Turner Pest Control in Ormond Beach

This company is such a scam. They charged me $60 a month to come out every 4 months to spray for bugs only within 6 feet of the outside of my house. When I called to cancel because it was a rip off they had a rep come out who promised me they can lower the price and add on some extra services they continued to throw me around for 2 weeks saying they would call back. Finally I called them to cancel and they tried one more time to get a final answer and ended up telling me there was nothing they could do for me. Spend your money elsewhere I still got bugs in my house with their service it was a complete waste of money.

Service was great, I asked him to spray my garage since we have to keep our trash inside (bear problems), he obliged and went above by doing traps, that are sticky, where the bugs are entering. Thank you!

Recently bought a house in palm coast and I wanted termite protection with an annual contract. They made it very easy - we ve seen other pests so we opted for termite protection AND QUARTERLY treatment for other pests and monthly price was reasonable. The service man that came for the termite treatment was very courteous and after servicing, actually walked around the outside and cleaned cobwebs and such. Extra gestures like that mean a lot!

This specific experience was weird. I give it 3 stars bc we had to call in to ask why a tech came unannounced. The phone rep was fine, but with the tech - We mentioned we didn t have an appointment and he said it wasn t necessary, didn t provide his name or any paperwork. Had I been home alone, it would ve been scary. He did come in a company truck which is why I didn t call police. He left and that was it.

Turner Pest Control is the best pest control company I have ever used. They are always polite when I need to talk to them. Professional with every service. I dont have roaches or spiders since they have been servicing my property. If I see a wasp nest they are quick to take care of it.

I paid $2500.00 and this was with a military discount; to get rid of rats under my manufactured home and all I got was grief: Not doing the work they offered, not showing up when scheduled, not calling back when they told me a supervisor would return my call, and not doing what they were contracted to do! And amazingly I still have rats!! Oh, they did reimburse $560.00. This is not good business!

Additionally, my understanding from the performance report was that there had been no evidence of ants. Ever since we moved in our newly built house, we have used Turner Pest Control. Ever since then, we have had numerous problems. First they did not provide the service we signed up for, then we had constant issues with ghost ants and yellow spider sacs out front. The problem is simple: their business model is based on technicians spending less that 15 minutes per month at your location thus never actually getting anything taken care of. Mind you, all other pest control companies do the same leaving customers to suffer.

Our service rep, Brian, is the best. Very professional and attentive to all aspects of pest control. Always responsive.

Repeated phone calls made to Turner with questions about my bill. Turner continues to take payments out of my checking account with no explanation, no details on billing statements I ve left four messages in three days and no one calls me back. No one is ever available at their desk.

I ve been using Turner pest control since 2018. I have Tim that comes to my home he s very honest polite and listen to my concerns. I like that when I call about an issue or concern they get me an appointment within a few days. I would recommend Turner Pest Control to anyone that wants great customer service and a great job of keeping unwanted critters out of your home.

They called the day before to verify appointment. They showed up on time, introduced themselves,then worked for 45 minutes checking everything. Very professional all around.

The home I just purchased had previously had termites (undisclosed to me). I had Turner come out and do a full inspection. I ended up having them treat the entire house and property. After talking with Turner I setup a plan to prevent any further pests for a damn good price. The whole team was pleasant and professional from first call to job completion. 10/10

I signed up with Turner after an initial consult with a technician that seemed very knowledgeable for rodent extermination-however, after that time, the individuals that showed up did not seem to be on the same page with the prior techs, and the last two visits by techs they did nothing but asked if we d seen any rodent activity, rather than check the traps that they had previously left. The two last visits we received no techs looked at anything or checked anything for themselves

Sprayed inside garage in addition to exterior spray. and thoroughly brushed and dusted for spiders. Treated ants in pavers.

Hired Turner after our newly constructed home was complete. It s been about 4 months (total of 3 treatments) and we re still finding large bugs in the interior and spider/wasp nests on the exterior. We were supposed to have someone come and spray the inside (outlets) but only the outside has ever been worked on. Each time we inquire about this, they say we ll put it on the list for next month . Since our last treatment only a few days ago, I have found multiple (live) cockroaches. The quality is awful.

I ve been with Turner Pest control for 4 1/2 years. They are trustworthy and do a great job!

I ve been a customer of Turner for nearly 10 years. In that time, as many lawn and pest companies I ve used in the past, there has been the common turnover of employees and inconsistency with treatment (or care of treatment). Initially we had 5 treatments a year, then 4, now 3. You can call anytime and have them come out for pests or weeds, etc, but that s on you (so do it since you pay every month no matter!) Current pest employee who comes to treat has been great and is a noticeable difference with Palmettos (roaches for my fellow Northerners) and ants. Lawn treatment is typical 50/50. I gave them a new lawn, mow each week during the growth season and when necessary in the dead season. Run sprinklers as directed and turn them off when consistent rain comes. I do my part. Still waiting for that magic treatment to keep common weeds out and tighten up the St. Augustine.

Turner Pest Control is a good value for the abundance of service they provide. I like that I can call and schedule a tech to come out and treat for pests anytime I see them. My annual contract comes with two major treatments for the year and supplemental treatments when needed. They did an awesome job getting rid of the ant problem I was having. It took a few visits but they were effective. Tony is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly person as well.

I use Turner Pest Control for pest prevention. If I do happen to see any bugs between services, I just call and they come out for free. Theyre a professional company and Im happy with the service. Positive

The salesman (Jessie) lied and didnt return my calls. I left voice-mail on both numbers he gave me. I had to call his office to get him to call back. I should have stopped there and not called back. I hired another company and they were terrible. So I ended up hiring Turner. The first pest control technician they sent out also lied about being unable to get one product due to covid. So I believed him. Later found out through the supervisor that they have never been unable to get that product. I have dealt with 2 supervisors and Im hoping the service will improve moving forward. I wanted to hire them because I wanted the full service protection that they offered. They are fairly expensive but I thought it would be nice to have everything covered by one company. Termites, pest control, snake away, and sensors in the attic to detect any animal activity. I also purchased the lawn care package which includes fertilization, weed control and pest control. I have already invested over $800 with them so I really dont want to change providers again. But I will if future service doesnt improve. Nobody cares anymore. Dont be like me and believe that a name that has been around for a long time is going to mean good quality. I regret hiring Turner Pest Control.

Terrible customer service. Ever since Turner took over it s been the pits! They never call or email you to ask if you will be available for them to come. They just show up at your door without a word! That is just rude! I thought they work for you not the other way around! I will say the new tech that I have had the last few times is great. SEE EMAIL Dear Valued Customer: This letter is in regards to the status of your account with Turner Pest Control. Due to the age of delinquency and the unsuccessful attempts at establishing contact with you we are forced to pursue additional collection actions. It is very important that we hear from you regarding your payment intentions on this account as we will only delay these actions for an additional 5 business days from the date of this letter. Please be advised, the next step is to place your account with an outside collections agency which could have negative effects on your credit bureau reporting. In the event that your account is referred to an outside collection agency or attorney, you will be responsible for the cost of collection services starting at $20 and up to 30% of the balance owed.
