Stewarts has been great for my lawn. I have had neighbors ask what we are doing to keep the weeds out and our yard green and healthy, and I simply refer them to Stewarts. Ren was also very helpful when reaching out and offering the chance to bundle pest control services with our lawn care. We werent happy with the provider we had with pest control, so the timing was great, I was given some discounts for paying up front for the services, and Ren even found another way to save us a little more than originally thought. I am impressed with them customer service. It was also nice to take care of all of it by the convenience of texting while I was working instead of having to take time away from work for a phone call.

This has been a great pest control company to work with. I have appreciated their help and I have noticed a drastic difference. We have been with Stewart s for several years and have had great service. We had the pest control done a week ago and noticed that we were getting some wasp up in the brick. I called and they sent Brandon out to spray it again. He was great to talk to and listen to what I needed to have done. He took care of it. Had Stewart s for several years. My lawn always looked bad but I kept them because they were good, cordial people. I even had Stewarts do my trees. I lost two Large Japanese Maples right after they fertilized them. I finally let them go And got another company and my lawn is now thick and green. I also referred several people to them in the past and I have paid them thousands of dollars and they threatened me for $71, can you believe that. I sent the check today. I am letting everyone know about my awful experience.

Jared came by to spray our trees and shrubs. He was prompt, courteous and notified us ahead of time so we could keep our dog inside. This is our first year with Stewart s. Last year we had another company. I watched him spray a few trees and he appeared to do a thorough job. We will see what results are as the summer progresses, but today I was definitely pleased.

Pricing was better than other local extermination companies. Offered better warranty as well with the spraying. Brandon came out to spray. He was very polite and helpful. He was informative, and acknowledged my concerns. He took the time to show me where he would be spraying, showing me nests we missed or didn t even know where there. I have had very good results with Stewart s for 3 years.

Poor customer service. Very frustrated with Stewart s. I paid $368 to have their weed treatment service program in my flowerbeds in March. I had a lot of weeds in my beds in the beginning of April and when I called to see when they will be coming to start treatment I am told it won t be until the end of April. When asked if they could come sooner I was told that their technicians are in the middle of finals. Poor customer service!! By the end of April I will I have flower beds very full of weeds. This is a very expensive service and it seems to me that they should start it before weeds grow. Now I have to weed my beds and feel like their treatment is not very proactive. Super disappointed that I paid a fortune for something that so far isn t worth it or meeting my needs. Also had a very hard time setting up service over the phone. Staff was confusing and I wasn t given a receipt that showed what I paid for. Had to ask multiple times for an accurate receipt.

My neighbor uses Stewart s, not me. Stewarts came to aerate my neighbors lawn, but parked in front of my lot. They cleaned off their equipment and left a massive mess on the street. It s obvious they don t care. Super frustrating. Would never use them.

Where do I start. If you like being billed for services in which you didn t schedule or approve then this company is for you. After many months of the worst customer service they sent me to collections over a tinny bill. Paying the bill wasn t the issue. The issue I had was the poor communication and management over the billed service. My suggestion is to train your customer service teams on how to deal with customer related issues. Stop accusing. Listen. Be workable. From experience, if you learn how to deal with situations the right way most likely a customer stays a customer. You ll contuine to provide a service and get paid. Which is the ultimate goal. When you are treated poorly and accused then you lose business and get bad reviews. Too bad. Hopefully you learn from it.

These guys provide great service at a reasonable price. We use their lawn service and pest service. Our lawn always looks great. Their pest service will spray where you need and leave mouse bait where you need and theyll come back on demand at no charge. I would give them 5 stars but it looks like theyre starting to get a little too big. I used to be able to call them to come back and stray for a pest problem and theyd come the next day, but the last time I had to wait a week, which is a little too long to wait for a pest problem.

