Amazing work and finished result from this business! I called with quite the task and my back yard has been completely transformed. I moved into a home where the previous owner let the yard go. Piles and piles of leaves, logs, gardening pots, overgrown foliage, and compost everywhere - all gone now. Zach and his team came in and worked extremely hard for us. Now we can maintain the yard and it feels so much cleaner and spacious. This will be the company I go to for all my landscaping needs in the future!

Unfortunately cant comment on services, this review is due to the fact we were supposed to have an estimate at 5pm. We did not get a call until after 5 that theyre estimator is sick today and cant make it. Usually not a big deal unless you plan your day around it, I have decided to reach out to another company for their services.

Super friendly service. The process was smooth and simple, with easy to navigate website, and fair pricing. The SOD was now just installed and looks great. I expect the final result to look better in a couple of months. UPDATE: After some time to settle in, the install was not done flush to the rest of the grass therefore left uneven ground. Nice ppl though.

I had mulch added to my front and back yard 03/29/24. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Shane and his team were. Shane was extremely professional and personably. The work they did was amazing making my oasis pop even more. There were several decorative stepping stones in the yard and they made sure none of them were covered up by the mulch. It s pretty difficult to find people who take pride and strive to ensure the customer is satisfied. . I will continue to use Green Life Property Services and highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolute garbage service from these scammers. Provided a quote with a full list of services to only deliver on half of them. Called to at least get a refund on half of the services unaccounted for only to be met by a disgruntled rep who hung up on me mid conversation. Wish I vetted these clowns before paying, wont make this mistake again.

I have been using Green Life for several years.They have been terrific. They are professional and do an excellent job on my yard. They are consistent with the work they do and always timely. If there is a delay due to weather, they always communicate when they will be there. I feel that their pricing is fair for the excellent service they provide.

Dont ask for a quote or theyll first ghost you then spam you every year via text and email that you gave them for a quote you never got. theyll ignore multiple requests to get them to stop contacting you.

Having dealt with a few landscaping companies in the area, I am glad I found Green Life. Very professional and courteous to interact with! We hired them for a property cleanup that went great and are looking forward to having them manage our landscaping needs going forward.

Green Life Property Service did an amazing job today. I highly recommend this company!! My front flowerbeds have never looked better. The prices were very reasonable, they were on time, professional, friendly and talked with me after the job was done to discuss some additional options to help my landscaping.They not only removed the weeds, but meticulously removed all the weeds growing inside my bushes! In addition they removed dead bushes, treated the flower beds and the driveway for weeds. They did an amazing job leveling, filling and laying sod in part of my backyard. They also put up the little fencing I had to keep my dogs off the fresh sod. My driveway was hosed off and all dirt, weeds etc were bagged up and removed. Again, if you want professional work done, at a great price, from prompt, friendly people, call Green Life!!

Shane Kept me in the know about how they work the whole process! Im in the military so i work long hours by the time I get home its dark . They were able to come and finish my front and back yard by the time i got home from work, their prices are also very reasonable for the work they do.

This is a perfect example of why you shouldnt do business over the phone or at least attempt to. There is a list of several services this company supposedly provides so I called to try to set up a consultation about some of them. And a few hours later I received a phone call which went to my voicemail telling me that I needed to call a pest company. Im not sure how The supervisor decided I needed a pest control company based on what I told his worker but so be it. Its time to go down the list and try another one. As an addendum to my original review, based on the response I received: I did not ask for assistance in getting grass growing again, I said I was having trouble getting it to grow having planted bare ground after a grading was performed. You would have known this if you came by or called me back directly. Sorry you couldnt be troubled to do that.

Having been through several unreliable services in the area, Shane brought with him a friendly attitude with a fantastic result ..razor sharp edging and even cut through out the property! We were scheduled to have service on Monday, no call no show, I called them monday night and left a voicemail, got a call back the next morning and was assured theyd be out that day. Tuesday came and went, no call no show. Its now Wednesday and theyre about to be fired before they even got to our house. All these 5 star reviews really seem fishy to me.

Green Life was great when I needed service. Prompt and on time as scheduled. But since I ve moved out of state to Virginia, they ve been problematic. They re still charging me bi-weekly, even after I had called and asked for a stop on my services because I was moving out of state. The owner (Shane) tries to seem super personable in the text s they send after every service and the little thanks for choosing us package with the popcorn in it and everything but is never available to be reached whenever there s an issue even though the (pre-generated automatic) text clearly says contact him if there s any issues and he ll get it fixed. So I m stuck paying $70 every two weeks to have someone else s yard cut because I ve since sold the house and and there s no way to stop my service or remove my payment info. They make it super easy to register your payment info though. I ve called 3 times in the past week and talked to Scott twice and Maggie once, and they ve said they d leave a message for a supervisor to call me, but no surprise, I ve still not received a call back from a supervisor or even anyone. It seems like all they care about is my money.

