They do a fantastic job of keeping my lawn pest and weed free just using organic products. And they are reasonably priced. Their technician RJ answered all of my questions, was friendly and efficient.

In the middle of my 2nd year with SunCo, and no complaints. Great communication prior to the day of service, and the tech actually texts when theyre at your property to let you know they started, ask if you had any questions, and that theyre done. They leave detailed notes on the application and how to take care of it afterward. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had questions and they took the time to tell me some dos and donts on the care of our yard. In just one weeks time, our backyard is coming back to life. This is my second full year with them I had low spots in my yard and filled with topsoil and reseeded last fall and they were looking wonderful. The more treatments I get the more dead the grasses in those areas. I have mentioned the text every time they need to spray because my neighbors all have wild strawberries but now I have wild strawberry in my yard and thistles growing. My current invoice says I paid for grub control that I never requested. I am done with this charade raise price $7 per treatment and the quality is junk and they dont do what they say theyre doing for what I pay. You can see company replied. They sent an expert out and he agreed that they would treat for weeds. Service crew comes out to spray weeds and apply another round of fertilizer. I refused as I was told it would be a weed spray only. Then I learn I cant have that done without them putting down more fertilizer. They charged me for a grub control I didnt request and STILL havent removed from invoice. Garbage product, love to tell lies, my yard looks better using a $15 weed spray.

Tech informed me of their arrival and performed grass service promptly.

So far these folks have been awesome! Super prompt to return calls or emails and get bids to me so quickly...that is RARE these days! Our lawn is looking amazing as well as the other projects we have had them work on.

Lawn is looking better than ever, RJ has done a great job and also has answered all my questions regarding all different kinds of things how long until my dog can go onto yard after treatment, is it safe for my kids, what can I do about do myself to make it even better, how often to water with each treatment. My neighbor a few houses down also uses them & his yard might be the best in the neighborhood. Will recommend!

I had a leak spraying from our skimmer box / pond and called to get this fixed, shared a video of the leak, explained the urgency and they had someone come out to fix it within the hour. The tech explained the problem, fixed it and we are happy campers. Good job!

Jordan came to my house to apply fertilizer on my lawn. He told me about C20 which can take place of aeration and create healthy soil! Glad to try that product !! Justin is a true yard advocate. Has several tips on yard maintenance. He even inspected my mower, confirming the height settings. He is a true professional.

Tom was awesome taking care of our issue after correcting the first visit that was not fixed 2 weeks prior. Our lawn took a hit not being to run our system in the extreme heat. Ironically corrected the day Wednesday of the windstorm, so had no power to run for 6 days and the lawn before and after the first service, 3 weeks prior to Tom correcting the initial issue. Hopefully all will go better going forward! Tom, thanks again!

I have SunCo service several properties. They do a great job on all. RJ fertilized at my dads house recently and he was VERY nice and helpful and took a little time with him to make sure he was happy.

Jordan did an excellent job on our first application and did a great job with his attention to detail. He made sure he sprayed all weeds that he could fine, used the blower to clean off any excess fertilizer on cement, closed all gates, and even put the gutter downspout back on that I removed for him to get the spreader to the backyard.

RJ Is the best at his job and then some!!!! Prior to laying down my most recent lawn fertilizer treatment, he spoke with me about the need to sharpen my mower blade. I have used Sun Co two times and both times I was very satisfied. They did great work at a reasonable price. If I had to complain about anything with this company, it would be that it took them about 1 1/2 weeks to get to my job. Not really a problem at all, but living in the age of Amazon prime has spoiled me. I will use and recommend them in the future.

Great service and keeps our lawn looking great! The techs communicate with us and let us know when theyre applying fertilizer and leave instructions about when to water, etc. They also send out reminder cards with helpful instructions on what to do to prep the sprinkler system for winterization and turning on in the spring.