SCAMMERS - in 2022 we had Stewart s come out and do a deep iron treatment on our maple tree, which did not work. A couple months after the service someone called and asked if they could get our credit card information and keep it on file so they could do an automatic service. I told them no. Fast forward to a year later and early in the morning around 8:30 AM. I was just getting out of the shower and thought I heard a knock at the door. It took me a couple minutes to get myself together and go to the door, and once I did, I also received a camera notification that someone was going into my backyard. When I opened the front door, I realized that there was a service door hanger saying that they d been there. We ran out and told them that we didn t want the service, that we didn t ask for it and they said it was already done. I called the office, furious, and told them what had happened. They said that according to our phone conversation that they had recorded, I did not tell them that they couldn t do service again this next year. I didn t realize I had to be that specific! I thought that telling them I didn t want to put my credit card information on file would be enough for them to know I didn t want them back. Such absolutely shady service. I would never use them again! also, here s a picture of our tree that they did such a fantastic job with.

My lawn Is covered in weeds. Very disappointed in the quality and service.

I used Stewarts for years for my rental properties, but eventually they got to be SUCH A PAIN TO DEAL WITH that I had to cancel. I have asked them several times to put me and keep me on auto payment. They always assure me that I am, and then I get aggressive collection texts and emails with no apology 6 months later. Not worth the hassle if you have multiple properties

We have used other top shelf expensive lawn treatment services in the past, and have never achieved the results we ve gotten using Stewart s Lawn Care. Our lawn looks fantastic and aside from the excessive mowing (because the grass is growing so well!) I m thrilled. I recommend Stewart s to any lawn having person or business.

Before reading this review please know this: the manager reached out to me the day after I wrote this and has tried to work this out. That s the type of company that truly cares about their customers. That being said if they do fix the problem I ll be changing my review and explaining how they fixed it. I appreciate honest reviews. I hope it works out because I m a true believer in local Utah businesses. They ve followed up with the spurge problem today I ll be excited to remove anything derogatory in this review once the financial part is solved.

We have Sod Web Worm and have had Stewart s come out over 4 times to spray thru the summer and it did NOT work. If you have this problem then I would suggest looking somewhere else so you don t lose money. We are pulling out all our dead grass and having to start over and they said they can t even come out for abt a week to spray again, but we can t wait a week this late in the season to spray before we re-sod. I don t leave bad reviews often, but the service is poor and the product doesn t work on this.

Company uses dishonest tactics and does not keep their end of the service agreement that they make you sign. If you re looking for a good, honest, and transparent lawn care company THIS IS NOT THE ONE. Go somewhere else.

They have been ok. Our weeds are finally dying

Day one, after having to wait from the middle of last season, the weeds are already running rampant on my lawn... the tech messaged me at 4:00p on a Friday to cancel my appointment due to truck issues. Ive already prepaid the whole year and its not looking good for next season. Whats even more frustrating is that my neighbor directly across the street had his appointment fulfilled on Wednesday and for the life of me, cant understand why they couldnt have just come across the street and service my lawn on the same day.

They provide a poor application which left several spots on my lawn burned. Our lawn looks worse after a full year service with them. This has also happened to several family members nearby on the same date of service. Stewarts will state at the beginning of service that it is yearly and will auto renew. They will come spray in the spring without prior notice. While I agree it is part of the verbal contract agreed to more than a year earlier, it is not the best business practice. I take meticulous care of my yard, including sprinkler system to avoid overspray and correct watering as well as grub and pest removal with other providers. I will not use Stewarts and would advise anyone else not to.

I have been a customer for years. Sad to say that the great local business has really fallen on their face. Does not show up when scheduled. When they reschedule you, you ended up not a priority. I have been rescheduled four times this year already and still no treatments to my lawn. Poor customer service. Sorry to say I will not recommend them ever again. On to a new local business.

Just got baited and switched for the price of my lawn. Wasted my time. Weren t sorry. Just so sad to see a company trade a few extra dollars for our relationship. When they made a mistake. Just wow. Buyers beware. If they make it right I ll update.

