We had a great experience with Harris Landscaping! Kyle was always quickly available for any questions I had during the planning process and their price was fair. We met with many companies before deciding on Harris and many never even called us back after coming out but Kyle was always readily available. Their price was fair and included a wide variety of plants and sod for our backyard renovation. The workers arrived on time, were friendly and knocked the project out in two days and it s an amazing transformation! We can t wait to enjoy our summer out there with the kids. We hope to redo our front yard landscaping next year and will definitely be calling Harris back!

Kyle was amazing helping me pick out plants for my house. He is going to come look at removing some trees and I felt I got a good deal so I would 100% recommend

It s been hard to find a great group who can take care of your lawn as well as be very attentive and detailed, and this company does not lack in that area at all! I hired Harris Landscaping to do some dirt work next to my driveway. They needed to move and haul away the dirt so I could extend my driveway and add retaining walls. The estimate I received matched exactly what I asked them to look at. Once we set a date/time, the team showed up ahead of schedule. They walked through the project one more time so that everyone knew what they were doing then they got to work. Unfortunately, the old owners had the main water line in a bad spot so it was hit while moving the dirt. The Harris team quickly and calmly got the water off and even fixed the pipe for me. (side note, the pipe was above the driveway level in my yard, it should have been way deeper than it was so it was not their fault). Once fixed, the team moved on and got the work done. I would recommend using Harris Landscaping. I will be certainly calling them for additional work in the future.

Kyle Harris (owner) is a friendly guy that is as sweet as he is helpful. It feels great going to a place like this. I was needing some sod and he happened to have some left over from a job. I laid it myself since it was a small area and its doing great!

How are these people still in business? This guy is terrible. Excuse after excuse, imagine if they did show up. I mean come on, look at these other reviews!! Harris Landscaping doesnt need our money because hes been working for a company for 30yrs. Hahaha, this guy is a joke. Please dont waste your time and money with this guy. After all, he did say, Put all the reviews you want on Google I dont need your money. I dont leave a job until Ive finished it Im not going to jeopardize a company Ive worked for for 30 plus years. Ive had change orders that has held me up . so put what you want on Google. Could careless. So you have a good rest of your day. I wish I can post a screenshot of the rest of messages. He sure wasnt busy to then threaten me afterwards. Ok Harris, just as promised. Ill be on the lookout for you later.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I have had a truly terrible experience with Kyle and his company. They agreed to do my yard maintenance and re-design my front and back yard. I then expected Harris Landscaping to start maintenance and they never showed....after countless calls they came out once to do my yard maintenance, and never, ever, ever came back. No call, no response, nothing. Each time Id call their office the receptionist would assure me someone would contact me soon. No one did. Truly the WORST yard company Ive ever seen.

I got a perfect dougl first tree for a nice price not inflated. Great customer service.

The crews do the job well but any issues after gets a lot of run around with scheduled check ins that never happen. We had sod laid and had some issues even though they set the irrigation but tried to get them to check on it and they routinely didnt show up. If you use them, dont get Kyle as your PM.

I cant say enough about the customer service I received from Harris Landscaping. I had an issue with something I purchased and they went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved. I will be back! Thank you!

Bad service

Stay clear or proceed with caution. We had a small job and the plant material was diseased and dying. In addition, the installation was poor. While they made promises to remedy the problem and replace the plant material, they never came back or did anything further. They happily accepted payment and then vanished. Very disappointed with their work ethic and the empty promises. BE CAREFUL!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Update: Kyle reached out to me about making things right. Just met with him to talk about finalizing things and Im optimistic that it will be finished soon. I will update again on completion. Original review: I really liked Kyle a lot and he gave us a good price on a fairly large job that we saved up for. The level of excellence in their execution was low. There are still things they havent fixed even after multiple conversations with them to complete them. They didnt replace items they threw out. Our irrigation system still doesnt cover the lawn and has dead spots. Some of the heads were placed in a way that spray up into our covered porch area and leave a green algae all over. I was really hoping their team would pull through because I enjoyed them on a personal level. Wish this worked out differently.

