He also did a great job cleaning up by taking away extra material and even rinsing off the dirt on the fence and driveway. He delivered more than we expected. We had a wonderful experience with Tri-State. They built a patio off the back of our house. It was such an easy experience for us. The team of Cody and Jose made steady, precise choices and are true master craftsmen. They were detail oriented, they had great respect for their own tools and they always left the worksite better than when they found it. They were respectful and patient and great at problem solving. It s true that these services aren t cheap. But we definitely got what we paid for and more, in so many ways. We just could not be happier.

Absolute outstanding craftsmanship done by this business, I dabbled in a couple of other company s to get The 411 on what s out there but as soon as I spoke with Cody i knew they weren t here to mess around. The quote was fast and easy and before my eyes my retaining walls standing tall looking nice,hard and solid. Jose came and made it happen before my eyes. They aren t like a lot of other guys I see working, they keep the job site very clean and when they leave it s like they were never there. Sometimes finding a good landscaper for retaining walls is like looking for a needle in a haystack so let me just save you the hassle of looking because the needle is right here! They stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire project. It is a relief as a homeowner not to have to guess or worry whats next. We already knew their game plan before they started. During the 1st stages of the project my wife and I decided to ask Cody to help us with another project (flooding of the backyard). Cody was happy to provide us multiple options to fix our problem. We decided to go with 3 catch basins and 4 pipe. Normally we would have a foot of water in certain areas of the yard. Since the drainage has been added we have not had flooding! We bought our new house and knew we were going to need a new driveway. I called 5 companies in which all but Tri State had a backlog of greater than a month. Cody provided us a quote that was lower than the competition and was able to do it in 3 days. We currently use their snow removal services for our commercial building and they also provide great service. High recommend them to anyone!

If anyone is looking for Concrete work in the south suburbs area we highly recommend tri-state. We had our Ashphalt driveway replaced with concrete, had the driveway widened and Extended to the Length of the house and had our front stoop redone. Where do I start! I am so grateful to have found Tri-State landscaping and could not be happier with the results. I live in a house where my front yard is my only yard (there is no backyard) and I wanted to start making use of this outside space. With a 2-year-old toddler and 2 fur babies needing an outdoor environment, I needed it to be safe and practical for all. I had my own set of design ideas but knew that I needed guidance and an expert eye to make my ideas a reality. What I knew I wanted: artificial (pet friendly) turf on one side and a paver patio on the other side. This is where Cody comes in. Cody was the salesperson/designer that came out to provide a consultation and quote. Cody is awesome! He is this really cool, super knowledgeable, honest, personable guy and he totally sold it for me. He is a great representation of this company and after meeting him, I knew that I wanted to do business with this company. What I appreciated the most was that Cody was honest with me. I shared some of my ideas and although he never said it could not be done, he gave me great feedback including why he would or would not do this/that for me to think about. In turn, he provided me with other design ideas that I had not considered, which I ended up following through with and getting done. The only bummer was that after that initial contact, I was only able to thank Cody via email. Thanks again Cody! Next was Jose, the amazing Forman I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and customer care Jose demonstrated. There were multiple daily check-ins with me throughout the process to see if I had any questions or concerns. Be prepared, this company sends an army of workers to get your project done! Jose was skilled at coordinating all the work and getting his crew to get the project done in a timely manner. Daily, each group of workers knew their task and got it done. It took these guys less than 2 weeks (about 9-10 days) to finish the project. They work fast (excellent work ethic!!), they are detailed oriented, they clean-up at the end of each workday and they are all just a great group of workers. Financially, this was certainly an investment. I believe that they are pretty comparable with other companies, maybe a little bit more expensive, but it has truly been worth every penny. Their work is impeccable, and it has been one of the most stress-free house renovations that Ive had done. More importantly, the best part of it all, has been seeing my little girl enjoy the new grassy area and beautifully constructed out door living area!!

Cody and the crew at Tri-State Landscaping did a fantastic job on our backyard project. We had a mess of a yard with overgrown trees and uneven ground that we had been ignoring for years. Cody came and met with us and had the quote back to us very quickly. The crew came in and completed this project in 3.5 days! We live in an association and they were very respectful of our association laws and made sure they cleaned up each night before they left, sweeping the street and storing all their equipment out of the way. They did an amazing job clearing trees and debris, built an amazing retaining wall, leveled and sodded the lawn, redirected irrigation, added stones beneath the deck, and installed a beautiful stone fire pit. Tri-State performed the landscape design and installation of our irrigation, drainage, concrete patio around our pool and lawn, trees and shrubs. Cody our landscaping designer did a wonderful job in the selection of the trees and plants for our yard. Jose was our Foreman, he did a good job in the planning of the installation of the drainage and irrigation systems. He would ask us if we had questions about the installation. Cody would talked to us daily to see if we had concerns or changes that we wanted to make. We were very pleased with the landscaping services they performed in our yard. I have had a contract with Tri State now for the last 2 years to do all my outside upkeep. Their work speaks for itself there has never been an issue. One time they hired a new lawn tech, and he cut my grass just a bit too high. I called Cody jokingly telling him what had happened, within 10 minutes the crew came back with cody behind them. He went back with his new tech and I watched him patiently spend 20 minutes teaching him about the different mower heights on a lawn with an incline and how to not go too low and burn the grass. Whereas most managers would have been angry and impatient with their new employee cody exemplified patience and professionalism. Everything about the service is beyond exceptional. My previous lawn service, if my dogs were out back they would skip right over my house before I realized they were there. Tri State will pet the dogs for a minute and than come knock on my door and let me know to let them in. And to really put the icing on the cake, I lost my job halfway through last season and when I told him I couldnt pay anymore he said dont worry about it and kept on cutting every week until I found a new job and he helped me set up a payment plan. Over the time tri state has been maintaining my property I not only found a lifetime lawn service company but a friend through the owner. Amazing service. Incredible work. Family oriented and always reliable. My commitment to tri state goes beyond their price or work (which is all great), the experience of working with them as a company is unbeatable.