The weed control service they provide is average. I had to call several times asking them to please make sure they didn t miss the application on the park strip as well as the fence line along the sidewalk. I was reassured each time I called that a note was placed in my file, yet I consistently had dandelions in both locations, while the rest of the lawn looked considerably different. With that said the most recent experience completely soured my experience and I ve chosen to go elsewhere. A technician arrived today and aerated my lawn. I had spoken to a receptionist a month and a half ago regarding aeration, but sincerely didn t remember scheduling anything, nor was it listed on my service agreement for this season. When I called to question why my lawn had been aerated the receptionist admitted that the notes in their system from my previous phone call were confusing, so she offered to speak to her supervisor and call me back. Ironically, I didn t call asking for anything other than clarification. I never asked for the service to be done for free. In fact I told the receptionist that I d pay for the service, but I was clearly confused and I didn t understand why they had shown up to do a service I hadn t paid for or planned on. The receptionist called back to tell me that her supervisor had listened to the recording of my previous phone call and while the phone call was confusing, I had apparently agreed to schedule an aeration service 6 weeks later. Rather than give me the benefit of the doubt, they came back telling me that I had in fact remembered the conversation incorrectly. I paid for the aeration and then canceled the rest of my prepaid service for this season. It was never about paying for the aeration, it s 100% about the poor level of customer service, and me basically being told that I m a liar. There are plenty of comparable companies out there that offer the same service at a lower price and considerably better customer service.

One of the more expensive options, but I think they are probably the best. I tried a cheaper one last year and regretted it the entire year. Stewarts is great! My weeds were gone very quickly, and my lawn was the greenest on the block. Love it.

Skipped a few neighbors appointments, hoped they wouldnt notice--one did haha. Its been two months since they last came to my house. Im out on these guys. Wont renew next year. Ill update next year if I can find a better lawn service company. All ears if you know of one! : )

Joe has been the tech that has applied the Pest Protection to our yard and home for the past several seasons. Joe is always very friendly fast and efficient in his work. When asked to pay special attention to areas where I have noticed ants or other bugs, he takes his time to treat those areas. Joe is the main reason we continue doing business with Stewarts. Thank you Joe for always doing a great job.

The employees are nice, thorough, and knowledge. The service is great and I highly recommend it!

We have had Stewart s spray for multiple years. Last year we decided to just go with the sprayers that our HOA was using but noticed wasp nests and other bugs that we haven t in the other years in our house. We re going back to Stewart s this year!

I cannot recommend Stewarts anymore. I was an enthusiastic customer during the years I used them for lawn care. While the service and results were good (their techs are great), their management has for some reason now decided to argue with customers and refuse requests that they accepted without question in the past. I suspect they have made a change in management. They claim that the owners (Mike and Rick) are not interested in talking to customers and refuse to let you talk to them when you have a complaint. I told the manager that I was about to end our relationship because of their reaction, and the person said they understood. I guess theyre too big now to care about losing customers (and for trivial reasons at that). It is sad to see Stewarts turn into this. I have canceled my long-standing contract with them and found another provider. I suggest you look elsewhere too.

I left a negative review yesterday, and their management is still arguing with me here on line now. What I requested of them yesterday morning was routine and they had done it for me every year since I started using Stewarts. Their rebuttal ignores that. It also ignores that they waited until now to follow up with me. Additionally, their rebuttal claims they told me the owners were away and that was the reason I couldnt talk to them. This is not true. The manager I was speaking to did not say that. That is a made-up claim. The person told me the owners dont talk to customers because its this persons job to do that. So not only are they no longer customer oriented, they are not truthful. Like I said in my earlier review, Stewarts has lost its way. Dont use them. There are better managed and more responsive companies out there in the meantime.

They are always careful to protect our pets, sweet when they come to the door, and get the job done. For non-intrusive and my lawns green right up. I would definitely recommend them!

I had Stewart s recommended from my neighbor since he had a beautiful lawn and mine was not as beautiful. They come about five times per year and spray my lawn, killing any weeds. If more weeds come up I just give them a call and they come out and give it an extra spray at no extra charge. They always text before they come, which I appreciate.

Weve used Stewarts at our rental property for several years. They keep the weeds down for a reasonable price.

Gaven is such a nice, knowledgeable young man. He has done an EXCELLENT job at treating my weeds in my flower beds. He is very courteous and professional! So glad I switched to Stewarts! They are taking good care of my lawn and flower bed needs this year! Very happy so far.

Stewarts has been amazing! This is our second year with them. Despite the drought, our lawn looks fabulous! We high recommend them.

Do not sign up with these guys. Their contract auto renews every year and they fail to tell you that. I recently took over a business that uses them and they sent the new year contractor. I found a different company that I wanted to try, so I did not sign up for the new year. They took it upon themselves to spray our lawn anyways as they claim we do not have to sign a new contract every year as they just auto renew. The individual I spoke with on the phone could care less about the situation and just said she would send us to collections even though I did not sigh up for the service in the first place. Edit: I really appreciate the response back and for getting back to my office on this issue.

