They made HUGE mud marks everywhere. Our grass is destroyed. Not only that but they didnt even cut the grass evenly. The grass is completely uneven. There are dandelions growing half a foot tall in the middle of the grass. There are large patches of uncut grass where the grass hasnt been destroyed with tire marks. Update: they came and left significant portions of grass completely uncut. They did a pretty good job the first time I used them and decided to use their services again at a new house. I urgently needed someone over to mow the grass and they were scheduled to come this afternoon. Its 9:00 p.m. now and no one showed up. They didnt text me, they didnt call me. Pretty disappointed.

I worked with Franco for a project finishing my backyard, laying gravel for trailer parking, laying sod over a few big dirt patches, and turning an old in-ground trampoline into a recessed fire pit. A few years back we had Marbella Landscaping do our Christmas Lights and fix a backflow preventer, my wife and I had a good experience with them so when our Backyard needed a complete overhaul there was no hesitation in calling Franco with Marbella Landscaping. He had my quote back to me within 24 hours and was able to get us on the schedule to following week. The amount of work these guys can accomplish in 3 days is extremely impressive. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get Christmas Lights, Fencing, Pavers, Sprinklers, Sod or Artificial Turf done at a fair price with high quality customer service and work.

My experience with Marbella was mixed. I knew I had a valve that needed repair they did that which took most of the first hour. They found one other broken sprinkler that needed repair so I paid for an additional hour. The big downsides were that the guy who showed up to my house spoke no English at all and could not understand what I wanted done. I have poor sprinkler watering coverage. I wanted someone to go through each zone and adjust things and tell me what needed to be changed. He told the office that everything looked good. Well my lawn does not look good. When you call Marbella know what to expect.

Although Marbella Landscaping didnt do my landscaping I wish they did. I have been watching them work on my neighbors house for the past week and the seem like a great crew. Also the owner Franco helped me out be grabbing me some fill dirt for my garden beds. Living in a construction zone with a new home in a new development can mean interacting and running into many different crews. I can tell you Marcelo the leader of this crew keeps his jobsite clean and all equipment out of neighbors way. If I have any future landscaping projects they will be my first call! Oh and by the way. The neighbors yard is going to be awesome thanks to Marbella Landscaping!

We only received a quote but Franco was fantastic. He responded very quickly and was so helpful. I often find landscaping overwhelming because I don t know what I m doing. He had great suggestions. At my request he promptly updated our quote until it was perfect. We will wait on this project until later this year as we work the financing out but the process was very easy and pain free. We look forward to using their services soon.

Very disappointed with their after service. It claims the contract has one year warranty. After all the rains and snows for few months, our yard sinked a lot!!! They said it s third party issue whenever we asked them to come fix it. They claim it s our neighbor s sprinkler issue at first, and it s not them. When we found out it s sinked on the other side of yard yesterday, they now said it s our builder s issue. So whatever, if you still want to take the RISK to have them do your yard, go ahead, otherwise, I WON T recommend them because they don t take responsibility!

We contacted Marbella Landscaping to schedule an appointment for them to come to our home to give us a bid on our backyard. They didnt show up and said their appointments were scheduled wrong, my husband left work to come home and be there for them. I rescheduled an appointment for them to come out again and give us a bid. They did come out, however, it has been about a month and they never gave us a bid. We were ghosted. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend them.

I contacted close to 10 different landscaping companies to get estimates on taking out most of our existing grass and replacing it with a xeriscape. So many of the companies flaked on me, either by never showing up or by never getting a bid to me. Marbella was, by far, the best in showing up when they were scheduled and in getting back to me quickly. I m the end we did get 3 bids and Marbella was the lowest of the three by a significant amount. The long winter pushed our promised start date back a few weeks but once the project was started they worked diligently on it for close to three weeks until the job was done. We had hired a landscape designer to come up with our plan and the crew consulted with us regularly to make sure everything was being done according to our plan. Both the supervisors and the on-site crew members were great to work with and we are very happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

These guys are AMAZING!! I honestly couldn t be happier with the work that they did. Franco was so helpful and knowledgeable about my needs (outdoor kitchen and paver living space) his team went above and beyond. His team found a leak that i wasn t aware of and was causing damage to my foundation and fixed it at no extra cost. Every time I had a question I always got an answer from either Franco or their office team. They didn t do a retaining wall for me, but I saw the one they did for my neighbors and it s incredible. Structural engineered and I was able to notice that Marbella does not cut corners when it comes to making profesional detailed work. Id recommend them to anyone. Marbella is the company to go for any outside needs.

