Took good care of my lawn!

Weve been a customer for almost a year and were just charged twice as much as normal. Flagged it via a phone call. No returned call for five days. Texts without response from Elizabeth. Customer support said it was a price increase of 100 PERCENT!! No warning, no new agreement. Nothing. Extremely shady company. Look elsewhere.

Zero stars if it was an option Terrible experience from getting the quote to first day of monthly service, they make you pay up front without no communication about service dates. Monthly service stated 4 times/weekly. They missed a week and already asking for new monthly payment. I hope the owner is aware of the terrible workers he hired if he really cares about his business he should reconsider his customers first. I will make sure all my neighbors discontinue their service as well

The owner is a great salesman who touts a great vision , environmentally friendly concept while his business in lawn maintainance is anything but that. He s unable to sustain or maintain his claims due to poorly trained staff and tremendous technician turnover. Ruined my front lawn due to negligence and over trimming and cutting . extremely poor inter staff communication and supervision.. There s no quality control and no accountability . Every week there was a new technician replacing the old one who had no clue what he had to do. In my experience, company s Technicians do not disinfect their mowers regularly , they re so called environmentally friendly equipment, so end up seeding your lawn from others instead causing more problems for homeowner. When asked to replace my extensively damaged sod, owner had no answer except He s working on training his staff better And making some changes , what a joke! Would be very surprised if this business even survives the next few years unless there s a major change in his operations & customer service policy. Current owners watch your lawns if you have a large area. Small lawns probably wont notice much visible damage. Pictures have not been provided due to privacy concerns.

Logan, Zaryan, and Jose are managing our yard beautifully. In just a few short weeks of having them here, the yard looks so improved. I even notice the improvement when walking out onto the street and looking back. Thanks guys! Update: Victor and Silva of Suntek are now doing the yard. If possible, it looks even better. After a couple years, pre-Suntek, I now get compliments from friends and family on the yard.

Victor came back to my house several times to replace 2 sprinkler heads and to get them working correctly. They had been accidentally cut by a different Sun Tek crew, and the wrong kind of head had been put on, also by a different Sun Tek worker. Victor made it right, and I am so grateful. He was assisted by Silva, and they both did a great job!

I contacted them on Monday (week 1) asking for an estimate on a rental property I owned and explained that I did not live in the area to the lady in the office. This was also explained on the text stream and over the phone to the first two techs I talked to. I received an estimate (Thursday) and asked for some changes and for them to contact me on Monday. On SATURDAY, I received a call saying he was at the property and wanted me to show him what work was requested. Again I explained that I didnt live there, etc. and asked them to call me on MONDAY (week 2). I was at a celebration of life aka funeral, when he called on Saturday. Monday - No call. I finally called them late afternoon. Excuse - tech was busy, hell be in touch tomorrow. Tuesday, now eight days after my original request, again no response or updated estimate. I contacted them by text and received an extremely rude response from the tech. Then he put a note on the text saying the service was unavailable? By the time we hit the one week mark, I had contacted another service. At this point I knew I wasnt going to deal with this company but thought after all of this effort I should at least end up with an estimate for a cost comparison. Summary - The people I dealt with were extremely unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. The positive reviews Ive seen of this company amaze me - are they real? Update - Thursday afternoon of week 2 I received a phone call asking if I got my estimate update. So far, no more contact. This company is a disaster!

Tried getting a quote from them on specific work I needed done for my landscaping and was initially optimistic because they seem to have good reviews. I also mentioned wanting a separate quote for some additional work as well down the line. They gave me a quote with everything on it instead of separately and ended up asking for $2,000 MORE than the other three quotes I had received for similar services. Then when I asked if I could receive an itemized quote so I could pick and choose the services I wanted, the associate I worked with (Robbie) refused. Apparently he said that they build the quote and cant divide by each thing, which is a huge red flag to me and tells me they probably are gouging folks if they cant even be transparent in their pricing. Just because theyre in Lake Nona they feel like they can rip people off? No thanks! Ended up finding a family-owned business in Kissimmee that did a fantastic job for a much more reasonable price. Id recommend folks steer clear of this place, or at the very least get other quotes on work because this place doesnt seem on the up and up.

I called for an appointment to have my sprinkler system checked as one of my 4 zones was not functioning. I submitted my information & was told that an e-mail would be sent to arrange for a site visit & quote.Over 7 days went by with no contact. I called a different vendor and my system was repaired & working the next day. Maybe my job was too small for Suntek to consider.

Truly the most amazing lawn maintenance and landscaping experience....and great for the environment. Super quite ...no noise polution when working from home on outside the office.

I havent heard their mowers outside once, yet the lawn is magically all cut.

