Just had a complete reset on our landscaping...been putting it off for quite some time, anticipating what a hassle/challenge it would be....BUT Choice Landscaping made it such a pleasant experience! From office staff...to crew... to the leader of the pack, it was an extremely seamless operation. John's (owner) design was perfect, turned out to be exactly what we wanted! All went as planned.... crew was hard working...polite and very NEAT...At the end of the day the work was done... property was left tidy and prepared for the next day's work. We would highly recommend Choice Landscaping to get the job done right!

This family run business is great, I am very pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to come back out to make some sod adjustments so we could pass the Flagler County inspection. I would use them again, even if it wewee just for a plant or mulch. They are the best - fair price and just a very nice couple. Bradford

We contracted Choice Landscaping to provide monthly landscaping services starting March 2022 The company was witnessed to only visit the property 2 times a month in the summer and 1 time per month in the winter. Bushes were never trimmed and sometimes the landscaping crew chose not service the backyard. Weeds were never maintained and weeds infiltrated the plant beds and grass Regular inspections of the plants and grass were never reported. Dead plants were never removed. Shrub maintenance was never conducted almost all shrubs are dead or overgrown. No problems with irrigation were ever reported. Tree limbs were left laying in the ground for months even though additional fees were paid to remove the debris. Low limbs were never trimmed or pruned. Debris was left for months on site leaves, limbs were not picked up. Attached is the contract this company was paid double the average rate. The property is in worse condition than ever plants are dead and it will take months to get it back to normal. Beware of this company if you live out of state or can’t visit your property in person frequently.

We are previous clients of Choice Landscaping and were happy to call them when we decided to install a patio and walkway. John came out to our home on Nov 6th and and we discussed the project, he was to send us a quote for the job. After an email that was not answered and two phone calls which promised a return call we have yet to hear anything. If they did not want the job, you would think they could have advised so we could contact someone else. We have since contacted a couple of other companies but have lost 6 weeks waiting…..extremely unprofessional!!

The owners of the company are very nice people. When we had our landscaping design done a year ago the plants and stone work looked absolutely beautiful. At that time we thought it would be great to have them manage our property. Lawn care, weeding, pruning, etc. It’s been a year of inconsistent service. Several of the plants that were planted haven’t lasted an entire year. The beds are consistently littered with weeds and when the weeds are sprayed, our lawn and other plants have been dying along with the weeds. In the beginning they tried to correct services not being provided. Over the last several months emails haven’t been returned and phone calls finally get returned after a few weeks of waiting. When I did get someone in the phone they appeared to want to make it right. False promises. Even after having the owner come out to my property to look at it. Finally I gave up. I called to cancel the service. The woman who answered the phone just said ok and didn’t even try to keep me as a customer. The bottom right photo is what it looked like when it was first done. The rest are what it looks like now. I’m completely disappointed.

We were customers for less than a year. Three quarters of the time they did a great job..especially the lawn care crews (and I frequently emailed the office to let them know). But recently multiple things happened and customer service was a joke. For 6+weeks we requested to have our topiaries and shrubs trimmed. I either called or emailed weekly because we were told each time that they will be here within the week. And of course that didn’t happen. So I decided to turn this over to my husband (he’s much more patient). This past 1-2 weeks, my husband spoke to Amanda Whittin several times. She advised that the specialty crew would be here by Friday and they would up take care of all shrubs and topiaries. So several men arrived on June 16th. but stated they were only given a workorder for 2 topiaries trees. So I called the office to find out why the other 3-4 shrub/topiary trees were not going to be done as promised. Amanda again started giving me excuses… ‘they don’t have enough employees’ , ‘she’s not letting her men to work outside for extended period of time’. Etc. So as I started to respond or ask questions SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! I was trying to let her know that that the men had been here for 12 mins and were standing around smoking 1/2 of the time. I think I’ve figured out their problem.. they make more money because they have more customers than they can provide service to…. Stay away because you will be disrespected and disappointed😡😡.

We ordered mulch from Choice which was delivered with no issue. We also placed an order for plants and we had communicated that we needed them by a specific date to have them installed by the person performing the work. The day that they were supposed to be ready Choice called to say that they did not have a time that they would be ready due to XYZ factors, and they would call back. Hours later we called to see if there was any update, whoever answered the phone scoffed and gave an immediate attitude (my husband was the one who had initially been in contact) to me saying they couldn't tell me a time or even a day that they would be ready. The attitude was extremely unnecessary and if they could not commit to at least a day for the plants to be ready, it should have been communicated the week prior when the order was being placed, not the day that they were supposed to be ready. We wanted to use Choice being a local company and supporting local business but they will no longer receive my business and I will be sure that I recommend those I speak with to go elsewhere for their landscaping needs.

Absolutely wonderful people to do business with. If it's not right they bend over backwards to make it right. Ormond Beach should be proud to have such a professional company working throughout several communities. Hats off to these folks!