Wow! Where to start. From beginning to end SunCo is the way to go. I was so nervous how things would go when looking at spending this much money to completely revamp my backyard. It is definitely money well spent and i have no regrets. Manny s crew came out and cleaned up the back yard. They never stopped, went above and beyond. Everything they dug up for me they got the roots ensuring it could all be replanted. Manny s crew pays attention to detail, they cleaned up after themselves. They were even thoughtful enough to move the trashcan to make sure it was picked up on trash day. There is simply not enough great words I can say about Manny and his crew. So far Sunco has been great! We use the Organic Hybrid program because Im worried about what goes on our lawn so I do feel safer using this program. We had a Bindweed problem awhile ago. I several natural remedies but I could not get rid of the bindweed. In no time at all, about 99% of the bindweed has been eradicated. I do get a couple bindweed pieces still growing in my garden. Mason treated our yard today and he was so nice and sprayed the last pieces of bindweed in my garden. I am very grateful.

This is my second season with SunCo. Was very satisfied with the program last year. I like the organic component of it.

We had some difficult areas that our irrigation system needed to reach. SunCo made the adjustments necessary and also replaced numerous sprinkler heads that were not functioning correctly. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

Jason and his team came out after a few delays which were weather related - They installed my sprinkler system and gave me a rain monitor at no extra charge for a verbal issue I had with Rob a co-owner - this was NOT Jason s fault - he couldn t have been more apologetic, empathetic and willing to do anything to make it right - Jason and his team worked all day and part of the next morning to finish up, explain the monitor box and how to use it and clean up - it was a pleasure working with all of them - If you want a sprinkler system I recommend Sunco and Jason - I also highly recommend a raise for Jason and his crew along with a promotion to Jason for his work ethic and people skills. A week after my sprinkler system, I had the best service from Ryan for my aereation and over seed - any questions I had he answered knowledgeably - Ryan and his partner took extra time in my problem area to double aereate and double seed - very satisfied and would recommend their service. 4/11/2024 - Robert came out today to turn on my sprinklers and attend to any issues with aim spray and replacing heads. Robert was so patient, professional, and answered all of my questions. Loved working with him!

We have used SunCos organic Hybrid service for years and our yard has done great. The Techs are always very friendly and make sure to ask if we have noticed any issues and let us know what is being applied.

Mason has done a great job so far this season. Had some dry areas in the back and he treated it and explained what he thought was causing it.

SunCo delivers once again. The technicians were extremely courteous and communicated great with me to get my system adjusted. Got my yard looking great and did everything quickly and without any mess. My techs, Alfredo and Austin are the reason why I stay with SunCo.

Start of second year using SunCo. They were referred from a friend and I couldnt be happier. They call before showing up and then call again once they are at your house. Fair pricing as well.

SunCo has never let me down. Their prices for lawn treatments seem reasonable. Theyve always been great to deal with, however their Techs are beyond amazing! I get a text the day before their planned visit letting me know they ll be stopping by and welcoming any thoughts or questions I may have before they come the next day! The next day, once my Tech has completed the task, I get a confirming voice mail message that my Tech-has been to my house, text him back with any questions, and a true thank you at the end of my voice mail. This is Customer Service and customer appreciation that is a long forgotten Art! Thanks Mason, what you and/or SunCo are doing, works and is very much appreciated!

Have been using SunCo for over a year now and have been happy with them. I love that Joe calls when he s here and lets me know what applications he will be doing and asks if I have any questions. This level of service is why we will continue to stay with them.

Great Great Great Work! My husband killed our grass by inadvertently spraying weed and Grass killer Sunco came out and a week later my grass is back to life! Thankfully!!!!

We thought our lawn was at the point of no return. We had so many weeds and crab grass, and knew there was no way we could fix it ourselves. We opted to go with SunCo and our lawn is absolutely beautiful! They also complete the Spring and Fall cleanup and we added the mosquitoe program the last couple of years. We can now sit outside and enjoy our backyard without getting eaten alive. We especially appreciate that we get a call prior to them coming to make sure its convenient for us. I enjoy yard work but I enjoy golfing more, so highly recommend SunCo!!

