B&B Lawn Care in Orem

I hired them for one and half month, they were supposed to do mowing and edging, they weren't edging. When I called them, they told me someone will come and do the edging, but nobody came. I called them again, nobody picked the phone or responded my messages. And the week after they just stopped coming. I called & messaged them again, no responses so far. Very very unprofessional, and as I said they didn't do what they promised.

They do a great job. Also, they are very easy to communicate with.

We had a broken pipe that was a bit completed to fix due to the sloppy installation. We didn’t have the time to mess with it. B&B (Scott) got all the needed parts and was able to repair the pipe quickly and for a very reasonable price. Thanks!

I hired them to mow my lawn every two weeks. They often miss the dates they say they will come. The came once and only mowed the front, then left without saying there were any problems with the backyard. I texted and was told they had a flat on the lawnmower that could fit through the gate, but would be back the next day. They never returned to mow the back,, and still charged me full price as if they had done both the front and the back. I am very disappointed with this service.

We had our lawn aerated. I messaged this company through Thumbtack and received a response within minutes. My service was booked for 5 days later. A few days before I got a message letting me know their time frame and then the morning of I got a message letting me know they would be there in 10 minutes which was super helpful. They were professional and did a great job!

My overgrown shrubs were closing in on us and B & B got them back in shape. My yard looks so good I need to have a party to show it off!
