Caleb, went to backyard first so I could get my dog out to the front before lawn treatment. I appreciated this from Caleb.

The gate was accidentally left open and my dog escaped. Shes a 12 year old chocolate lab who wasnt able to get far. She was nearly hit by a truck. Not thrilled with that aspect of their service. This is an important issue to me and it could have been avoided. Our gate is challenging but if issues arose we could have been notified.

We have a big double yard - and the tech rang the bell, we walked the yard, and he went to work. He did a great job of taking care of the lawn, and when finished, he gladly answered my questions. Continued great service is why I stay a loyal customer.

Last time I received service was on July 31st. That is almost 2 months. Only had 4 treatments this year. Supposed to have 8for the year. Also had several spots in front yard where granular fertilizer caused burns and grass died. I need better service or I will find another provider next year.

I am using Nebraska pro turf and pro pest for my lawn applications, they are so professional. They treated my lawn weed and moles.

Devon arrived on Tuesday and applied a spray application of herbicide and fertilizer to my lawn. I started the service with Pro Turf in 2023 and found that they are very professional and care a great deal about servicing the lawn and keeping the customer apprised of their activities. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and provide exceptional service. My lawn is nice and green and the weeds that have returned are being eradicated as a result of the applications and due diligence in treating the lawn. I commend Pro Turf for the quality, value, professionalism, and care that they take in treating my lawn.

Signed up for service and they went to my neighbor s yard instead, not even double checking the address?! I then tried emailing and calling all day and got no response, and it created an issue with my neighbor because an invoice was left on THEIR door, and they use the same company so they were upset that they got 2 invoices in 2 weeks. I finally reached someone by phone the next day and they said I would be sent to scheduling immediately , that was last week and I still have heard NOTHING back and couldn t reach them again today! So now my neighbors have gotten an extra application for free, and I m still waiting on a first. Very frustrating and unprofessional, this all could have been avoided if the tech wasn t so careless and double checked the address (which are clearly visible on mine and my neighbors house.) I ve used other companies in the past including TruGreen and SunCo, and never experienced anything like this before.

Poor Service. They canceled my account without contacting me and confirmed with CC company there was no aattempt to charge my card this month. They said it was declined CC company showing no delcine that it was never attempted. When I just wanted to get service reestablished they wanted to charge me DOUBLE what my month charge to get signed up again. Clearly a sales scam. I asked to talk to the owner. I was told I could not. Receptionist was beyond rude when trying to figure the situation out. She asked if I was an idiot. Reporting to BBB as well. Do want want them to run this scam on elderly clients. Clear from the actions on the phone this was an intimidation tactic.

Have tried to get this service to times now and both times I had to cancel because the first time they never came out and the second time it was 6 days and they still had not come out. Went to another lawn service for less money and they guaranteed the day that they would come out. Its too bad too because we have used this service for years in the past and were very disappointed

I used Pro-Turf for five years at my last residence and have now used them at my new location for a year. The crab grass is completely out of control in my new yard. I am not sure if this is because the service as dipped or my yard was neglected by the previous owner.

The technician Rosario that came to our property to aerate our lawn September 7 was great, and did a good job. He informed me that we have some grubs I mentioned to him that Pro Turf had just treated our lawn for grubs earlier in the season so I was a disappointed about that. Especially since our regular technician Andre was just here August 25 end of year application, and didn t inform me of any damage. on September 11. another technician Janni came out and did another grub application free of charge. he was very courteous and did a good job and understood my frustration. in the future I hope we can be more proactive so my yard does not look like this.

I have spoke with Amy several times she has been amazing. Today was three separate things, adding pest control and talking about the chemicals in the lawn applications and aeration and also with billing she was very helpful. I enjoy talking with her. She is very personable and I have referred pro turf to all of my neighbors. Amy was amazing today.

I was very disappointed today after doing business with Pro Turf and Pro Pest for a couple of years. I moved from the house they used to service to a new house and call them to transfer my services. We agreed on the price and the tech was scheduled to come service my lawn between 5-7 days, I waited for 14 days nobody came. I called today and I was told that they were not about the size of my yard, therefore they need to estimate it again. If that is the case why they dont reach out to me instead of going silent for two weeksa untila customer followed up with them? Brothers and Sisters if you need a lawn care, please this is not a right choice. I referred some friends and family members but Im going to let the know and consider new service providers.

