I hired Mr. Pineda and his team to manage the "green" parts of my home on the east side of Orlando for four years between summer 2014 and summer 2018. I struggled for two years to find a competent company to handle everything for me, which had to include weeding the flower beds and managing the shrubbery in addition to lawn, fertilizer, edging, etc. I tried three previous vendors and was unsatisfied and wound up being in non-compliance with the HOA by the end of it. Mr. Pineda came in with his team and re-invigorated the property and everything was BEAUTIFUL for the four years we employed JEP's. I cannot recommend this company more highly. They do both residential and commercial. You won't be disappointed!

Jose and his team always do exceptional, prideful work. I would use him for any job! They pay attention to detail while being quick. Jose himself is one of the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with.

We have contracted JEP’s Lawn Care Corp for several years. JEP’S Lawn Care is responsible for our Communities lawn maintenance which includes lawn cutting, fertilization, weed control, sprinkler repair, mulch,tree and plants to name a few. JEP’s Lawn Care is the real deal Professional, Professional and did I mention Professional. I have never been disappointed, We rely on JEP’s Lawn Care recommendations, very knowledgeable especially with plant selection, soils, techniques growing shrubs,and bedding plants. JEP’s Lawn Care are vey dedicated and professional, and are not interested in doing something simply to make a buck. Instead, they work carefully with you, to insure they understand your vision and your budget. It would be a mistake not to hire them.

Their employees are SO RUDE!! They take care of the pond property on Econ/Lee Vista behind our house early in the morning so I'm not a customer. 2 of them ride their mowers between our house and the tree line of the woods, which is maybe 10-12ft. One morning, they ruined part of our hose when it was on the side of our house!! They just rode right over it!! They ride over the water pipe in our yard too, always throws the lid off sometimes in the woods. The next time they came through, we talked to them so we could tell them to stop riding on our property. "The one in charge" said (in completely broken English) that we needed to talk to his boss but I couldn't really understand him so my husband came out, spoke to him and we were told he can't stop going that way because his boss tells him to go through there. The problem with speaking to his boss is that the 2 guys are dropped off at the property....while the boss goes somewhere else, I presume. So I can't find the boss without following them and it's always early in the morning!! It's just VEERRRYY unprofessional. I'm also out of a hose until I can get a new one. THANKS JEPS!! 😒
