Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience with this "business" and the person behind it. Firstly, when trying to contact them, they did not have a voice-mail to leave a message. After trying a couple times an incredibly rude female-sounding person took my message. After a week, I called again and was able to leave a voice-mail. A day or a few days later I was called back and accused of repeatedly calling them, as if seeking their services was some form of harassment. Then, I was gaslit, before ultimately figuring out for myself that I was looking for Mac not MacK. Upon explaining this, I was met with more gaslighting because they themselves "have never heard of them" so they mustn't exist. I responded by saying that just because they didn't know of them doesn't mean they don't exist. Things quickly escalated, I informed the person on the other end of the phone that they would be getting this very poor review and they began YELLING at me. I hung up immediately so I'm not sure exactly what what was said, but I am quite comfortable in my educated guess that it was not kind. I am glad they are so poor at managing their business because I was able to dodge a bullet. I have been an entrepreneur for roughly 6 years now and I would certainly not handle my business, or any human interaction, with such upsetting actions. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY.

They are a good company to work with - they took care of a rental property while we remodeled the house and they did an excellent job taking care of the lawn. Highly recommended!