We first hired Pro Pest Pro Turf a few years ago. They have always done a wonderful job! Cary is friendly, helpful and makes it so easy to set up the services you need/want. My favorite service is the lawn treatment that repels mosquitoes, fleas, ticks and chiggers. It works amazingly well! The prices are fair and the quality is top notch.

We have used propest for a few years. Kyle was our technician and was always friendly and professional. Never did I question what service was done. I am not convinced I can have the same confidence in service now. Thinking of looking into other options.

I went through tru green for 1 year and my yard never looked worse. Pro turf called and I gave them a chance based off requirements I had. They met those requirements and got my yard back to my standard.

I use ProPest for pest control in and around my home. Since having them service my home we see way less spiders, ants, etc.

Yard looks worse than before I hired them. Doorbell cameras caught the technicians not even spending 3 min there and not even spraying in my front yard. Backyard extremely overgrown with weeds but i dont have a camera back there to observe the lack of service.

From looking at the reviews, the quality of service from this company has dipped in the last year. I can vouch for that. The HOA I reside in uses their services. To say its poor would be an understatement. Even though, the HOA is to provide this service, we have taken it upon ourselves to put down spring fertilizer so that at least our portion of the lawn looks good. However, theyve destroyed our lawn. It used to be lush and now its filled with weeds and ruts from where the mower goes the same direction every week. They even damaged my conduit to my home. After calling OPPD, I was told an electrician needed to do the repair. I know for fact, as my boyfriend was home, that they did the repair, not a licensed electrician (see photos). Ive spoken to our property management company numerous times, to no avail. Hopefully we can get their contract removed and we can hire a company who takes pride in creating beautiful lawns.

Pro Truff is great they communicate great and my yard looks great, if something needs extra care in between planed services like extra weeds the come out and take care it promptly. Pro Peast need work last year was the first year using them had bad service and they could not seam to do indoor and outdoor at the same time, the service men wore rude, trying one more seanson because of the relationship we have with lawn care side, but if this seanson is bad we will switch back to pest company we had before.

I only have one issue, my neighbors say my lawn looks too good for the neighborhood!!! This company lets me know before they come out so that I can keep my dog inside. They give discounts when paying for the full years service. Also, after spraying the lawn, I can call them back if I notice that the weeds havent gone away and there is no charge! I have had them do my lawn for 2 years now and I have decided to try the Pest Solutions because of the great job they do. I would definitely recommend them!

They have great service, very responsive. I get my lawn care and tree care through this company. Quality of service is top notch, they leave a lot of feedback everytime they visit. They let me know ahead of time when theyll be showing up. When I need them to stop by again for an in between service they are on it. My lawn always looks great and my trees produced good quality fruits this past season. Will probably not use any other arborist than this company. Extremely professional.

We are entering our 4th season with ProTurf and will say we see very happy! Our lawn looks great and weeds and pests are kept kept at bay! And if there is an issue they are quick to fix it! Love that they call the day before showing up and let me know they are here so I can make sure my dog is inside. My ONLY complaint and it is minor, is the telemarketing! I get a call usually in between every service and it gets to be annoying. Other than that, they are good too work work and a good value! I do recommend them.

In two years they have greatly improved our lawn that used to be nothing but weeds. In fact it was so bad when I was taking bids one company actually turned down the job. Pro Turf had our lawn looking so good my neighbors signed up with them. I have three dogs and they are always respectful of that. Appreciate the early pay discount too.

I dont recommend at all. The killed my lawn in spring and managment came out even stated it was killed after they aerated and sprayed chemical a week later. I told them Id pay for my services after my lawn was brought back to life and today I got a collections letter. Management even agreed. Lies! They cant even communicate with customers sad! They were great in beginning until a different person came out each time and couldnt even fulfill entire yard! And had constant reminders of what they should already know. Stay away youve been warned!

The service man was very kind and did a great job spraying all the trees on our acreage.

Well they came out the first week and put fertilizer and weed kill product down but after a couple of weeks I started to still have a lot of dandelions popping up so I went and purchased a bottle of weed kill but I did call them and let them know the situation they did respond quite quickly within 2 days they sent someone out they said they sprayed for weeds again so know I am just waiting to see the results. Although this first application was free I am just waiting to see how my lawn will respond to decide if I want to continue with service.

