at 645 to 7am in the morning. Just plain rude and ignorant woke my entire family up. No respect for others will be reporting this to the county as Kendall County has quite hours 11pm to 8am. Ridiculous never will I use them again

We have used ABC LawnWorks for 2 years now. They are extremely efficient and professional. I have a large yard with a few obstacles and they always handle it with ease. They also never forget to close my fence gates, which other companies have done. Another bonus is that their communication is really responsive!

The guys showed up every planned day. We would be notified if to wet to mow. Because we have a dog they locked gates when done.

I cant say enough about ABC. We have been using for about 3 years. If I ever have a problem, ex. weeds on my parkway, they are quick to come out and rectify the problem. Paying my bills online could not be easier.

Have used the last 3-4 years for aeration only, lawn was looking rough ( brown and dull) so opted fur the lawn care this year and Wow what a difference, very glad I did and I will continue next year. Twice I had all shrubs trimmed. The crew did exactly as I asked and left a rather scraggly bunch of bushes in a much better shape. Really toned up the yard. This is rare these days.

Love being able to coordinate everything quick, easy, and via email/online! Lawn service is always well done and the weed control service is the best! Noticeable difference after just 1 application! Amazing!

I began using ABC when my previous provider raised their prices. I like that ABC is very responsive to emails. They re prices are the best I found.

We have used them for both mowing and weed control. We dont have a single weed and are grass is greener then our neighbors

I have had great service each time. I also must note that each time I call to setup jobs I have had great experience. She is so kind a easy to work with.

Im sure they will reply to this review with some sort of justification but facts cannot be ignored. There was a lot of miscommunication happening but even what they were supposed to complete they didnt deliver. When confronted about it they didnt acknowledge the fact that the job done wasnt effective. And they didnt want to rectify it by refunding either. Terrible people and a terrible company. Do not waste your money here. Many other companies stand by their work and if not done properly would attempt to rectify it free of charge. The greed and carelessness displayed by this company is atrocious. As they will try to save face by replying to this and trying to undermind or discredit my expirience, move forward with them at your own risk.

I started services in March 2022 and have been very happy. The fert/weed service has made my lawn greener and when stubborn weeds, like crabgrass, came in they came out and sprayed again to help take care of it. Great service!

The guys figured out my gate and moved a dozen beef femur bones around that dog had out...I owe them a tip next time for sure. Great service!!

ABC Lawnworks, is the BEST around in my opinion. Weve tried other lawn care businesses before & they werent even close. The employees are kind, curtious & professional in what they do. We have had them for several years now. I wont let anyone cut my lawn, other than ABC Lawnworks.

I used ABC LawnWorks during a transitional period when we were moving and selling our house They were excellent to work with, provided prompt, quality, professional service all the way through. Definitely recommend.

The office was responsive for the first call but after 3 calls no one ever called or came out to evaluate the lawn. Very sad as we try to due business locally.

I m writing this review as I sit on my back patio enjoying a bonfire with my family. This is the first time in 3 years we ve been able to do this without drenching ourselves in bug spray and lighting every citronella candle we could buy. Which still, we were swatting mosquitos and would have to cut our time short because we couldn t take it anymore. I want to thank you so much for your services!! It has allowed me and my family to create lifelong memories enjoying our backyard mosquito free! John was very responsive, answers all questions I had, and offers very affordable services. Danny was just here a day or two ago and I can already see a big difference in my yard. ABC is just wonderful And reasonable. Danny is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them I would give them more stars if I could.

ABC recently put mulch around our home and property and did an excellent job. The crew was great, pleasant to work with, taking time to carefully place the mulch around bushes, trees and plants. If they were not sure about something, they asked first and clearly communicated what they were doing.

Julian did amazing job on the mulching in my front and back yard! Hes was on time and did the work in a timely manner! 11/10 I recommend!

ABC Lawnworks came to our home and did a great job at mowing. They came when they said they were going to, so it was easy to plan for when my kids could be in the yard to play! We also had them fertilize and do weed control and were able to see a difference immediately! Definitely would recommend them!!