This has been the only pest control that has actually worked for the spiders, wasps, ants, and other bugs we have. If we do see any issues between sprays they are always great to come back out and respray.

Not sure what happened!! For years I have used and recommended Stewarts. Sometimes they missed areas, but if I called they would always come back to fix it. I dont know what changed this year, but I have more weeds than Ive ever had growing in my mow strip and along the edges of the grass that I have watched for almost 2 weeks since they last sprayed and not seen any improvement. When I called about it they now say I have to pay for an extra spraying (some policy change) if I want them to return even though the original spraying didnt do the usual treatment against the same types of weeds that I have had in the past! Ive never had this many weeds and never had them deny a return to get what was missed. This is very disappointing and not the same kind of customer service Ive had in the past.

Mostly the lawn has looked pretty good then Stewarts sprayed in the afternoon sun and burnt half my lawn. It seems that you would know that chemicals on plants in the hot sun is not a good combination. I called and the girl told me to send pictures to that phone number, which I did and they came back invalid! I am going to put the Stewarts sign back up so that passersby can see the company that damaged my grass. They never get the weeds that grow along the edges so I am always pulling those.

We have a problem with field mice in our yard. Stewarts was very helpful in providing trapes tha hopefully will eradicate the problem. We went to the Orem store the service was super great.

Poor customer service, never again will I use them. Constantly had to respray and constantly still had weeds. Your better off going with another company, that actually cares about their customers. They ve lost my business and I can promise they will lose my friends and families who ve I previously referred. Sad thing is I request to speak with the manager to resolve an issue and they themselves were avoidant. Pretty sad

Its not cheap. So for the amount you spend you might expect them to be more proactive at pursuing the weeds you specifically asked them to attack. No, they rely on you to go outside and inspect their work then call them to request extra service to accomplish the requested task. I would have preferred they took the initiative to stop by and see for themselves how well or otherwise their craftsmanship was faring. So after a summer of spraying, the goats head weeds are thriving and I have giant dead patches where insects have eaten the roots and killed the grass like weve never seen in 12 years here. They finally sent out an expert spray tech to resolve the problems but its now October and the lawn wont be in good shape going into winter season. well see what spring brings but without a springtime miracle it wont be Stewarts doing our property. Had I been an absentee owner things would have been worse.

We had a lot of trouble with this company. They would not work around our schedule for spraying inside the house. They would not work around our schedule with getting our dogs in so they could spray outside. Just today I got a bill for a service they did not perform because they came at a time we did not schedule and we could not get there to get the dogs in. When we called to explain that they did not come they said they were there and did the front yard so we had to pay. We pointed out that we did not approve that service as we wanted to be home they were apathetic and insisted we still pay. There are so many other companies that do this service I truly hope you contact them and stay away from Stewarts.

Do not use them. They cost me hundreds, to fix what there product has done to my lawn. Also two other neighbors had similar issues, and exact same response. Zero accountability, and no way to fix it besides pulling the dead areas and completely resodding my new lawn. So disappointed the way the situation was handled with my lawn, and my neighbors. ***** To add to the owners response, I never had any of these issues UNTIL I used stewarts. Two specialists gave me two different responses, and again, accepting absolutely no responsibility to what there product has done to our lawns. The lawns that are the greenest, are the ones who did not use stewarts.

I have used Stewarts for several years for spraying lawn and trees. I was not liking my lawn this summer so I was going to quit their service. I called and told them I was not happy with my lawn. They immediately suggested solutions and acted on them without additional cost. I was so impressed how quickly and willing they were to help. I this week found Aphids on my apple tree. I didnt know what to do. I called them and they responded so quickly and offered to take care of them. I appreciate how concerned they are about my needs and how quickly they respond.

My lawn died in large areas under Stewarts care. They said it was bugs, but they were supposed to be spraying for bugs!??? In the 35 years Ive had my home my lawn never looked so bad. Choose another provider.