Green Life Property Services, was so quick on getting my lawn takin care of. Shane did a superb job!! Brought tears to my eyes, it was just like I use to be able to do the yard. Brought my yard back to the Oasis it was!!! I highly recommend and was easy to get started with the company!

After careful consideration, we chose Green Life for a sod project recovering our whole backyard. Shane was professional, courteous, and able to get our project underway within a timeline we desired. My property went from being a compost heap due to my 2 huge Oak trees molting everywhere to having a lawn once Green Life Property Service was able to dig in and find it again. They went above and beyond, and I could not be happier. Not only did they get all the leaves up, but they also hauled it away, so Im not stuck with 80+ bags lined up in front of my house. They were timely, had excellent communication, and made payments easy to set up. I would definitely recommend them.

Though we had to be rescheduled due to weather, Shane was always easily reachable and communicative. Our yard was a MESS of leaves and a bit overgrown. They left it groomed and clean for us! Great team to have come out and help you with your yard!

Green Life installed zoysia sod in our backyard and we couldn t be happier. The crew was very fast and professional. We even had a few busted sprinkler heads that they replaced at no charge. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience with Green Life! We hired them to revitalize our front and backyard for a whole new transformation and that s what we got! Shane and his crew were extremely professional and put in several days of hard work to resod, level, and landscape our property as well as replacing several sprinkler heads in the process. The project was completed about 3 weeks ago and already our new sod seems to have taken root and is thriving! (Which was NOT the case with the last company we hired for). There were a few oil spots left on our driveway from some of the machinery and after mentioning it to Shane he was quick to have someone come out and take care of it. We have now hired Green Life to do our lawn maintenance.

They did an amazing job on my yard! Acquired their services on Friday and they were out to service my yard on Tuesday. Such a rapid response and they returned my emails promptly. Would recommend this company to anyone in the Orange Park area! Thank you again for your service!

Green Life is doing an OUTSATNDING job mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming bushes and blowing the yard debris off our drive way and walk ways. Before we hired Green Life, I watched the Team mow one neighbors yard for quite awhile. Then they started moving another neighbors yard next door to that present customer. I saw the care that they took with the speed of the mowers while mowing each neighbors yard. They were also changing the mow patterns each time they came and they would swap out to lighter push mowers when the lawn had excess moisture buildup. Our yard looks OUTSTANDING.

Update(9/14) Green Life reached out to me and made sure my lawn was taken care of. They continue to do an excellent job. I continue my business with them because of how responsive they were once they realized how displeased I was. I appreciate a company that is real, honest, and fixes their mistakes. UPDATE: they have not been to service our lawn in over a month. Company will also not contact me back after multiple emails and phone calls placed. I have paid for services that I have not received. I really loved the company before this last month and a half. Hoping they can make things right. Donot look for another lawn service. This company is amazing! Kind, did an awesome job, and even sent me a welcome gift. Very straightforward and all around good guy! Glad we finally found a company we can stick with :)

I had numerous quotes for my backyard renovation job, and Green Life was very competitive. They actually did more work on the quote side than any other company, going so far as to provide a layout concept and give me details of their installation process. In the end, the bill was dead-on with their quote, which is amazing! The Green Life guys did a terrific job in my backyard, taking their time and making it as perfect as they would with their own backyard. Everything is growing beautifully now and my wife and I spend a ton of time in our backyard oasis that used to be a dirt patch! They had a subcontractor for irrigation services that did a good job, though there were some issues that needed to be resolved there. Shane was great at managing the sub, though. In the end, the bill was dead-on with their quote, which is amazing! Very happy, and I would recommend Green Life to anyone.

Consistent No Shows Shane makes a great first impression and then proves how unprofessional he is. I hired him to tend the lawn at my rental property. I drove by a few days after he was supposed to have done the work and he had skipped it. I asked what happened, he made an excuse about weather, and scheduled another day - that he, again, no showed. I fired him afterward.

UNRELIABLE..... Called them last wednesday for an estimate on a rather small project truth to be told. Needless to say the following day someone came over took measurement and stated that would email quote by Monday. 4 days for an email but It wasnt an urgent project so i was ok with it. And because we live in Florida i have a 24-48 hrs automatic extention policy after when they tell you they will do something. Long story short: Monday came and went and so tuesday and wednesday. No email ( i checked spams also) not a phonecall with a white lie either. Oh well. On to the next guy..