Chris and the Suntek team have been doing a great job for the 3 years that we have been using them. They are fairly priced and deliver good service. They have done a number of different services including, on going lawn care, pruning and planting.

I contacted Suntek, and Im extremely satisfied with their services. Their response was prompt, and within a week, my irrigation system was repaired, and lawn services commenced. Ive been utilizing their landscaping services for over two years now, and I have no complaints whatsoever!

I contacted the Suntek team after the Home Owners Association (HOA) was harassing us about a few weeds and breaking the landscaping rules. Suntek responded right away and they came in with a team of real experts and fixed the front, side, and back to seriously look like a brand new house. They also did little things I didnt think about like water, privacy, maintenance. We were able to use the pictures to respond back to the HOA that everything is resolved. Oh and theyre environmentally friendly which is a nice plus!

I recently purchased a new home and needed someone for my lawn care. I received a flyer from Suntek and after reading the reviews I decided to contact them. I was surprised at how responsive they were and how professional!

Consumer beware! Poor job! Novice at installing sod, they left me an uneven landscape, open gaps between each sod and worst of all they installed dried sod and told me wait until it turns green. Who pays for dried yellow sod to be installed. Main reason I wanted new sod because it was yellow. ****Chris you are a liar, not a man of your word and you did a lousy job****

Since I was not home at the time the tech escorted my wife around and explained everything to her. The repair was completed and the brick driveway was returned to its original form and level!! The invoice came by email and I paid by card. Thanks Suntek

3 months ago, Suntek performed irrigation work for me and it was great. The technician was very professional. Fast forward to today, I added their lawn care service. TJ and Randy did an amazing job!

Suntek staff is very professional and thorough. The trim borders are perfectly straight. The attention to detail is the best Ive ever seen. Reasonably priced and Aaaahhh: no noisy racket from gas engines!

Suntek has been maintaining our lawn for a couple of years now and we have been very happy with their service. Lawn and shrubs are always cut properly. They re also great at communicating if they can t cut on a particular week due to weather, etc. I m glad to have a reliable company servicing our community.

Christopher and Anthony at Suntek were nothing short of amazing! I had a rather out of control landscape and garden beds that needed a major cleanup and maintenance. They responded quickly and were able to schedule the job to be completed within a matter of days for a reasonable rate. Anthony and his crew were consumate professionals and took the time to answer all of my questions and provide valuable advice on things we can do to improve the look. I honestly thought it would take several hours to knock out the cleanup, but Anthony and his team completed the job in an hour. My landscape hasnt looked this good in years and it really is thanks to Suntek! As an added bonus the equipment was so quiet I was able to take a conference call during the work without it creating any background interruption. If you are looking for a new landscape company, especially one that has a personal touch to it, I cannot recommend Suntek enough! Give them a try!

Suntek Zero Emission Lawn Care Team was great with meeting my lawn care needs. They were professional, knowledgeable and was able to get the work completed within 1 day after my request. They fixed my sprinklers and installed some bushes in record timing. Absolutely would suggest for your lawn care needs.

Chris contacted me the very same day that I had asked for a quote via their website. We made an appointment the next day and he took the time to walked through our yard and gave us his recommendations. This included the health of our lawn and improvements that he could see. We decided to go with Suntek because of 1. The Zero emission Lawn Care and 2. The responsiveness that we receive when we call. They communicate very well, if there are delays in their service, they let us know. After the first month, they are doing a great job, and they are a local organization. As a result, we give them a very high recommendation.

Unfortunately updating my review. After setting up and paying for service, Suntek didnt show up weeks in a row even after multiple confirmations. Very nice people, but the communications and organization didnt live up to expectations.

Chris and his team have been fantastic in helping me to get my yard in order. They are responsive to any issues and are willing to work with my schedule to get the job done. As someone who works from home, I especially love the use of electric lawn equipment. Some days I don t even know that the team is servicing my lawn because the equipment is so quiet. Quality work and great customer service is what Suntek is all about.

What a great company!! The response was immediate the owner was the nicest guy. I think the price point was phenomenal! We had mulch delivered and spread, they were fast and very efficient! One of my sprinkler heads was damaged during edging, and Chris and his team not only fixed it, but they relocated the sprinkler head from where it had been installed to a place out of harms way. All without charge.

I am very interested in having my lawn care and that of my community go electric. Unfortunately, there is no chance of that as this company is so busy they will not work outside of there small community and there are almost no other companies that are all electric. The owner, however did spend an decent amount of time talking to me on the phone about this issue, his desire to expand, his empathy for the people working in the industry and the difficulties of transitioning to electric. It will be a few years at least before electric will be available. Nice guy though.

