I had a biting pest problem for over a year when the neighbor cut down a bunch of rotton trees. Me being the plant lover I am I had plants inside and out. With real oak wood flooring I unknowingly invited these pest in on my plants. Before I could figure out what had happen we had a full infestation and they bite me. I have always been successfully in getting rid of pest on my own in the past. Not this time I called in a professional company. They did not do it either. In fact they made me feel like I was crazy. Thats when I visited the DYI store and met Chris and found my resolution. He and his employee sincerely listened to me and looked at my pictures and my little bag of buddies. He prescribed a treatment I can do inside and out without killing the cat. Never once did either of them make me feel as if I were crazy. I thank you both so much. So far I have done 2 complete treatments 7 days apart. I am finally getting relief and peace. They both are very knowledgeable of their products and my problems. What they didnt know they researched. I knew about the existence of this business because I am a customer of the Latin supermarket next door.... But I never had the need to go in because I lived in a rented apartment that they were in charge of doing the pest control... It turns out that last year I moved to a property that does not provide pest control service.... After several months I began to have an infestation of flukes.... It was so much that when you turned on the light in the early morning you could see hundreds of these animals.... Therefore I entered this business and they gave me advice to eliminate the pest... I will not deny that at first I thought the products were very expensive... But the result lasted about 2 weeks and the pest was completely eliminated... It was worth having made the expense and achieving the desired success... For this reason I highly recommend this company and its staff who are very attentive and professional in what they do... .

Bought a house with a huge roach infestation, to the point where they were in the door jambs and every socket. The experts at this establishment gave me everything I needed(gel bait and spray) for a fair price to have them all dead within a month and a half. Chris was very helpful with his expert advice. I have a rental house that the tennant let overtake by german roaches. It was nasty. Chris gave me a treatment plan that did not just kill the adults but also eliminated the offspring. It took 3 weeks to go through but I am convinced a professional could not have done a better job than I did. Off course needless to say, that with the typical stuff they sell at the home improvement store I would not have been able to get the situation under control. This is a place I like to call a little gem in the rough. These days you would think your options for lawn care or pest control your options are either pay a professional, go to the big box store, or buy from some company online. Well nearby residents and visitors there is another option for you, a physical store you can go to for professional quality products are reasonable prices. Now I know there will be those nay sayers that say cheaper on Amazon or xyz website. Yes, there is some truth to it, but what you are getting here is personalized professional catar service. Chris and Mike both are knowledgeable and if you know some things on chemicals and the geek lingo, youll have fun talking with these guys. Now I dont want to give the image that these guys are the knowledge masters on the field, no, no one is, but they are very knowledgeable and able to guide you to the desire resolution. I have utilized them for some pest control product and most recently on lawn care products. They carry some good quality products. Look at the labels and read them! You will see and see the results for yourself.

We follow the instructions but anything works to eliminate the german roaches. It is a lot of money. We use boric acid with peanut butter, thats work. We used a litter plate to put the mixture, the next day was full of dead roaches. Boric acid is inexpensive, you could find in dollars store, Target, Big Lots, etc...

They were very helpful, instructing me how to set and release the snap trap and the best bait to use to attract rats. I followed his advice and the rat in my crawl space was killed on the first night. The store is very neat and clean and offers a variety of DIY pest control for home, lawn and pets.

Love this place, they really help with problems that will cost you a fortune elsewhere. We moved and the new yard had fleas. Our dog was miserable and the fleas found their way inside. After bombing and many other attempts to get rid of them I found DIY Pest. They have great products and they print out detailed instructions on how to use them for the pests you have. Great company and now we are flea free.