This company started out fantastic (in vineyard) but over the last two years they have done a subpar job. Questions went unanswered, the workers gave me attitude when I asked said questions and weeds were not controlled at all. We canceled and are going elsewhere

Im probably a bigger fan of Stewarts Lawn Care than I am of any business period. They resurrected my lawn (which was about 60 percent weeds) in 1-year and have kept it green, lush and weed-free for years. Ive probably signed up about 15 neighbors to Stewarts after raving about my experience. Lets just say, that if Stewarts was an MLM, Id have a huge-downline. :)

Secondary water makes my lawn weedy and Stewart s has helped keep it almost weed free and green year long. I had a problem with grubs starting to show up and after treatment by Stewart s they disappeared immediately.

Service was dependable and consistently on time. Did not see much improvement in lawn quality (color, texture) but weed control was very good.

They showed up just shortly after my phone call with Stewarts to give the first application. Very responsive to my needs and input. Our lawn looks great now. Never looked better. Will definitely stay with Stewarts and I highly recommend them.

Love that I can call them any time if I ever have an issue and they will come out for free. Every time.

Ive used Stewarts for about 6 years and its always been a love hate relationship. When my lawn was healthy and weed free all of my perennials was killed from overspray. Then last year Covid was here I never got a paper as when to water I called and they said its because of Covid like I could catch it a paper hanging from my door or a Stewarts stake in my yard. My lawn was FULL of weeds and my grass was unhealthy by the end my lawn was half dirt. I called and they said they came and I know that was a lie because we was home and a few of the days they said they came it was pouring down rain. I know of them coming once but got charged for all 5 visits . Not one of my perenals was killed and that was the first in 5 years Needless to say this year when they called I told them I no longer want their service. Im going to try someone else this year. And hopefully they can bring my yard back to what was before healthy and weed free. Who knows maybe it was the kids they was sending to spray not doing their job but when you have a acre lawn and it only takes them 2 minutes to spay no wonder I got all the overspray that killed my flowers. I would not recommend them to anyone

First time using Stewart s for our lawn and couldn t be more disappointed. Over one season of their treatment our yard went from being one of the most luscious, green yards in the neighbors, to one of the worst. We had weeds pop up that we never had before, and our yard was yellow and dry despite our efforts to revive it. We contacted them about the issues and they came out claiming they would make things right and fix the error and it got worse. After calling to cancel, the manager Jordan, was not helpful. He was rude, bounced back and forth between talking up their products and services to doubting customer satisfaction. Even though they preformed services on our yard, as a customer we expected to get what we were paying for. I would not recommend them to anyone and we will never use them again.

I have absolutely loved the results that have come from using their lawn care program! Our lawn is super green, weed free, and I LOVE the unlimited free recalls! If I even have a single weed they re willing to come fix it for free. I especially love that I can text in for those recalls too! How easy is that?! Overall really big fans of Stewart s and really feel like I m getting a great deal for such a high quality product.

So far so good. Ive received our services on time so far and our lawn looks good. Ill update my review at the end of the year to see if their service holds up.

Came out right when they said they would (unlike other services which cancel and reschedule without even telling you) and provided great service. Very satisfied so far!

Stewart s is a pretty decent company. They come out whenever you need them to and they do an incredible job at keeping weeds down. The main downside is that it s expensive! Maybe it s fair but they only show up to your house for about 10 minutes, if that, and then they are gone! Doesn t seem to be worth the cost for the little effort it takes, however whatever product they use is awesome! It s a great service, awesome product and a good staff. It s just expensive.

Not great at all. They burned up part of my lawn, and they have yet to get rid of my earwigs and wasps. This was the primary reason I signed up with them.

Stewart s has been excellent for us. Our lawn has been the envy of the neighborhood and has greened up earlier than others. They have been professional yet personal. We ve loved them.

I mean, what is there to say? Look at my picture. The last two summers, I have had a few bad patches but overall the lawn was amazing. The company is claiming ascochyta (leaf blight) but theres no way it would have spread so suddenly after they treated. Literally TWO days after each treatment, I saw my lawn get worse and worse--and it never stopped. The crazy thing is, all my neighbors use the service and they are sitting pretty. I honestly dont know what happened and a few professionals Ive had come look at it cant figure it out either besides possible chemical burn or over-fertilization by Stewarts. But, my lawn is ruined and it can only be Stewarts. I have to pay to reseed, lay down top soil, and do all that fun stuff. Hopefully I can get the money back. Who knows. Its so stressful and caused massive anxiety.

