Do you think I would pay you to aerate my lawn when you can t even control the weeds.

Not a good experience

I hate to provide a negative review but want to keep others from experiencing what we have. Lawnworx treated our lawn for years and in the past few months we noticed more and more dead spots over time. Instead of them taking the time to review what might be occurring and mitigating the issue, they continued to treat and provide copy and pasted blanket statements until we no longer could take it. We are now being quoted tens of thousands of dollars by other companies to fix our yard which should have been properly managed by Lawnworx in the first place.

Piss poor results, loss of growing grass, no plan for type of grass in lawn and poor management.

After many years of multi companies finally have found a company that truly KNOWS their craft. The best company around for lawn and pest control. Thank you Mike & John!

I hired these guys to treat my lawn in East Orlando since the HOA said I had bare spots. They agreed that the weed treatment should fill in my lawn. Somehow they stopped going and ignored my account. The HOA fined me $1000 for not tending to my lawn. I hired another outfit that seems to be doing better.

My wife and I have new construction (2021) and contacted them approximately 3 months ago due to multiple ant piles around the driveway and yard. They performed a pest control treatment, weed control, and aeration service. Our grass, which was already dying prior to them coming out, showed minor improvement. The ant problem got worse, as we then began finding them in the bedrooms, kitchen, and guest bathrooms. My wife contacted them to inform of the problem, and they said they would come out to treat it. A game of phone tag ensued, as we seemed to never be home when they came to treat the ant problem. They eventually came out and treated the problem, but the ants are back in full force as of February 18, 2022.

BEST, Lawn Maintinance company out there. I recommend, far above Blue Heron and True Green. Brooke is always wonderful to speak with and extremely accommodating with my account. Lawnworx also, does not price gouge like the other larger franchise companies do.

EDITED: It took many months but we are seeing good results, to the degree that we signed up to have them treat our bushes as well. They ve not been able to get on top of our weed problems and we re doing some sod-replacement as a last resort. Hate to leave a poor review, hopefully I ll be able to update with better news later. Edited to add: thank you for your reply. I only posted this review because I was repeatedly prompted to via email. The dollar-weed has been dramatically reduced, but the spurge (and burmuda) were unfazed, prompting the sod work. Again, I hope to post a better update in the future.

LawnWorx always calls the day prior to servicing the lawn which I greatly appreciate. Their technicians do a very good job when servicing my home.

I am quite satisfied. Any problems found in our yard are noted on the receipt, and advice given as to what needs to be done to improve our lawn. I do wish that besides noting the problems , we were shown where the problem was. I have called with concerns and a Tech has come and discussed the problem. They took care of our ants problem I like that. All workers have been nice, professional including the office staff. We are more aware of when to water the lawn. Our home was built on a lot that was filled, lots of Sand, filtration is good but we did add soil to improve .

Our lawn looks great and pest control is good!!!

I am still having problems with insects. I want them to automatically wipe down all spider webs each time they come without my having to ask them to do it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They damaged and burned my lawn and would not own up to it. The manager first said he would take care of it and then turned around and took back what he promised. They are the only ones who spray my yard. I would run far away from this company and not use them. He kept coming up with a million excuses not to rectify what his company did to my lawn. My tree was even affected by the chemicals they sprayed on the lawn. Greg was trying to pass the buck and blame my neighbors because he did not want to pay to resod the area they damaged!! Poor customer service and professionalism. Im filing a BBB complaint against them! **Reply**The pattern of the burned grass is consistent with the way the technician drives his machine on my lawn!!! Ive seen him with my own eyes!! So your smug attitude (like others have commented on reviews) wont convince anyone. Its okay God doesnt like ugly. What you sow on Earth you will reap!!

We have been LawnWorx customers for many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful. Management and office staff are always responsive and professional and the Technicians have helped us numerous times solve issues with our lawn to restore it to looking the way we want it. to. Highly recommend them.

Lawnworks supports my lawn with fertilizer. Its a tricky lawn, because the HOA cant yet provide reclaimed water via irrigation, so my lawn has dry spots. The technician did his best so that the dry areas were not burned by fertilizer. Overall, this technician was given an A grade.

just had new sod installed before using them. my neighbors used them and his lawn looked great. my new sod does not. in process of looking for someone else.

