Dan was nice enough in our initial conversation. But communication is absolutely the worst. I signed a contract with him but he never showed up to clear my snow after our first snowfall. Because I'm usually home and don't need to go anywhere too often, I don't need my snow cleared right after a snowfall ends. But to not hear anything from him at all as to when he thinks someone MIGHT get here is disheartening. I called, texted, emailed, and sent a message through Facebook -- all to no avail. I also requested multiple times for proof of insurance but he never sent it to me, despite promises to do so. It's perplexing -- either he wants business or he doesn't. But he should at least communicate. At this point, I can't recommend. Maybe things will improve. Fingers crossed.
They have very poor communication and have done a horrible job with the property we hired them for. Do not recommend at all.
I would give a 0 star rating if I could. Dan never showed up on the day he was supposed to bury my mothers horses. We called and texted him several times. It’s been a few days since and he still won’t respond. He is known for doing this. Very sad. My mother was devastated.
I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews but, the customer service I received today was top notch. I will never need another landscaper as long as these guys are around. The price is amazing and the quality of work is even better! Will 100% recommend to everyone
They recently cut the grass at the apartment complex i live at, and it's one of the worst mowing jobs I've ever seen. So uneven, and sections that they completely missed. Also did a very poor job cleaning up walkways, so now clippings are all over the halways of the units....
Found myself in a bind when the snow became too heavy for me to move and my husband was out of town. I called about 3-4 local companies and most did not answer or ever call back. Dan answered right away, got me on the schedule, sent a crew out the same day to clear my driveway and sidewalks, and then followed up with a text to make sure the work was completed. Excellent service!
These guys are great! I was at a showing at 3:30 pm yesterday and a crew was removing snow from a property across from me. They were laughing and talking with the client which caught my attention. The snow yesterday was so heavy and I live on a corner lot so I asked them if they had time to do my property today. Paul was super friendly and told me to call Dan and he could schedule me in. I called and in a few seconds I was scheduled. I got home at 6:30 and the snow was removed and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Thanks Daniel and Paul and the rest of the crew!
Amazing customer service and quality work. I was preparing to sale my home and needed a full acre of land cleaned up and landscaped for selling. They did an excellent job. Helped me out in a pinch when our lawn mower broke and did a great job
While on a trip out of state I called to have them clear snow off my driveway and sidewalk ahead of an expected snow storm. They said they would do it the day following the storm. When my daughter was telling me nothing had been done neither my emails or calls were returned. After flying all day and driving from Milwaukee Airport I couldnt get in my driveway and had to snowblow for a hour before we could park. Very disappointing.
Was out shoveling today-stopped and helped me plow out my driveway. Huge thanks!

The guy completely ghosted me when I was trying to get an estimate to get my lawn cut
Did not show up at scheduled time for estimate, then did not respond at all when I asked to schedule brush pick up.
I bought this boat with bad engine from Daniel. I knew about engine damage it was disclosed in the ad. When I got to pick it up I didnt get title for it only handwritten bill of sale. Bill of sale was written not by Daniel but by someone else. I was promised by Daniel (silly me to believe in it) that I will get title for it and that he would bring it to me personoly to Madison. Pretty much immediately I was having hard time communicating with Daniel, he was not responding to my texts or calls. 3 months later I still dont have a title for the boat. It registered on someone else and not Daniel. For all I know this boat could be stolen or someone still own on it to the bank and its already reported for no payment. I dont want to be in possession of stolen property. I work 16 hours a day and dont have extra money to throw away for something that I cant use. I was trying to arrange for return but Daniel stopped responding. I have take this action to get respons. If this is not resolved I will turn all info and boat to proper authorities. Once this is resolved I will remove this post from all platforms.
With the snow we get here in Wisconsin, & the fact my husband & I work odd shifts that don t always fall into Mother Nature s blizzard timing, it s nice to know that snow removal is one thing we don t have to worry about. We just confirmed another winter season of snow removal, because we know Quality Cuts lawn & snow will get the job done!
The guys did a great job trimming bushes, taking down small trees(weeds), and cleaning up all the weeds. Looks great!