Marbella Landscaping just finished installing 120 feet of black wrought iron fencing along the back of our property. We called two other reputable fence companies to get bids to install this same fencing and both of these fence companies claimed that it would be impossible to install fencing along the back of our property, because the fencing would run along the top of a 5-foot rock wall, and there are several large, mature trees and some bushes that run along the top of the rock wall as well. But then Marbella Landscaping told us that they definitely could install a wrought iron fence along the back of our property regardless of the rock wall and the roots from our mature trees. Marbella did a fantastic job of installing our wrought iron fence in this difficult location. It looks amazing. and we couldnt be happier with the job they did for us! Franco was great to work with. We highly recommend Marbella Landscaping, and we plan to use them for our future landscaping needs.

After some misfortune in scheduling and a miscommunication on when an estimate is possible. We worked closely with a manager who took very good care of us. We didnt end up going with marbella simply due to price for our yard plan. We got quite a few estimates and theirs came out to the highest but we KNOW their quality would have been great and their vision and knowledge for the capability of our yard was great. It did take quite a few times for someone to give us an estimate. So we would recommend them if you have patience to wait and dont have a project that needs done immediately.

Marcella is very responsive and willing to take on landscaping projects. They have done Christmas lights for us, built a fence, and plantings for us.

They did wonderful, affordable work in clearing out my yard full of weeds, rocks, and aspen tree roots. I will be calling them again when its time to landscape.

Second Update: Wanted to give an extra star because Franco and Maria are great to work with. Will update again if we decide to go through with the project as working with their crew may be different from working with the sales people. Original: They didnt even show up for our consultation. They didnt call or give any updates. They said to leave a 30 minute window for the appointment, which we did. We took time off work, woke our baby from her nap early, and drove 30 minutes to our new build to meet with them. We waited outside in the heat and called their dispatcher at the 30 minute mark asking where the tech was. We reminded her that we arent currently living at the property and were waiting outside. She said the tech would be there at 4:00pm (one hour late). We decided to stay since at that point it was only about 20 minutes away. AGAIN, no call, no update. Just a no show. We waited until about 4:20 and then left. They called us at 4:30 (an hour and a half after the appointment time) and asked where we were. Yeah no. We wont be jerked around by a company when we are looking to spend tens of thousands of dollars. We arranged our whole day, waited in the heat, missed work, and changed our babys schedule to make the appointment and they didnt even call us until they were an hour and a half late.

We needed our entire backyard landscaped, including new sprinkler system, topsoil, sod, landscaping gravel, and a small area with artificial turf. We received multiple bids for our project, and Marbella stood out as the most knowledgeable with everything we wanted to do, so we went with them. Our backyard landscaping was the final step of an 18-month-long home addition and remodel. We experienced issues with some of our other vendors and subcontractors on other parts of the project, so I felt apprehensive about starting the landscaping project. Working with Marbella turned out to be one of our best experiences, and a great way to wrap up the 18 months of work on our home. Heres why: 1. Clear project definition - Because Franco was so knowledgeable about every aspect of our vision for our backyard, he was able to document all the details and deliver exactly what we needed. We didnt face any situations where the crews work varied from our vision. 2. Open communication - We were always clear on expectations throughout the project. Scheduling conversations with Maria. Project detail conversations with Franco. Billing & payment conversations with Daniela. They were always professional and responsive. 3. Flexibility - During the project, we called a few audibles as the backyard began to take shape. Nothing major - just some details we wanted to augment. Franco responded to every request, passed the information along to the working crew, and the changes were done. 4. Sprinkler System - Before the backyard project even started, Marbella came and did some work on our front yard sprinklers to repair damage done during construction on our home. Then they integrated our backyard and front yard systems to the same timer boxes to dramatically simplify watering schedules. 5. Quality of work - We are delighted with the outcome of the work. Marbella didnt cut corners. I feel like their goal was not just to get paid, but to help us realize our vision for our backyard. Worth every penny we spent to find a landscaping partner... not just another landscaping vendor.

The workers at Marbella were very professional and courteous. They put up my Christmas lights, which cost more than I wanted to pay. After a couple of weeks, they stopped by to fix anything that was a problem, which was great. When they took them down, they pushed them into a box that was too small, so Im expecting to see problems this year when I open the box. Several clips were left on my front gutters, which which I wasnt able to remove. Small things but a little irritating.