I was so impressed with our technician who searched everywhere for wasp nests. We showed him one and he found three more. Great.

I think the thing I like the best about Nebraska pro turf is the technician who comes out and does the work on our yard. With previous companies I have used, the technicians are not happy about the work they are doing and dont really seem to care. The technician who services my yard with Nebraska pro turf is not only courteous, but he is more than willing to solve any other issues that you have.

We had them come out this week for aeration & overseeding. My husband noticed after they were here that the back gate in our yard is now torn apart and splintered all over. Our dog could very easily get hurt or escape the yard, or another dog could get into our yard now. No one mentioned it to us after the service was done. There was no contact made to address the damage other than my machine messed up the gate a little. Come on,

Very dishonest, I had an agreement they would treat my yard this spring and they did not show up. They tried to get way more money than what we agreed to. Bot sure how they will stay in business when they treat their customers this way. I will go with Turff Pro this year.

I have nothing but great things to say about Pro Turf. I had to remove a tree in my front yard which prohibited them from treating the grass for a week or so, and they were patient with me despite attempting to service the lawn twice while it was covered with tree. They treated weeds that they found and offered to come re-treat if those weeds werent dying. As a person who doesnt know a lot about what is going in my yard, the report they left behind was really useful. I could name the weeds I just knew were ugly before, and now I get to watch them shrivel and die! Thanks, guys!

No contracts, great service, will show up to treat problems at no extra charge. The pricing is very reasonable for a great looking yard. My only complaint would be that they call a couple times a year trying to sell extra services, but theyre not pushy.

Nebraska Pro Turf also offers pest control. They were the only company that has helped us keep the ants on our property under control. We tried a few other, smaller companies and hadnt had the same success.

I was contacted multiple times to do my lawn care for over a months time. After saying no multiple times I finally caved and said Yes. Since saying yes its been 18 days and still no one has shown up. I followed up with Pro Turf after 9 days and I was assured by Corey someone would be at my home within 3 days. That never happened. Today I get an email saying I could win 1 year free service if I give a Google Review. So here I am. I am sure I wont win but if I do I dont want it because your service is no good.

I have used Pro Turf Lawn and Tree Service in Omaha for the last 2 years and my lawn has never been more lush and green. Pro Turf staff has been GREAT to deal with if I ever have a question or service need.

2018 - Just starting my 3rd season with with Nebraska Pro Turf Lawn Service and I am still happy with the improvements I have seen in my lawn. The lawns on both sides of me have a TON of dandelions and I only had 3 or 4 total. Great service so far! 2017 - This is my second season with Nebraska Pro Turf Lawn Service and I am happy with the improvements I have seen in my lawn. Many fewer weeds than when I was doing it myself. The seasonal package seems to be well priced and they are great at communication and always give details of what was done during each visit. I plan on sticking with them and seeing even better results next year!

My husband and I have been nothing but impressed with this company. We moved in 3 years ago our lawn was brown and filled with dandelions in the spring. No more dandelions, thank goodness! Ive been approached by other services, but they were rude and put off when I wasnt sure about what they were trying to sell, all claiming to be the best. Their egos were as high as the cost of their services. The team at Nebraska Pro Turf Lawn are very espectful and offer an array of superior services at a price that wont clean out your bank. They care about their customers and arent in this business to rob people by overcharging. I respect that quality in any company. I highly recommend them.

Note, this is a copy of the review I put on the Pro Turf corporate web site. I always wonder about the glowing reviews I read for a company when my experience hasnt been great. Heres my experience. I live in Omaha and have had Pro Turf since 2011. I canceled the service this spring. Service was OK (just OK not great) I started to detail my experience and it ran way too long so......I had a problem with the GM, Leela (sp) in Omaha. She was rude, didnt return calls and was extremely confrontational when I finally did speak with her. ( There are other reviews that relate the same experience with her. ) I left a voice mail on the phone of what I was told was the corporate GM of Pro Turf, Karen, in Belton, MO. thinking she might be interested in my experience. Apparently not. Must have figured that ex-customers are not worth the time. My call wasnt returned. Dont expect a response to this review. Just saying.

