The grass was cut while I was at work and it was so nice to come home to a freshly mowed lawn. Mr. Trim did a great job!

Yesterday, they were working in a neighbours yard. They came by our house to access the backyard hedge. They asked my husband and I if they could access through our backyard. My husband said yes- but let me get my wife in the house and I will move my truck out of the way (I walk with a cane.) They did not wait- but hauled their equipment past my husband s nice truck (luckily, they did not scratch it.) However, my husband was angry and said so. The three workers were angry and threatened to beat up my 70 year old husband. My husband said he would call the police. They left after calling our house a dump. However, before they left, they shut off the water to our home (there is currently pipe repairs going on in our neighbourhood.) I hope I never see Mr. Trim in our neighbourhood again. We will definitely refuse them access to our property.

Good regular lawn maintenance! Just one thing they need to improve a bit is to let the person who pickup customers phone calls have more ideas about the schedule and what s going on on new customer requests. When I first called to ask for a service, the lady who picked up my call just tell me to wait for a call back. She had no idea about the schedules. Which I later found out, the lawn carer had already done the job that morning

Neighbours always comment on the look of my property. I have always found the staff and owners very approachable. I am always satisfied after they have made their weekly visit.

I chose Mr. Trim to take care of my snow and salt for the winter season and I highly recommend them! I have tried other providers in the past and I never got this kind of service. Mr. Trim was prompt, always showed up quick after a storm blew through, and did an excellent job in clearing and salting. I m very happy with their service and recommend them highly to anyone else. I was, in fact a client of your until your employees showed up on my property unannounced, assaulted me, and threated my family, all because my dog was in the yard and I couldnt put him in the house while no one was home. I tried contacting you through your call centre, and by letter for months before I posted this. Hands down, one of the worst customer experience Ive had.

Very unprofessional and unresponsive

Beware of this company. My husband was hit on the head with a leaf blower by one of their employees and we tried to get ahold of them and never even received a phone call back addressing the situation. My husband finally left a Google review months later and the owner has been incredibly unprofessional in his communication. Still haven t even received an apology. I understand that employees sometimes misrepresent the company, but there s a responsibly from the owner to address issues that arise, the fact that the owner has tried to justify their behaviour and has no remorse is beyond shocking. Just beware if you choose to do business with them. No, he didn t, your staff assaulted him he never touched them, and we have video footage ..

The two workers showed up on time, worked very hard and accomplished everything that I wanted completed.They were courteous and tidy. The yard was left spotless. A big thank you.

Very efficient and friendly service. We called on a Wednesday and they arrived the next day. It was supposed to be 1 to 1.5 week wait but because we are going away they came earlier, much appreciated. I spoke with the person doing the application and he gave me good information on how to better care for the lawn. He also answered my questions about what weeds I had and how effective the weed control would be. They also worked around a lawn mower I had left on the walkway in the back yard. Would definitely recommend Mr Trim.

Mr. Trim lawn care has really improved our lawns this year. The weed control has been outstanding in light of past experiences with other companies.

These folks are very good at what they do, when I hired them earlier this year my yard had been neglected for two years and they made it look good again. Im very happy with their services.

Excellent customer service from first contact to completion of work. Timely, efficient and cleaned up the work area nicely after trimming two shrubs.

I am not one to leave a negative review, but I need to leave this one. We did not feel that Mr. Trims employees did a good job seeding and caring for our lawn. They would come but be gone within two minutes. I understand our property is not that big, however, I do not believe they were at all thorough with it. I even sent video evidence to the company questioning the speed with which they did our lawn, and they said it was normal. I have seen other lawn companies in our neighbourhood that are very thorough; the evidence is in how the yard looks. We were cautious to follow their instructions for how, when, and how long we should water our property. After two treatments, I cancelled our services as I felt our money was being wasted.

The team quickly cleaned our larger corner lot and cleared our gardens of all the dead perrenials. Big job that I couldnt take on this year. Some communication problems since I didnt hear back after accepting the estimate and didnt know if and when they were coming to do the work. Very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend to others.

Lisa and her team came by the house as promised and within 20 minutes a very large aeration machine had done its job with our lawn now being perfectly aerated. Mr. Trim came by at the time promised and did a great job. I spoke to Lisa about dethatching and will look into this next Spring.

Mr. Trim has been cutting my lawn and cleaning my eaves for three years now. They have also done some landscaping of pruning the hedge, planting a garden and spreading mulch. They are extremely affordable and do a great job! Plus, they are very fair and honest. For example, some perennials they planted two summers ago never came back and when I mentioned it Alex was quick to suggest some hostas instead and he planted those ASAP at no cost to me. I remember when I was first shopping around for landscapers I couldn t believe what some were charging! I ll always stick with Mr. Trim :)

I have used Mr Trims winter maintenance service and I had very pleasant experience with them. Their crew had been on time and cleared the snow, salted the driveway and sidewalk on time and had been judicious about it based on the weather forecasts. Lisa is very responsive and helps over email. However, I would really like to see their website improve, be more user friendly and self-served. It wasnt easy to use but I had no issues communicating over email.

These folks were good enough to call me and set me straight. Seems as though Mr. Trim Pruning is as per Google search, permanently closed. wish i could give 1/2 star ...sodded lawn in fall , all the weeds came up in spring . when i called & spoke with Lisa she said theyd get back, never did , voice messages left there were never returned . i went to the business nursery , was told to call Lisa ...paid for spraying of double front yard, only half was done . in a small town, how are they still in business ??