Terrible customer service! Unresponsive. They do not have the integrity to honor the contract we agreed upon and are ignoring my attempts to communicate. Last year we had Marbella install our landscaping, including several shrubs/bushes. The work last year was decent, and one of the things we made sure to do was pay an additional fee to have our plants warrantied for 1 year. (This was included in the contract we signed.) Well, this year we had a few plants that did not make it and were under warranty to be replaced at no-charge to us. I also requested that they check the water lines to ensure all plants were getting watered appropriately. When attempting to schedule Marbella to come out, they were ridiculously unresponsive... I called and emailed for weeks before getting a response. And the same lack of communication continued in all my dealings with them, EXCEPT when they said we owed them money--then they were incredibly responsive. When I was finally able to get someone out, I specifically requested that they check in with me when they arrived and when they left, and also made sure to tell them I did not want ANY work completed without my prior approval. They did not check in or out with me and ended up performing work on our sprinklers that I did not authorize. They did all of this, but did not replace the plants because that crew member didn t perform that kind of service and they would need a different crew to replace the plants. The next day, I received an invoice for the sprinkler work that was performed without my authorization. When I inquired as to when our plants would be replaced, I received an email from a Manager basically stating that they would replace our plants when we paid the invoice for the sprinkler work. It felt as though they were essentially blackmailing us in order to honor the contract that we signed and paid for, which had NOTHING to do with the sprinkler work performed. After the fact, we had our regular landscaping maintenance company check the work that Marbella did on the sprinkler system, and discovered that they essentially did nothing and charged us for unnecessary labor and parts. I originally requested that our warrantied plants be replaced in May and here we are in September, and the plants have still NOT been replaced. They are no longer taking my calls or answering my emails. UPDATE - IN RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE: Marbella says they couldnt warranty the plants because they didnt install the drip system and the plants died due to lack of water. Only 2 plants died out of over 30, so it seems very unlikely that it was due to the drip system. And when we contracted with Marbella, we paid an additional fee to warranty the plants. If they were going to void this warranty because they didnt install the drip system, it seems that we should be entitled to a refund of the extra premium we paid for the warranty.

Marbella was very easy to work with, they came quickly and worked fast. They were done within 2 weeks of our entire front and back yard, doing all the sprinklers and prep for sod. After they completed the work it was hard for me to get them to fix the little things, such as not putting in top soil in the garden areas like was in our contract, or adding enough mulch, the edging was not exactly straight and the weed barrier under it was not all the way to the corners like it should have been. If you use them make sure everything is correct before you make your last payment. Also now having it for a few months the grading of the lawn could have been better, we have a few areas where water pools, specifically between the neighbors and us and the water drains off to that area and sits rather than is pushed to the street or the dirt field behind us.

I recently worked with Marbella in the American Fork, UT area. They did sprinkler system, sod, concrete, and fencing. Price for value was really fair in my opinion, many of my neighbors used them as well. We will be using them again when we want additional landscaping done. A couple of points of feedback so future customers can have a fair expectation, some of the communication was lagging, they re really busy and growing fast, so with just a couple people to communicate with it can be a day or so before they get back to you, they did always respond at some point which was nice. There wasn t too much that was installed incorrectly or needed fixing, just a few minor issues (the fence was higher off the ground, there was space between fence annd ground) enough that my small dog could get through, but they fixed that within a couple of days of me bringing it to their attention. Overall A+ experience.

We asked for a free quote on installing an in ground trampoline and ended up with spray painted landscaping and never receiving our quote. Now we get to buy rocks and the installation from somewhere else

