Best lawn service grass looks great

After using a few other local lawn services and being exasperated by their lack of attention to detail, I decided to give Liquid Lawn a try. No regrets! My lawn looks beautiful and green and the weeds are finally under control. The communication about when the technician will be out to service has always been 100%. The follow up by email is impressive as it provides a thorough analysis of the lawn, what service was completed and what adjustments to be made with regard to mowing height and number of days needed to water. I know of no other service that provides this level of care. I ve used three local lawn care services over a span of 13 years. Liquid Lawn is the only company that hasn t required calling them back out between scheduled services to kill recurring weeds. I highly recommend!

So we set Liquid Lawn because our daughter recommended them to us, and WOW! I have been using Liquid Lawn for over a year. I changed from another service after noticing no improvement. My lawn is thick and lush, and the good grass is taking over the weeds! They send reminders when they will service and are always courteous and thoughtful of my pets and flowers. Nine months ago I suspended my lawn care from liquid lawn for financial reasons. My lawn definitely started to show signs of decline, so I recently restarted my service. Not only am I getting lawn care, but they are now doing bug protection for my home and termite monitoring. The same great service is being provided and I am looking forward to a healthy lawn come our Florida spring

This is a great reliable lawn service! There is excellent email communication from the lawn care technician following each visit. The homeowner receives updates on the state of the lawn and the applications required and photos of the problem areas are shared. The service is very affordable too!

Hired liquid lawn to take over my lawn maintenance needs in April 2024. Our lawn was plagued with bare patches and bald spots on one side of our home along with periodic weed growth. After several treatments our lawn became full and green again weed free! I highly recommend their fertilization services. So many good reviews on here but sorry I can t give one. I had high hopes for Liquid Lawn. I had a slight problem with chinch bugs in one area of my lawn, otherwise my lawn was beautiful lush, green and weed free. I called my then company and manager came out and told me they were coming from next door. I thought that s why I was paying them however I ended up signing on with Liquid Lawn along with my neighbor. Chinch bugs stayed and took over more areas than before plus I now have weeds all throughout my lawn and big patches of dead grass from my yard over to and including my neighbors. The last tech saw me trying to pull weeds and told me not to that he was spraying for them. I still have big blotches of deadness and Bermuda grass moving in on my beautiful St Augustine. Today I quit! Hired a new company but first I m replacing all the sod I lost since hiring Liquid Lawn. But I m happy for those of you that enjoy your lawns. Wish I had been one of you!

Poor communication with customer. Never directly talks to you about issues just sends an email. Doesnt provide services on time at set intervals. Doesnt apply product properly to yard. Been with them for a year and yard does not look any different or better than last year and not getting any feedback from techs. Do not recommend for services. Look elsewhere and avoid this headache.

My lawn looked ok after a short time of using them. After a year it looks much worse than when they started. I would not recommend them.

Incompetent, cant tell the difference between freshly cut grass and disease. Regret switching to them. Canceled our last treatment because they said it would take a year to fix our lawn. Im already fixing it, within weeks. Now we just have to call and cancel entirely. In Florida, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. And every time I try to cheat that, I pay a price like wasting our time and money with you idiots.

They have great service, very professional, punctual and honest. Josh knows his work very well and has a great team to keep everything moving smooth and easy. My lawn has improved a lot since I let go of a big chain company with whom I was very disappointed. They provide you with a perfect report at every visit and they offer free service if they see any new problem on the lawn. They may not be the cheapest of all out there, but they are pretty reasonable with their service and the quality they give. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new lawn treatment company.

The BIGGEST WASTE of money ever!! I used them for over 2 years and my lawn is still covered in about 5 different types of weeds throughout. I would call and address this with them directly and was assured each time it would improve. Several months/treatments later and guess what? It NEVER IMPROVED! I think they pretty much just spray Nitric Oxide on the lawn, which helps grass grow but also helps weeds grow. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Liquid Lawn has been AMAZING! When we bought our house the yard was all dead. The sprinkler system had broken and never been replaced. We thought we would have to put in all new grass, but gave Liquid Lawn a chance first. Our yard looks so good now! You would never know what it used to look like (dirt and weeds). I have been using Liquid Lawn for 8 months. Prior to using their service our lawn was full of dollar weeds with high and low patches of grass all over. Additionally, we had problems with moles digging holes and leaving these dirt mounds everywhere. Once Liquid Lawn began their applications, all the weeds disappeared as well as the moles. I have also referred them to at least 13 or 14 of my neighbors who are presently using them. And they are getting the same kind of results.. Theyre constantly in touch with me via email and phone calls to see if I have any questions and to let me know when I should be watering my lawn and when I should not be watering my lawn. A lot of work for a company to go through, but they do it every month. And Im completely a 100% satisfied... Finally, recommend this company. At least give me a try.

When we moved to Beachwalk in Saint Johns our yard had bare spots, fungus and I was worried we d get a letter from the HOA. We originally went with a different company and they repeatedly missed scheduled treatments or said they came and our ring cameras proved, they had not. I work full time with toddlers and just don t have the time or knowledge to do it myself. We ve been using Liquid Lawn for a year now and our lawn has gone from one of the ugliest in the neighborhood to one of the healthiest. I even have neighbors asking what did you do to turn your lawn around so we can do the same. I told them 1: milorganite, and 2: we hired a reputable company that shows up as scheduled and has done a great job treating our lawn which has allowed the St Augustine grass to absolutely flourish. The best part about Liquid lawn is they send you a DETAILED ASSESSMENT after every treatment letting you know if you re watering too much, just right or too little. They identify areas of concern. They identify specific problems such as fungus. They even tell you if you re mowing at the right height. My husband and I have found these assessment very helpful in the rehab of our lawn and it shows. We will continue to use Liquid Lawn and recommend them to others in need of a new or better lawn treatment company.

I started looking for a new company and saw some good reviews online for liquid lawn. We decided to give them a try and I am SO glad we did. We have Liquid Lawn take care of our yard now. They have been doing if for a couple of years and it has never looked better. Other companies overfed, which caused fungus, growth of weeds, etc. Liquid Lawn evaluates our needs and applies the products we need and nothing more. They listen to our issues, such as a fungus in the back yard and after their treatment it went away. I wont entertain any other company ever. These guys are the best. And they do it for a fair price. Saved our 1/2 dead lawn from chinch bugs this year. The lawn is coming back nicely. I like the fact that I get an update on how to care for my lawn via email and not some sign hanging on my door. They identified the problem (insects/bugs) treated it and my lawn is making a comeback.
