So, is this company still in business? The office number no longer works. And, no response from text messages or emails. Does anyone know what manufacturer they use? They installed our fence and our landscaper damaged our fence. The company is willing to pay for the repairs. But, I've received no response from Katie or Jay.
Jay and his guys were great! I am extremely happy with the work that was done. It all looks amazing and neatly done. I am very happy and would use them again for sure!!
The project started out well but the ending was very disappointing. 3/4 of the way through the project and they stopped working and would not answer any calls or emails, and there were many. 9 trees were planted and 7 died and they would not replace any even though they all died within 3 months and were getting plenty of water. I had a new landscaper come out and he told me he did not believe they died of lack of water and that they should have been replaced. Jay is very unprofessional in the way he treated and spoke to me. This project was very close to being a 5 start project, but they ruined it in the end and left me with a very bitter taste in my mmouth. I spent around $50,000 in total on this project and would have expected better customer service. I would not recommend them at all.
We love our back yard oasis Kate and her team completed. She made our dreams come to fruition. The whole team was accommodating and very professional, yet personal. We will definitely be using All Season again. The owner, Jay, is also easy to deal with as well. Very happy customer
We used all season for the installation of a paver patio and landscaping around a new pool. The process was amazingly easy from the panning to the finished project. All of the staff was extremely professional and the work was completed on the timeline they provided at the start of the project. Would definitely recommend them to others.
We hired All Seasons landscape to repair our landscaping while installing an inground pool this fall. Our original plan was to have them install sod, fix sprinklers and repair anything that was damaged. Once we began the project, we shifted gears and decided to install both a back and front yard patio along with lighting and new landscaping. As things came up along the way both Katie and Jay were very easy to communicate with. Katie also designed some extra features on the patios for us to accommodate unsteady family members with steps and transitions spaces. I’m so glad we went with All Seasons because our yard looks amazing. The paver design and layout are better than I could’ve imagined.
We were extremely pleased with the work All Seasons Landscape did on our back yard. From the retaining wall, to the landscaping, and everything in between. I would highly suggest using them for your at home outdoor needs. The team members were hard working professionals and we couldn’t be happier.
I hired All Season Landscaping to do a patio and lawn makeover when my pool was installed. Jay (the owner) was awesome and worked hard to ensure the work was done flawlessly. He went above and beyond for our family and I am greatly appreciative, the end product looks amazing. The communication was excellent before, during, and after the project concluded. Once the project commenced, All Seasons worked until the project was done. They did not leave me wondering when they would be back. All Seasons number one goal was to provide excellent workmanship and to ensure they met our needs. They had a project manager on-site (Ramero) who always talked through the next stage or work to ensure it was to our liking. They had an expert wall builder (Jose) who meticulously built our fire pit, pillars, and waterfall. The entire crew was kind to my family and treated us great during the project. Also the office manager (Katie) oversaw all coordnation of work and designed the flower beds around the house, which look amazing. All Seasons Landscaping is as good as it gets. There might be other companies that charge less but you will not get the level of detail and quality of work as All Season provides. In my personal opinion, there is no need to ever get a second quote from another company, All Season Landscaping is the best in the business. Tom S.

Be careful with this company after you give them the check you will not hear back from them, even if they say you have 6 months of warranty for your trees and flowers. They never answer the phone nor return calls. I am very disappointed with Katie, who was in charge of our project. She would try to avoid my calls and messages. They never replaced the trees that failed! Money down the drain!!
I d like to update this review. All Seasons is not reliable and will cost you more money. After putting my back patio in the back of our house , we needed our front yard redone and then our whole pool rebuild done. Jay promised to do my landscaping in the front at a deal because he was trying to get the business of redoing our pool area (a very large job). He never showed up for the front yard, and would not return calls about the back patio that is now sinking. We paid 40k for the back patio. I expect when I spend that kind of cash to have a company back their work, do the job right, and fix it if it is not. He ll roll up in his expensive truck and tell you it was $120k. Not a man or company of integrity. Patios are expensive put your money into a company who s trustworthy and reliable. Not one that brags about their possessions and leave you in the dust to pay someone else to fix their problems.
What a beautiful job! Jay & his team did an amazing job completely transforming my yard! 10/10 recommend these guys. They worked long and hard hours for us and we are so happy with the outcome!
All seasons went over and beyond what I expected extremely professional on time stayed until everything was done , Jay was a big help always friendly and gets back to you with an answer which were all positive !! they did my Deck for me and it turned out amazing they went out of their way to give me what i wanted and along with our new Landscaping the house looks better than when New !!
All seasons was a major let down. If you want to play project manager everyday for a company you are generously compensating hire Jay. He s not reliable at returning phone calls and will quickly tell you anything to get the work then back pedal. Vision, design and project management all needs improvement. Also closely review all numbers because he s quick to add on to your bill but always forgets credits. BEWARE!! Overvalues his work, under performs then send you to collections when u refuse to pay 23k for a job worth 13k. I gave him 13k and saved lots of money with a new company. STEER CLEAR!
We hired All Seasons to turn our terrible swamp land into a majestic resort. From start to finish, Jay, the owner, was very friendly, informative, professional, and on top of things. He worked hand and hand with Caribbean Pools to handcraft a beautiful pavilion, patio with bullnose coping, custom fountain with running water and fire, and a custom hot tub. The crew was polite, friendly, and very hardworking. You can really tell they take pride in their workmanship. They worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend All Seasons for any backyard renovations or landscaping needs!! There were also minor changes to the project due to our HOA and Jay found a way to make our project even better! I really liked working with Jay and his team! They provide high quality work that is worth every penny! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in Northwest Indiana & the Chicagoland area.

Jay and his team do great work! Had them plant some new bushes in front of my house for a reasonable price. They arrived on time and were very professional. I would definitely use them again for future projects.