Did a decent job with the lawn and edging, but minor things would go undone, and overall hurried job. However, the more concerning thing was the lack of professionalism: I requested more service on their portal, and they would reach out for details; I would agree to them, then they ignored me for weeks. Then, they told me I needed to contact them using a different number than the one they used to contact me on! In that same conversation, they told me they would also hit me with a credit card fee if I used their payment portal. Theres more, but I digress. I didnt feel like a valued customer, so Im moving on. Make sure you understand all the fees! Update from company response: We never received a call or email from you manifesting changes. - not true because I was asked questions. Furthermore, They were charging a 3.5% fee to pay via Credit card. Again, showing lack of professionalism, and being misleading to the public to make it seem like these are my issues. Completely unprofessional and extremely poor work. I called to schedule to get a quote at a rental property. After waiting for an hour past the time they were supposed to be there, I had to reach out to the office to find out where their employee was. Apparently he had told them he was running late, but no one contacted me. So I canceled at that time and left. He showed up 20 minutes later, then begins texting and calling me to let me know hes at the property, because apparently his office didnt tell him I canceled due to their lack of communication and not appreciating the value of my time. Since he was already there and the property was accessible, I asked him to look and give me a quote for xeriscaping and vinyl fence repair. Several weeks after I gave them the required down payment, I received a text that they were going to drop materials at the property and complete the work that week. Two weeks later is when they dropped the materials in the street, and a week after that is when they actually started to do the work. The neighbors contacted me because the workers kept going past 1AM. The contract provided clearly stated that they wouldnt work past 10PM and that was only on things that needed to be done that day (such as concrete, which I had none of). I made my down payment June 17th, and the project wasnt completed until September 27th. For xeriscaping a apart quarter of an acre and replacing three vinyl fence panels. By the time they put the fence in their materials were already failing and weeds were protruding from the entire perimeter and sporadically throughout the yard. $17k for ticked off neighbors, no schedule, and the work still has to be redone.

If youre looking to throw your money away and have things taken from your property look no further!!!! Sprinkler PVC was so full of dirt after work had been done that it ruined the other sprinkler heads shortly after and literally took our money and ran. we had to hire a different company to come flush the dirt out of the lines because the sprinkler heads kept on getting clogged. we also have a security system in our home and unfortunately saw their crew take tools out of our garage and still denied responsibility. Save your time and money and hire a different company. worst landscaping experience weve had.

We asked Marbella to give us a bid for a back porch set of deck stairs and a separate bid for a Vinyl Fence. We liked their bid for the deck and accepted it and asked them to do the work. They the informed us that they have a minimum fee of $3500 for any work, which exceeded the bid on the deck stairs. These people are dishonest and you should not use them. I carefully read their reviews and I was willing to look past the ones that were not so good, but now, I am glad I am finding out the truth of their practices. They were just going to hide their bid for the deck into the bid for the fence. People like this need to be exposed. I wouldnt let people like this take my trash out. Be warned, when people are this disingenuous, from the beginning, they are never trustworthy in the end. I am so glad we didnt use them.

I worked with Joe and he was quick to respond. I chose Marbella over others because they were professional, had good reviews and gave me a decent quote. They worked with me on what I wanted to accomplish in my yard. There was some issues with the sprinklers a few days later that was unrelated to their work and they came back a day after I reached out to them to get it resolved. They also made sure every sq inch of grass was looking great. I will definitely use them again!

Loved the communication. I tried reaching to multiple other landscape companies and no one answered my calls. Franco was very knowledgeable over the phone and answered all my questions. The guy who came out and give us a bid was about 25 minutes late without any notice or phone call. When he arrived and I mentioned it, he said he was only a few minutes late and didntsee it as a big deal. He wasnt very talkative at all and didnt seem very friendly. When I received the bid the following day, it was twice as much as other bids we had received for the same project. Will not be contacting them in the future.

We love working with Franco and Marbella. Theyre so fantastic. Very responsive to issues. Weve had a ton of obstacles with our sprinklers and lawn and such and theyve done everything they can to make it better. Had cobble installed in park-strip last year. We are having another company fix their work because they did not dig down into the soil (they removed the sod, but should have dug down at least 4 inches), so the result is that the cobble sits above the sidewalk and curb, it spills out onto the sidewalk and curb, and weeds are sprouting up everywhere throughout the park-strip.

Set up an appointment for a quote on my Backyard on 5/21/21 at 5pm, to have sprinklers and top soil laid. Maria was very quick to contact me and set up a time to do the quote. When the appointment time came, no call and no show for the quote appointment. Just blatantly wasted my time, wouldnt respond to my text or answer my call to see if they were running late. If they cant show up for the quote or contact you to re-schedule, I am sure their work is even worse.

Used Marbella Landscaping to clear weeds and put down tarping, as well as weekly mowing. At first I thought they did a great job but yesterday I started putting some rock over the traping they laid down and I discovered much of the existing weeds werent cleared and just covered up. 3 weeks after their service many weeds have resurfaced out of the sides of the tarping. Marbella charges premium prices for below average work. I spent well over a $1000 and dont have a lot to show for it.