Before I get into the real issue as to why I will not use Proturf again, if you hire them, be prepared to be bombarded with sales calls. I was getting 1-2 per month for extra treatments and additional services. And it isnt just a courtesy call, it is a pushy salesperson not even allowing you to talk, just trying to get you to commit. Obviously, there is a chemical spray for every bug known to man, and they feel they need to charge you for it. I hired Proturf towards the fall of 2017. At the time I had no previous services from other companies. My lawn wasnt in bad shape, but I knew it needed some extra care and weed control. At the time I contacted them I personally asked about aerating my lawn before winter. The person told me no, he wanted to wait until the next year to see how the treatment went. I trusted him and left it as is. During the next year, 2018, I started to notice issues with my lawn, garden, and trees. Dead spots started showing up, one of my flower beds started to turn black, and weeds were getting worse, not better. I consulted them more than once and nothing improved. I finally decided enough was enough. When I tried to cancel I was pleaded to let a manager come out and see the lawn. After giving them not one, but two opportunities to come by, no one showed up, so I stopped services. Since I switched my lawn has already started to improve. Weeds are starting to die off and some of my bad spots are coming back. I can even see it in my flower beds and trees. I am not a chemical expert or lawn expert, but I feel they held back. Almost everything they tried to up sell me to do, I ended up getting included in my next provider without the up charge, plus, a touch cheaper. I guess some people have some success with them, I did not. They seem too wrapped up in making additional sales then verifying the services they already provide is good for the customer.

Nebraska Pro Turf has been amazing to work with. Their service is top notch. The employees are always very considerate of my family as there are usually kids running around when they come to provide the service. Any time Ive ever had a question regarding a service or why it is needed, they are more than happy to help. Ill continue to use them as long as we live in this area.

ProTurf was amazing at my old house. The new house was a new technician and did not satisfy. I switched companies & very happy.

First year with them. So far so good. They are quick to respond to issues. Our lawn was in pretty tough shape going in. Looks a bit better now.

For five years our house was rented to family members who did not take care of the yard at all!! The yard was not even mowed on a regular basis... it was Over the top of my knees in the back yard & completely FULL of chiggers! It was dirt in places, full of weeds, & crab grass (which made me very crabby!) I had to get it cleaned up! I run a Daycare business at my home & love that my yard is beautiful now! I even use Pro Lawn to keep the bugs away!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Nebraska Pro Turf Services has been a great company to work with. We just bought a house that has nothing but weeds and very little grass. They began treatment early this summer and provided notes on our invoice on what they came across in our yard, tips on how to keep our yard in good shape, and any other things that they came across during their visit. They laid out a schedule for us from summer to fall in order to get our lawn taken care of and back to grass. Also, provided input on a tree we were concerned was diseased. Very accommodating business and I recommend them to anyone.

I would encourage anyone who conducts business with ProTurf Lawn Service to carefully document all calls to include the time, date, and name of the person with whom you spoke. Also photocopy all correspondance between yourself and that company and retain the envelope with the cancelled postage mark and date. They performed weed treatments on my lawn for one season and did not successfully treat the little violet flowers that keep coming back. To their credit they did eradicate virtually all other weeds. Let the buyer beware.

We struggled for two summers with weeds and everything in between. Pulling them out and trying to treat them ourselves was useless. We live by a seed factory and have a corner house with a huge lot. After just one visit from Pro-Turf, our lawn looks 100 times better. The weeds were treated and no new ones are appearing. You saved our backs and lots of hours of frustrating work are no longer necessary. Thank you! We would recommend you guys to anyone!!!

After using Scotts Lawn Service for 3 years on our lawn we decided to switch to Pro Turf and I have to say that I am not at all upset about the switch. Not only are their prices extremely competitive...but their techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. Weve also noticed that we have the same tech servicing our yard each time...which allows for them to observe changes and make necessary recommendations for adjustments in treatment rather than a blanket offer. Devon, our tech, is friendly, energetic and enthusiastic about his work which also demonstrates that this is a great company.

My lawn was the worst its ever looked in 10 years when I used Pro Turf. The dandelions and crab grass were out of control. I called the company numerous times and they never did anything about it. The final straw was they attempted billing when they never showed up to treat my lawn. Scammers and fraud and horrible service - stay away!