So ABC LawnWorks has been absolutely amazing to work with. They do a great job on our yard; weve had them cutting the grass, fertilizing, and recently set them up to do a mosquito treatment too. Theyve been an absolute pleasure to work with. The owner has been super helpful, responsive, and you can tell that he takes pride in his business and genuinely cares about his customers. I work in a high-expectation industry, so I recognize high-level customer service when I see it, and these guys have it down. They also have a very convenient quote and payment website, always communicate when the schedule may be changed due to weather, and of course leave the yard looking great. You kind of expect a lawn company to do a good job cutting grass (which again, they do) but what really makes me rave about ABC LawnWorks is the customer service and the way you can tell they really care. I love ABC lawnworks! I hired ABC to cut my lawn every 2 weeks and it always looks amazing. They take the time to make sure its cut even and edged nicely. They respond to questions very quickly and are always so friendly! I highly recommend!!!

I have used a few other area lawn services in the past and they either cut the lawn too short and left burn marks or were very sloppy in cleaning up after their work. I will be using ABC for the third year this season and they are excellent! The services they are very affordable, their finished work is great and they have excellent clean up after wards. I am pleased to use a locally based company (Oswego) for my lawn services.

I needed my lawn aerated called ABC LawnWorks he scheduled me in for the following week but due to rain I got pushed back but was notified by email. They came out did a FANTASTIC JOB very friendly and professional. I will call this company again and highly recommend him as well. GREAT PRICE!!

John has been extremely helpful with setting up my service. I contacted John on a Thursday evening and his crew was out the next day to begin work. Him and his team have exceeded all expectations and they do great work. He was quick to respond with an estimate, and returns emails in rapid turn around time. The service we have received this season has been less than stellar! Not even sure why I am rating above 1 star - see my attached photos. This is what we came home to after ABC was there to mow Whoever you have running the crew in Oswego needs to be re-trained. You get off the mower if there is obstacles (tree branches and sticks) or GARBAGE, but instead your employee mows over everything in the path. We mentioned this to the owner once before and nothing has improved. There is never any trimming done - just a lightening speed pass over the lawn. We were hopeful that things would improve but we have not seen that happen - too bad!! ABC had a opportunity to take over all the contracts for the other properties we own, not a chance with the service we received this season. **updated to respond to owner** Service address in Oswego. You did have the job until we came home to mowed over garbage and sticks. In todays age you cant use the excuse of having no record because a name doesnt match. I had to let them go after 3 weeks of cutting my lawn. They always went to fast and missed patches of grass. We have a little tyke house in our yard and they never moved it. After 3 weeks I looked under it and there was a foot of grass underneath. Would not recommend.

ABC Lawn Works fixed our lawn that was 90% weeds when we moved in a few years ago. We have been using them ever since! John is very knowledgeable and responsive. The entire team is absolute pleasure to work with! They always make sure the fence is locked so our dog doesn t run out which doesn t seem like a big deal but it is a huge deal for dog owners!

So very thankful for John and ABC LawnWorks! They went above and beyond and took care of my lawn when I couldn t! Thank you for your excellent customer service. My lawn has never looked better !

Definitely well deserved 5 stars. Received great price, workers are amicable and took time to explain aerating after I asked. Did a great job on my lawn and staring service, getting quote, and asking for additional service like aeration was done all online without the need to make appointments or anything else. This is the modern way to do business, and if the results are as good as I ve experienced then everyone should use this company if they re lucky enough to have them in their area...

Review ABC We started using ABC lawn works last year when We needed someone for weekly lawn care. ABC came highly rated from other people in the area so we figured Lets give them a try. From the first mow to the last our grass looked great!! We were so impressed with the way they care about their customers and the way they always stayed in touch. Since We were so happy with them all summer long We knew We really needed them for our fall clean up. We have used ABC LawnWorks for a few years and have had excellent service. They mow our front and back lawns, fertilize and airiate them also. We have a beautiful green lawn front and back. They also did an excellent job mulching our planting beds they look awesome. I would recommend ABC without hesitation. Best lawn service we have ever had in the 3 homes we have lived in over the years.