Marbella did a great job on my large yard cleanup and revamp. They removed and ground trees and stumps, removed old fencing and replaced it with vinyl fence that looks gorgeous. They replaced old beds with new, moved boulders, placed mulch, concrete and pavers. They were very professional and conscientious about doing the way I wanted it. They placed sprinkler and drip system. I would highly recommend them and would use them again I. A heartbeat.

We found Marbella online and were impressed it had 5 stars and decided to give it a try. We were very impressed at how good they were at landscaping and did a better job than the other companies in the neighborhood. They are highly recommended and we were not disappointed.

We hired them to put our backyard in and they did so. Thats about the only positive thing I can say. They were slow and communicating, they broke the sprinklers, and then took the minimal effort to repair them. I ended up bringing in a third party to fix The sprinklers after giving them three chances to repair them out of frustration. While the third party was fixing the damaged sprinklers the company demanded payment, harassing my wife with multiple texts throughout the day. They then showed up in person and said they needed payment immediately despite the fact things werent working yet. They were a cheaper option and I suppose you get what you pay for.

These guys did some very hard work in a short amount of time. They did a beautiful job in my yard and I m so relieved I don t have to do it myself! It s so nice to have it done so quickly. They made sure I was happy with everything and cleaned it all up. I will definitely use them again!

Repaired sprinkler and lawn damage done by a major plumbing repair. They were responsive, efficient, and had great attention to detail. I would recommend this company at any time. Our front lawn went from looking like a construction zone to fabulous thanks to Franco and his expert crew.

Franco and his team are wonderful to work with. They are fairly priced, did great work, and accommodated a few middle of the project changes with smiles. We are extremely happy with our new yard. We went from a completely blank pile of dirt to a beautifully graded yard with sod, beds, and a complete sprinkler system. I definitely recommend Marbella Landscaping!

These guys were great to work with. Competitive prices without cutting corners. Franco helped us plan out our yard with great suggestions that were helpful and much appreciated because we ve never done this before. We worked with the builder s landscaper on our front yard and it was a night and day difference. Marbella dug trenches, installed sprinkler lines and two yard drains, graded, brought in top soil, put in a large garden box and quality weed cloth. They were flexible when we had a couple of design changes we miscommunicated and did great work until the job was totally done. We had one issue from overwatering with a garden box post and they came back and redid all of the posts for us. Highly recommend!

A year ago, we had Marbella come and trim some trees for us. They were so good to work with that when it came time to do a new section of fence, we didnt hesitate to get a bid from them, along with a couple other companies. Marbella gave us a great bid, and ultimately we believe we got the winning combination of superior value and as well as top quality work and materials from their team. Throughout the experience Franco was responsive to questions we had about the bid and details regarding the project. In addition, Andres was the project manager for the new fence and he and his team did a beautiful job and were so pleasant to work with. It wasnt a simple job as there was a lot of old growth along the fence line that had to be removed but they did a thorough job to make sure the foundation was level. Their team worked hard and took care of everything with great attention to detail. The finished job exceeded our expectations and we would be happy to work with them again. We recommend Marbella to anyone considering landscaping and fencing projects. Thanks, Franco and Andres!

Marabella Landscaping responded almost immediately when I contacted them through the form on their website. They were professional and prompt in their estimate. They were able to do the work the next day. At my request, they stripped an area of grass, weeds, and unwanted saplings, lay down new weed barrier, and put down new mulch. They did it all in one afternoon, and left behind a clean work area. I would definitely use them again.

This company is very shady. Franco came to give us an estimate and I contacted him within the week to get the work done. He texted me after 9pm on a Sunday saying he d send a crew the next day. That didn t work for us so I asked him if there was another day that week that they could come (when we d be home). He didn t respond. I texted again this week and he said the estimate only lasts a week and that instead of the quote they gave us (for $120), he would now be charging me $420. Unbelievable. I d steer clear if I were you.

Marbella landscaped my quarter acre back yard. They were very professional and did everything they said they would on the time frame they promised. There prices were also reasonable. Everything looks great and works wonderfully. What really impressed me was that they checked in 3 seperate times to see how the sprinkler system and lawn were doing. They even dropped off fertilizer with detailed instructions on applying it the right way. Would highly recommend using them!
