This company ghosted us. I’ve tried to reach out at least 4 times with no response and they’ve not returned to complete our lawn care. We’ve paid all our invoices and maintained good communication. They did not do a good job.
The Cutting Crew did such an amazing job on our front yard and landscaping! We do not have any shade of a green thumb and now we have a nice, clean, low maintenance landscaping that makes our house look so much better! They were responsive, friendly, helpful, and did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it! I highly recommend The Cutting Crew!
The Cutting Crew takes care of my property and my rental. I’m very pleased with the service they provide. I asked Del to cut down a beast of a Bird of Paradise; he showed up when he said he would, and completed the job, including cleaning up the debris leaving the place looking great.
The Cutting Crew has been handling my lawn and shrubs over a year. This family owned business takes personal care seriously. All looks great and they get to the details. They have done large haul away jobs, planted new magnolias and other hedges and plants as well as just finished removing all the leaves on my larger acreage lawn. The leaves being removed was amazing to see once complete. They use a tool that chops them up and they bag and take away. So glad to be working with Cynthia and Del and their team.
I am currently in charge of 2 properties that The Cutting Crew services and have had the utmost professional experience. The owner is always present and the workers curteous and thorough. Anytime I have had a question or concern my needs were met immediately. It's great to see happy faces and a pleasant team that work together and do an outstanding job always. We had them put up Christmas lights at our house as well as our mother’s condo. They were great. Impeccable work both installing and removing the lights. They said what they were going to do and they did it. I’m already looking forward to next year! Very professional people.
We have all dealt or have had a past experience with a company or business who "promised" to deliver and provide a service exactly how you wanted, when you wanted it, and expected it done but in the end they FAILED miserably. Maybe they stood you up, pushed your completion date back, ignored your calls or did work that was not to your expectations or request. Well not with this company!!! The Cutting Crew is the best there is. When they say they will be there, they WILL. They do EXACTLY what you ask them. If you leave a message or send an email, they respond right away. They are personable, friendly, dependable, reliable, responsible, and give you their absolute best - not just the first time but every time. Highly recommended, highly trusted, and highly respected.
They have done my Christmas lights last couple of years. Comes out perfect every year! Would suggest everyone to use them.

Left a lot of bald spot in the yard where they weedeated too short. Broke one of my sprinkler heads. A lot of big ruts in my yard. But they did refund a portion of my money back
This company has serviced our properties for years and they are top notch. We use them for our residential and commercial properties. They have done our Landscaping, Mowing and Lighting. It s always good to give back and say thank you when you are getting great service.

I told members of a Facebook page that live in the local area that I was seeking out a new lawn service as I was disappointed with the company I had been using this past year. One of the first responses was a member recommending The Cutting Crew. I contacted the company and someone responded and met with me the next day. After meeting with them, I felt hopeful that this company could possibly help me turn around my property that I feel was neglected by the previous service, and the service prior. I will tell you after the first cut, I could tell this lawn might have a comeback. I can see their attention to detail and the care they put into their work, just by looking at my property after service. It will be great not having to chase around a lawn company asking when they are mowing again. In time, maybe I can redo some of the sodding and get this lawn back to the beautiful condition my dad had it in so many years ago.
