Contacted Fenn for landscaping estimate for pool installation yard renovation. Cathy we easy to work with, professional, and a great vision. We didn't go with them on thos project, but we will use them in our future landscaping needs.

Our experience with Cathy and Fenn Landscaping this summer was outstanding!! Everything she promised was completed and on time. It was quite a big job as we needed to replace many bushes, sod, rock and install a new sump pump line. Cathy offered great ideas and the landscapers were very professional and did a fabulous job. The quality of the bushes and sod was exceptional. It all looks terrific and we are very pleased. We highly recommend this company.

I hired Fenn to do some landscaping in our front yard a few years ago. When some of the plants did not appear to be doing too well I called Cathy (the person managing the job) to discuss my concerns and she assured me that it takes time for some plants to fully mature or develop. During that time, we decided we no longer wanted to work with Fenn however Cathy continued to reach out and in retrospect I should have called her back. This is relevant because when the plants did not bloom again this year and I reached out to her she said that it had been 2 years and because I didn't call her back she couldn't help me. Remember that I didn't inform her of the problem and she told me to wait another season. I asked to speak with Jill (the owner) and I can see now why this place has poor reviews. I was barely able to explain half of my story before she cut me off and told me she "didn't care" about some of the story. She was curt, abrasive and rude to someone she had never spoken to before. It just amazes me that people do not have basic communication skills. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Jimenez and Sons is beyond better and much more professional.