The staff was polite and helpful in signing you up and taking payments and basic weed control was achieved. However, even after working with the on-site technician, I kept having broadleaf weeds coming through everywhere, especially around edges of lawn. For me, simply reducing the severity of weeds wasn t worth almost $300 per year. When I cancelled mid-season on my second year of service, Autumn was nice but no questions were asked - kinda like they were expecting that result.

Overall Im not impressed with Stewarts. We started their service a few months ago, when our super hot temps were already in effect. Our lawn looked pretty good, but there were a few problem spots we couldnt seem to get handled so we thought we would call in the professionals for some extra help. BIGGEST mistake! After TWO treatments our lawn looks horrible and is dead in several places. We reached out to Stewarts to find out what they could do. Basically all it was is a technician arguing with my Husband about how our lawn has always looked based off their satellite data..WTH... which then we were ignored after our response about how they claimed our yard has always looked..funny how they know that when theyve only been here this year! We have pictures showing otherwise what our lawn looked like before they came out and totally destroyed it. We were offered very little help. The only way we will get our grass problem corrected is by tearing it out and laying new sod down in both the front and backyard which is not going to be a cheap fix for us. Pretty costly mistake for paying them $250 to come out and destroy our entire yards. The girls in the office are great but beyond that... no.

We had to replace our previous lawn service because their service has declined over the years. We decided to call Stewarts and they have been easy to work with and true to their word.

These guys are amazing. They never miss a spray. I have the pest control and the fertilizer sprays with them. When there isnt a drought my lawn looks fantastic and where the spray goes, the weeds dont. I also have no issues with bugs when we have them spray. A+ company. Made the mistake of trying another pest control and ill never leave Stewarts again.

Do yourself a favor and dont use this company. Garbage. I had Stewarts at my last house and they did a great job. I wasnt happy with the last company I had in my new house so I said you know what, Im going to Stewarts next year, they always treat me right. I was explicit with them in January that grubs have been a problem in the past and I needed them to treat for grubs. The guy shows up for the first spray of the year and I tell him the same thing. He says we only spray for grubs when we see signs of them. After some back and forth I conceded the point with the caveat that he stay on top of it. Of course we will! Fast forward two months: Ive lost 15,000 square feet of turf to bugs. Its a complete disaster. All theyve offered to do for me is refund me for 2 treatments. Do your self a favor and say no to Stewarts unless you want your lawn to look like mine. Pretty sweet huh?

After only two treatments my lawn looks healthier than it ever has before, which is especially amazing in a drought year! I am so happy I made the switch to Stewart s! Their service came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed.

We called in Aug of last year (2020) to request our business be put on hold because we were moving to a new home that doesn t have a yard yet. They confirmed in their notes that we called and put our service on hold. We found out that they not only had been charging us, but they have been continuing to spray our old house for the last YEAR. Now, they are refusing to return the fees we ve been charged of close to $300 over the past year. Here s the deal: we would have continued to use Stewart s once our yard was in. We probably would have used them for the next decade. However, now we will never use them nor will we ever recommend them to anyone. In a competitive landscape like pest control and grass fertilizing, you d think a recurring customer would have more value, but apparently the $300 they collected over the past 12 months is worth more than the future revenues. This has been the absolute worst thing I have done for my yard. The lawn looks worse than ever and is NEVER sprayed without me calling and requesting an appointment, I should have never prepaid for any services. I paid the first week of April and they have only done four treatments.

These guys are the best! Always friendly and helpful when I have concerns. I highly recommend Stewarts.

I was being overrun with weeds in my lawn, and I couldnt keep up. I gave Stewarts a call to see if they could help. After the initial service, I saw a dramatic decrease in weeds and the lawn was greener. I called for a second application, and after that all of the weeds were gone. They responded within two days of my calls. This is a service I will continue with for a long time.

Dont trust your lawn and trees to anyone else! This company is the best as they have especially formulated their fertilizer for our unique soil here in Utah. They send you text alerts the day before they come out and their prices are so competitive! Everyone from the people at the dispatch, to the people that have fertilized our big trees, to the technicians that have come out and fertilized our lawn, all have been so professional and amazing! We have been most impressed! You can trust your lawn and trees to these pros!