This is ridiculous, I call Monday and schedule a date for a walk thru Tuesday morning. The guy never showed so I call and he claimed he forgot and would meet me later that evening. Never showed and never called! And now when I call no one answers.

My experience is like most. They take your money and it is like pulling teeth to get the job finished. Then after it us our property is served with a mechanics lien because they dont pay their subs. Tried calling and texting Kenny and Kyle and they are nonresponsive. The bill they is owe is $145!!! I will go out if my way to make sure no one I knows does business with them. Next step is having our attorneys file suit against them.

I just wanted to say what a positive experience Ive had over the years, regarding various projects with Harris Landscaping. Ken and Kyle Harris have a tremendous knowledge of landscaping needs. They give expert advice. Also, they have a great staff and are reliable. Think about this company for your landscaping needs. Thanks Harris Landscaping for all of the years of great work !!!

They did some work for me a couple years ago and Ill just say i wasnt happy with the total outcome. I see they are no longer a nursery, and that may be a testament to their work. I hope they are doing well with the yard work business.

Kyle was a consummate professional who was one of the only landscapers in the area who was not only responsive, but quick to provide a quote and was available within a reasonable time frame. His team showed up a little late, but got to work immediately and were quick and efficient. I had requested a stump ground down, topsoil laid, some irrigation additions, and finally Zoysia sod placed. Kyle was attentive enough to let me know that the sod was being freshly cut, so there would be a delay of one day, which was completely understandable. The sod looked great, and Kyle came to inspect the work himself. Finally, Kyle had two of his foreman stay behind till the end and instruct me as to the watering schedule, cut height, and temperament of the new lawn. they then inspected my lawnmower and made adjustments to properly cut the lawn when time. It was a great experience and i will be using them again in the future for any of my needs. Not to mention, a month later and my new lawn looks amazing.

UPDATE 6/12/2018: Wow. Katie Harris seriously came through and restored my faith in Harris and customer service in general. Within 3 hours of my review on their Facebook page she called me to make it right and went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I had a pallet of quality sod in my driveway when I got home from work (on the same day of my review!) and it was a beautiful sight to see! I will undoubtedly be giving Katie a call to give Harris my future business when I am ready to sod the rest of the back yard. THANK YOU!!!! --------- I contacted them on Thursday, June 7, 2018 to check on the price for a pallet of sod to be delivered. They immediately gave me a quote and said they had one available for delivery the next day, Friday, June 8. By 4:30 on Friday I checked with them in to see when it would be delivered and they said they got behind schedule so it will be there on Saturday, June 9th. On Saturday I checked in at 10:30 AM to see if there was an estimate on what time they would be there so I could move my car out of the way... by 2 PM. I run some errands, return at 5:30 PM, and guess what? No sod. So 2 days of no call, no show (I shouldnt have to reach out to check in if something is coming as promised or not). It is really disappointing; they are highly recommended and I would love to have kept business local but its hard to do that when the business doesnt deliver. I dont know if it is a communication issue on their end between management and the delivery guys or what the deal is, but I set aside most my weekend to lay sod, and to never receive it is just bad business.

Very friendly staff and does a great job trying to make your idea a reality. Family owned company which makes it even better too, they really take pride in their work.

I dont want to give them any stars. I called to set up an appointment and the guy never came out. I wasted 2 hours waiting for him to call or something so I called them and there was no record of an appointment. I had the email to prove it. Then the guy came out to do an estimate as soon as I called and seemed really disinterested. He said he would get me an estimate from his wife who did not tell him earlier he had an appointment. Guess what? Never got an estimate. This Harris business shouldnt even have a business.

Best Christmas trees! Based on the quality of the trees the pricing was extremely low. I paid $60 for an 8 foot(maybe a little taller) Frazier Fir and its been 5 days with almost no needle loss. I cant say enough about this place, beautiful trees, great staff. This is my new Christmas tree place!