Ive been with SunCo a year and a half now. Ive been very impressed with their service and employees. This last service was performed by Jordan and he checked in with me ahead of time, answered multiple questions I had, and took extreme care as he went around my property, moving items and lifting landscaping to treat exactly where needed and nowhere else.

Manny and his team are hard workers! We recently purchased a new home and it was in some serious need of water mitigation, and repair to some of the gutter lines. Manny came out for the initial walkthrough and SunCo called with an estimate. When it was time for the work to get done Manny and his team worked hard in the heat an humidity and completed the project. We now have a French drain and the gutter lines are putting water away from the house instead of towards it.

He took the time to explain to me how to get rid of a small area of crab grass, even in the 100 degree heat. Not only was he knowledgeable about the lawn care, he provided me with detailed instructions on what I needed to do in the future to prevent the crab grass. 10/10 customer service!! Thank you!!

The tec from Sunco does a great job

An excellent job was done with the aeration and over seeding.

EDIT: No longer using SunCo. CSR Kristin was always responsive and did her best to help me so I appreciated her. My biggest thing this year to have preemergent applied early enough so my weeds wouldnt be completely out of control as they were last year. I understand when I first contacted them, they had just been in my area so I had to wait for them to come back around, so by the time they did, I believe it was too late. I was initially so glad to find a company who wouldnt charge me extra to spray weeds on the back side of my fence. I was told this would be a permanent note on my account so I counted on that. Back in June, it looked like this was not being done so I asked again to be told the tech does not remember if he sprayed the backside. Two weeks later, it looked like the entire area had never been treated. I told Kristin this and she changed the note to being on each individual work order so it would be done moving forward. On 7/4, after pulling weeds for an hour, I sent her yet another email to say the perimeters of both front and back had weeds that were alive and well. At this point, I stopped trusting they were doing much of anything when they came by. On 7/29, I sent another email with the photos Ive uploaded here. I literally couldnt open the gate to my backyard fence because of the weed growth, THREE FEET TALL in some areas. The other 2 photos are from the inside perimeter that I had complained about previously. After that email, those were finally taken care of. Someone was also scheduled to come out 7/19 but didnt show. The amount of frustration and distrust I now have, I will not be using their services again.

Our condominium association recently changed to SunCo for our lawncare needs. We have been very impressed with their work, and they are very responsive when weve had concerns. We would recommend without hesitation.

We switched lawn providers when we moved because our old provider really did not care about quality. We could not be HAPPIER with SunCo. Our lawn looks great and they always go the extra mile. Recently we were getting the lawn aerated and when they tried to reach me about flagging the sprinkler heads, my voicemail was full. Instead of leaving and waiting to get ahold of me, Mason flagged the heads himself and left me a note that my voicemail was full. This is just one example of their excellent customer service!!

Changed to SunCo this year and glad I did. Called for an appointment and got one right away. Alfredo arrived right on time, got right to work and was finished in no time. I was very happy with the service and told him that I wanted him to come back next spring for the activation.

So went to caseys to get pop while out doing fall cleanups.seen sunco employee grabbing 12 pack and head straight to company truck and unload in his personal cooler inside the truck cab. Not only would I be pissed if truck 50 was my service tech and smelled like alcohol when he pulled up but Id be pissed he was driving company truck with alcohol inside the cab. There goes your insurance rates from a drunk driver. Just saying. Sad sad and not enough supervision on suncos part to maintain drug free and alcohol free vehicles

Most recent service was winterizing the sprinkler system: as always, they did it on time and the tech was very professional. All the people I have dealt with at Sunco have been quite friendly and professional (with 1 possible exception). The original install was FAST and all the people involved were nice, hard-working and responded to my requests and suggestions. The only problem weve ever had was getting them to follow-up on my neighbors request for repairs. I would (and have) highly recommend Sunco. October 2023: another great year dealing with Sunco. I had several contacts with them including regarding a new product/service they offer. Always fast, professional and on-time.
