I have been using John’s Sprinkler for the last few years. I bought a house with a broken irrigation system and John’s got everything fixed. I just had them out to add another zone. Julio, Juan R. and Jose P. came out. They are the best. They leave your property looking neat as if they were never there. I highly recommend them! Matt
Carlos and Tony came out today and did a great job getting my Rain Bird system up and running. Replaced the RPZ valve, sprinkler heads and six nozzles. Tuned up the system and programmed the control! I was so impressed with these guys I called the office and let them know how great they did. Then I scheduled them to come out in the fall and winterize my system! Use them, they are great!

Your prices are fair, the guys are great, they are responsible, respectful, pleasant and take care of what needs to be done. They always arrive within their time frame. Julio and Gabe are the two that I know best. I must admit I have NEVER had one of your workers come to my house that wasn’t a great worker.I never feel as though I’m being taken advantage of. A great company to do business with. Very experienced employees, Julio & Juan R replaced my RPZ valve with a much improved model. I highly recommend this company.
I just recently called for an appointment to open our Sprinkler System and was given a date 2.5 weeks out, when I asked for something sooner I was given the very next day. (didn't really make sense but ok I was happy) The system was opened and I was told from the Technician the RPZ valve had a leak and that he tighten the cap up and it was still leaking therefore it needed to be replaced. I called and questioned this as I did not feel comfortable with the Tech's answer. After hanging up the phone with the office I felt even more uncomfortable with what the wanted to charge as I was quoted $650.00 to $750.00 for a new RPZ valve. Going with my gut feeling I called a local competitor, they came out 1st thing on Monday morning as I spoke with them at the close of business on a Friday. The Technician replaced a neoprene washer inside of 5 minutes. I was charged a couple bucks for the washer and a service call. Not $650.00 to $750.00 as I was originally quoted from John's.

I have used Johns sprinkler system a few times. Each time, they found problems with my system. They advised me of issues and gave me options to correct. After picking an option, they repaired the system, and it works like brand new again. I highly recommend them. Once Again, Julie, Jose and Tony did a great job.
Julio has been servicing our system for 18 years. He is honest and kind and very professional, and is always giving us good advice on what adjustments to make with our system for optimal watering to avoid dryness or soggy areas our system working the best for us. Highly recommend!

There really isnt anything positive I can say about Johns Sprinkler Systems, unfortunately. If you look at the some of the other critical reviews, youll see that professionalism is a repeat offense. First, I had to wait months for an estimate - which I understood and was patient about. A week before the scheduled date, I called to confirm and also discuss landscaping options. On the day of the estimate, there was a no show and I wasted half of the day so I called to understand why and was told that the dates somehow got mixed up (mind you, this was after I already called to confirm). I was told that they would make sure I was seen timely once they did come out on a later date. That turned out to be false as I was contacted after the window of time for the appointment, just to be told that they were running late. So, again, another disregard of time. Once I finally received the estimate, it was as generic as any estimate Ive seen and really on the expensive side when compared to others Ive worked with. Also, they just simply ignored any and everything regarding landscaping as I didnt get any feedback/estimate/or the like on that at all. Pretty unbelievable. Avoid if you can.
Service is wonderful. Ive had the same technician for the last 3 years. He knows the irrigation system and hes polite, professional, and courteous. He takes the time to respond to questions. Thank you, Julio!!!
Just had Julio and Octavio come out to winterize our system this morning. I am very happy with them they did a great job and I think I found my new company to take care of my system. You guys are awesome! Please keep me on the list for winterizing and make sure that Julio is the one that comes out. I will touch base with you again in the fall next year or if I need anything during the year.
They want $65 dollars to come out and estimate a repair job. I cut 7 sprinkler lines and a Mosquito mister. Are they nuts, just to look at it and give me a price! Horrible customer service! Im surprised they didnt charge me for talking to them on the phone. Would not recommend!