Used SunTek for about a year because we wanted to be more environmentally friendly. The service was not as good as prior companies we had used, but initially we understood they were a new and growing company. Services progressively declined to the point of only showing up about half the time with significantly reduced quality of work. The yard became an eye sore. Had to switch to another service because our yard was embarrassing.

I m happy with the low noise and environmental impact of the electric tools. We work from home so it s nice to not notice the crew is even working. As a new customer with a new house, so far so good.

We have recently moved to the area and couldn t be more pleased with the work that Bryan and Jason did on our yard. They not only did a great job but were also prompt on communication and very knowledgeable. Chris (the owner) came over to make sure the guys were enabled to proceed with the work and also answer any questions. The services are reasonably priced and I love that the zero emissions aspect cares not only about the environment but his people too! Ive been working with suntek for a couple months now and they have done a great job in upkeeping the grass around our house. They are very responsive and easy to communicate and work with. Price is reasonable and I like that I barely notice them when theyre here because their equipment is electric and quite. Would highly recommend!

Chris and Alex are very responsive and professional. I hired Suntek to remove some trees/bushes that have grown out of control on the side of my house. They removed the trees and completely removed the root balls. It really cleaned up the side of the house quite a bit. They did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

We ve had Suntek for a few months and are very happy with their service. We moved into a new home and I had no idea how to change the settings on my sprinkler system, which were flooding my backyard and turned on at the wrong time so I ended up turning it off until I could figure out how to adjust it. Well, today I went out to figure it out on my own and was struggling! Sunteck came to do their weekly lawn service and Anthony offered to help with the settings and completely updated the system to the current date/time and set the sprinkler system to work at the correct days for the correct amount of time so it doesn t flood! It only took him 10 minutes to do what would ve taken me hours to figure out! He was extremely informative and helpful and really made my day. It wasn t his job to help me with that, but went above and beyond to assist us with our lawn needs! I am super grateful that he was able to help! They remove waste from property when done instead of leaving it at the road. Much more than a normal mowing service. My yard never looked better! So glad they are here in Lake Nona!

Ive owned 2 houses in Laureate Park and had multiple lawn companies and SUNTEK is the most professional, organized, and QUIET operation to get my yard mowed, edged, trimmed, and looking fresh every week, at a good price! I work from home and do zoom calls, so it was very important that im not inconvenienced having to wait 30 minutes for a noisy blower and gas-powered lawn company to mow the yard when im on important calls. SUNTEK shows up on time, and sometimes I never even notice them out there they are SO QUIET! and the yard is nicely trimmed and edged with care. Laureate park has bad drainage but their machines are not as heavy as some gas powered machines so they dont sink into the lawn and damage it on the sides. And their trucks dont take up as many parking spaces in front of your house as the big trailer truck companies. Call them and lets make Laureate Park a quiet, solar powered lawn-mower neighborhood!

Luis addressed some concerns and helped me with my irrigation system to set me up right. The whole team especially was professional and nice. Suntek has taken over my property from another company who completely destroyed our landscaping and WOW my yard looks amazing! They come every week on the same day to make sure that our yard looks great and is in accordance with the HOA, you barely know they arrive with the quiet machinery and everyone is so pleasant and friendly. Also, communication is amazing! I can reach them anytime. I d recommend them over and over again.

The owner is great at communicating and always lets me know if they can t make it due to the weather. Alex and his crew are amazing! I have gone thru several lawn care companies and non are better than Suntek! They are always on time and I never hear them. No loud lawn mowers! The crew is very personable and they always take care of any landscaping requests or additional services promptly and courteously. Suntek has been doing and excellent Job keeping my landscape looking beautiful.The machines they use are. to as heavy as traditional lawn mowers which really helps prevent damage to the sod. I really trust the guys with everything regarding to our yard. They recently also completed replacing mulch around the entire house and have received so many compliments since. I was really in a bind trying to have 130 bags of mulch for my property in Laureate Park. As prices for mulch have risen and the cost of delivery this project was pretty costly. I contacted Suntek and they responded to me right away. They not only offered to install the mulch, but would also purchase it, and deliver to too! They gave me a very fair price and had the job done in just a couple of days. They were very respective of my property and acted in a very professional manner throughout. I am thrilled to have found a lawn and yard care company that cares about people and our environment while doing exemplary work. Additionally, every employee from the company has been extremely pleasant and accommodating. They go over the job before and after, answering any questions and asking for input. As described on their website they use electric powered tools which are much quieter and do not emit gases into our atmosphere. I didn t even realize they were outside my house working! So far I have had several trees trimmed and look forward to working with them in the future maintaining my property.
