I would recommend Oregon Hydro-Turf if you need some work done on your sprinkler system. I had an old system that had been set up very poorly and wanted it upgraded for better performance. Oregon Hydro-Turf was prompt with the original inspection/bid and with the actual installation. They even worked when the ground was partially frozen. The areas that would be using sprinkler heads had them properly placed and several areas were changed to drip system.

They replaced 2 timers but didnt explain at all how to set, I needed sprinklers adjusted and 1 replaced but didnt happen and I felt quite expensive.

I had a great experience with Oregon Hydro-turf. My back yard was a wreck and they helped completely turn it around as well as replace a broken sprinkler head. Stephen was very kind, friendly, and professional. On top of that the prices are very reasonable - really good value. I m very happy I found them.

My experience was not satisfactory. I was first advised on May 9 that they had an opening for working on my needed irrigation system repairs on May 25, only to be advised on May 16 that the next availability was June 21. During the first visit the owner identified 2 valves as needing repair and leaking, and the valves werent repaired and were left leaking water. I needed help in locating a sticking valve and the tool the company has for locating valve boxes wasnt brought out for the job, so I still dont know where the leaking valve is located and it was not repaired during the visit. My plants are suffering, and this not the way to treat a customer.

Oregon Hydro-Turf, LLC did an amazing, and timely job. I was blessed to have contacted them because from the onset Stephen, was knowledgeable, professional and offered reasonable pricing for my project! I was absolutely impressed by this companies customer service, and the pride they take in their work, hands down this was a great find! No need to think twice about this hire!

They had another job near my house so they came over within an hour of me calling them. They fixed all my broken sprinkler heads and re-programmed my auto sprinkler box. They did a great job and their price was about 40% less than several other places I called. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly, polite, punctual, and at a fair rate. Had an emergency irrigation leak that was pooling in the front yard. Called Stephen Thursday morning. He came by within a couple of hours to assess the situation. Made an appointment for him to come back on Monday because he was all booked up for the week. He called the next morning to tell me he can make time for me right away. (Im pretty sure he felt bad for me because he knew how worried I was about the pool of water sitting in the front yard.) he came by, found the leak and fixed it very quickly. I am very impressed and grateful. I highly recommend him.

We have the aged sprinkler system with leaking problems and the landscaping lights that are not quite efficient. Oregon Hydro Turf replaced both systems with energy efficiency and conservation of water in mind. I could not have been more pleased with Stephen s professional services. Stephen showed up promptly and the installation work was completed with the highest quality. He listened my concerns cheerfully and applied into the system design. He also did a couple of extra things (wifi control module to be added and adjustment of sprinkler heads) that I asked at the last minute. I worked with Stephen on upgrading and repairing our current system. I gave him the locations of what we wanted changed/repaired and he went with it. I was not worried about timeframes but he came through rather quickly. We have our break fixed, heads upgraded and another line added. I also splurged on a wifi control module, this is a must for everyone! All of the work fell within our budget and our home has a nice upgrade. I highly recommend Oregon Hydro-Turf and will work with them again in the future!

I contacted Stephen a couple days ago based on his reviews. He showed up for a free estimate exactly when he said he would. Communication has been professional and consistent. Rare these days. He is polite and listens well and considers the costumers wishes and makes good suggestions. His estimate is fair and I look forward to his services. Stephen is the real deal! I m old and so is my sprinkler system! The parts needed to repair were no longer available so Stephen went out of his way to make remaining zones work so that my yard was watered. He will be my go to guy if I need sprinkler help in the future!

My initial issue was a leak in sprinkler system. Worker (Steve) came on time with a good, personable spirit. Worked hard while here. Found the leak after a good bit of digging, then came back at a later time to complete the repair. Put dirt and sod back in orderly fashion. I am happy with his work and plan to have him back again for further adjustment to the system as a whole. The only negative is that he cannot come quickly, probably because he has a lot of other jobs in the queue.

I found a leak under a sprinkler head. Stephen responded quickly to the voicemail I left for him. He was at our place within the hour and repaired the broken pipe. I asked him about some drip system changes I was thinking about and he did those, too. I am impressed with him, his professionalism and helpful demeanor.

They installed a new sprinkler system for us. We have had to deal with a lot of contractors for the past year, since we bought a new house and Oregon Hydro-Turf has been by far the most pleasant experience. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job as promised. I asked for several changes and they did their best to accommodate all my requests. I even broke one of the sprinkler pipes while digging a hole, which they fixed without any complaint. Absolutely recommend them for any project.

The price was very affordable (thousands under competitors), he started on the day and finished on the day outlined in the contract and when he ran had some issues with boulders in the path of the sprinkler lines he took care of it and got the job done! Stephen is very professional. We hired him for landscape trim & planting small trees. He was on time and completed all work in timely manner. At completion, he verified with us that all tasks were satisfactory. We will have him back in the spring!