These guys are good at letting us know when they are coming. They spray or treat for weeds, but we always have some weeds. The main reason I used these guys, are because we had dichroic ring fungus, after almost a year now having it treated, and paying extra money to treat it, it has not gone away, and it is moving throughout my yard. Stewart s has excellent customer service! When I called to ask questions about their services, they were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Jason (the specialist I talked to on the phone) was very friendly and patient. He was not pushy at all and wasn t trying to upgrade me, lock me into some crazy, years-long contract, or sell me a bunch of services that I didn t need. (The main reason I went with Stewart s) The technician that came out to my house, Joseph Fowler, was knowledgeable, personable, professional, very polite, on time, and efficient! I am very pleased with Stewart s so far and am glad I chose to go with them.

I hired and prepaid Stewart s this year, because I thought going with a bigger name would mean better results. It pains me to write this, as their staff was always super friendly and professional. We had dandelions, spurge and morning glory from the get go. I have been a homeowner for 15 years so I know how tough they are to get rid of, hence hiring a lawn service. After THREE scheduled visits, I finally called to complain about the dandelions and morning glory. They explained to me these are stubborn weeds but they would send someone out again to retreat. I spoke with the technician when he came and pointed out the specific weeds and he got them. This would have BEEN THE FOURTH treatment on the dandelions at least. I was more particular about those because I know They die and wilt fairly easily even with store bought product and I wanted to have realistic expectations. 1 week later the dandelions had NOT EVEN SO MUCH as WILTED. Like at all. The spurge was RAGING out of control. Funnily enough the morning glory seemed to disappear. When I called, the receptionist spoke to the manager, which I appreciated, and I was told those weeds require different treatment and would require a specialist to come out... wait different treatment ? I thought by calling them I was already calling a specialist ?? They advertise to fertilize lawn and kill weeds, so why would I call and ask for the master of dandelions?! I was also told that I needed to understand dandelions can take up to 1 year to die under regular treatment and since I had just started having them treat my lawn, I needed to be patient for my results, even though I have always had them treated up until this point. They did honor my request to cancel and refunded me for 1 service and all future services, which was great. We went to Home Depot, bought whatever $21 jug of weed killer they had and my lawn was WEED FREE within a week. Of ALL three stubborn weeds. Bottom line: customer Service is wonderful. Be wary of how many weeds you expect them to control. **pictures attached were taken 1 week after second treatment.

I have been a customer of Stewarts for injections into my 20 year old maple trees for at least 4years. The trees had shown evidence of iron chlorosis 3 to 4 years prior to beginning these injections. My huge, mature trees are still alive and beautiful. While the cost of these injections is a little high, the value is well worth it when compared to loosing these magnificent trees. Im very pleased that there is treatment for this common problem in the Salt Lake valley. Thank you Stewarts.

Save yourself a lot of time money and hassle and find a different company to provide your service. We did not have any problems with weeds or grubs until we switched to Stewart s, and then we had weeds growing everywhere and grubs killed a large portion of our grass even though they said they were spraying for them. We have now had to spend a lot of money to repair that damage. They often did not check in before entering our property, even though it is fenced and we do have dogs in the back area. When I tried to cancel plan they said I had to do it online. I sent in emails on my account and did not get any sort of response for over a week, and had to call and demand my plan canceled and money back. They are extremely poor service and even worse customer service. I would not recommend them for anything.

Hiring Stewarts was the best decision we made this spring. Wish we d done so 6 years ago when we moved in. We saw instant results and improvement. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Stewarts for the past 5 years since buying our home. When we first began with Stewarts the service was always exceptional and professional from the office staff to the employees completing our services. Over the past year the employees who have done our lawn spraying have only done the front yard even though our gate is unlocked and our dogs are indoors. When I first reached out to Stewarts about this I was made to feel like a liar and a need to defend myself which I find very unprofessional. If you want to use these guys I would 100% use the bug service because those employees always do an exceptional job but find a different lawn service!

Ive been a customer for a couple years now and Stewarts has been very good for my lawn. They do a nice job and are very responsive when I text them my grass/weed questions. Theyre also very good about coming back to touch up spots in the yard where the spurge, dandilions, etc. are stubborn and needing extra attention.