Staff drop off a bill but skip or run through the service appointment so fast if you blink you ve missed them. Sub par weed and pest control

3 application agreement yes but chemical burnt our front lawn, beware!!!! instead making it great, ruined it and claiming it is our fault!!! very unprofessional company!!! how can you continue with this kind of business dealings???

Lawn Worx has been maintaining my lawn for several years now and I must say the QUALITY of work that has been provided has been greatly APPRECIATED. My tech, JOHN JOHNSTON, is the best. I hope ALL of the employees are following his high work standards. John is dependable, comes each month with no problems, provides honest lawn evaluations. He is the BEST appears to be a LOYAL employee.

We had yellow grass patches, dying part and lots of weeds in so many areas. The gentlman who came out gave us good news that we had a good base and the grass would improve over the next few weeks. It came back so nicely! The yellow patches cleared up and the weeds disappeared. We were more than pleased with the customer service and the results. We would highly recommend to anyone!

We noticed our neighbors grass looked very good - we asked who they used. Reply - Lawnworx. Thats how we found them. Our lawn has never looked so good. Healthy, SUPER green, and absent weeds.

This company is Horrible. Dont sign up with them, I hired them 7 month ago and now i have to replace the whole front yard. I just fired them today.

Recently asked them to spot treat some pesky weeds in my yard. They killed the weeds alright, and most of my grass as well. I fired them.

I have had Lawnworx service for over a year now. What I like most about this company is how they patiently and respectfully answer all of my questions. Weeds are a never ending battle in all partsof the country. The folks at Lawnworx have come out to specifically treat stubborn weed areas in my yard each time I called. Im happy with the education Ive received regarding my grass, lawn needs, and weeds since signing on with this company.

I chose Lawn Worx based on the Google reviews and the convincing sales pitch. Looking closely at the reviews here, Im not sure how reliable they are. Worlie mccoy who left a 5 star review a year ago actually works for the company. Who left all these glowing reviews wouldnt have mattered had they taken proper care of my lawn. My emails to Worlie, aka Skip would go unanswered. Most recently emailed about the condition of my lawn, got no response. Spend your money elsewhere!

A company that tries. Customer service often seems to be a thing of the past, yet this company remembers. I had a rough start with these folks but an honest effort to keep my business and provide good service has me on board as a client for the foreseeable future. Mistakes happen and what a company does to remedy mistakes speaks volumes. My yard has improved and my neighbors have noticed. I do pass on the number of LAWNWorx to them. Give them a try.

tries to use pushover tactics to get business. Brags about how much business they have, yet harasses us by phone for at least 15 minute begging for business, even though we already told him that we get better and cheaper service elsewhere. Says negative things about other companies, which is not a good business practice, and is a detriment to them.

Best lawn service Ive ever had lawn looks great as for Skip

Ive had a number of lawn care contractors since Ive been in Florida. One of those contractors resulted in me having to replace a large section of my lawn. Since Ive had Lawnworx, I have a very healthy lawn with a minimal amout of weeds and I am very staisfied with their service.

Lawnworx does a good job on my yard. What I like about them the most is their competitive price. I called several companies before using them and Lawnworx gave me the best price. Another characteristic about them is their fast response to any problem with my yard. I give them an Excellent rating,

Previously used Masseys. They kept changing our billing dates and would never fix it to one date. I feel we were double billed more than once. Lawnworx totally different experience. Excellent service and quality products.

During a losing battle with Chinch Bugs and yard weeds, Lawnworx stepped in and saved my lawn. They even did multiple treatments in one week to assure the problems were taken care of completely. No bugs or weeds are in my lawn now. I highly recommend Lawnworx to anyone who is in need of a lawn service that really produces great results.

Our yard was looking only so-so and looked as though we might beginning to have some problems. Lawnworx started taking care of the yard and it is looking great and the price is also great.

I use Lawnworx on a regular basis and have been very satisfied with the horticultural and agronomic knowledge the staff uses on my projects. As an account manager, I generate many work orders on a regular basis and find the Lawnworx staff to be very responsive to my requests and inquiries.
