Massey in Orange City serviced my sprinklers in North DeLand. There was an initial visit to outline all the problems, then a team of technicians tackled all the broken heads, and uncovered the buried sprinkler heads. Very satisfied and want to thank them for a great job; pricing was in line with the work and I look forward to having a green lawn again!
After unsuccessfully having a nice lawn , we called Massey and their pros have got us there ! Knowledgeable people that took the time to explain what we needed and doing it ! I'm not very happy with Massey at this moment. Before they bought out Middleton years ago, Middleton was very proactive taking care of any weeds or any issues that showed up in my beautiful lawn. But ever since Massey took them over I have had to fight with them to keep up and be proactive. If they don't respond to the needs of the lawn this time I will look for someone that will. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I expect better service. Wake up Massey many people I have spoken to to feel the same about the sub par service!!!!

I was presented with the spraying and weed extermination would be done down to a actual breakaway . With the heavy rains we have had the water rose and the exterminator did not even go to the average lake line . The manager came out looked t it and said based on what he saw, no,problem ! He sprayed ,left and I am satisfied thus far!

Lack of communication, initially. You dont get a second chance to make a good 1st impression. They corrected error quickly, but trust for this new customer is not there yet.
