Technicians for lawn care are amazing. I have asked them about my neighbors weeds creeping into my yard and they always take the time to spray extra around those areas. Thank you Brett & Toney.

Brett came out and did round 3 of our summer fertilization and even sprayed some weeds that were in the concrete. He went above and beyond. We appreciate you Brett!

Heroes takes care of multiple properties for us from irrigation, fertilization, and lawn care, to numerous landscaping projects and upkeep in our landscape & flower beds. They do an incredible job and would highly recommend!

I was not well communicated with after I expressed concern on my water running all day after the first appt schedule didnt happen. I needed to know when they arrived, what occurred while they were there and when they were completed.

Last summer was my first year hiring Heroes Lawn Care to fertilize, aerate, and overseed my lawn. It was our second year in the house and after battling dying grass and vicious weed spread during year one I wanted to see what difference could be made with a professional program. This difference was astounding. As last summer went on our grass grew thicker and greener. Aerating and overseeding turned out to be worth it as well. I had some bare patches from various projects that never fully grew back in last year. When the grass came out of dormancy this spring it was so thick it was hard to find a weed or bare spot in the mix. Steve or Brett usually service the property and both of them are efficient and professional. I like to learn how to do things on my own but what Heroes Lawn Care charges for their 6 step fertilizer program is a rare case where Im actually saving money by paying someone else to do the work. Im very satisfied with the service and results that Heroes Lawn Care provides.

Tech came out and did round two of fertilizer. I had recently laid down some sod and he was very helpful with some value added concerning the sod. Im sorry I didnt catch his name. Very friendly!

They did an excellent job. Very thorough. The crew led by Jim always does an excellent job. More than happy with Heroes. Highly recommended!

I would wait before you give them a rating. We had issues with Heroes, after we hired them with our lawn service, and now with the snow removal. 12 years being on this property, we only had one accident, with Heroes, we had 5 people who were serious hurt from falling, and with all these falls, comes the hungry attorneys, they didnt put salt/sand down after shoveling the walks, handicap spaces, ramps, but did come back out a day later, after my complaints and with my hills, we had 4 car accidents. UPS driver slid around a Amazon driver who was parked, my self and two others, slid out onto the a busy 2 lane street, missed on coming cars and a Heroes plow driver employee watched my maintenance man slide down one of our step hills, and after he hit the bank of snow, there employee drove off the property and didnt come back to put anything down. I was told excuse after excuse on why they cant be here or put sand/salt down.

Great Company to work with! They make it easy to schedule services quickly and they are always friendly and professional. Their online platform is convenient and easy to navigate when making payments and reviewing service history.

Recommend if you want to schedule services and have them not show up or answer your calls. Terrible customer service.

Best service Ive ever received from a company. Arielle and the guys, Carlos and Cesar, were amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. To be completely honest, I had a super long, over-the-top review typed up, and I hit exit by mistake. This explains why I hired out a landscaping project because who knows how it would have turned out if I did it?!! Save yourself the trouble and hire these folks. Totally worth it!! I will hire them again. 11/10

Heroes to the rescue again! We have used these folks twice in 2023 and were fortunate to have Dan as our tech on both occasions. Honest and reasonably priced.

Heroes not only shows up weekly they are always looking for opportunity to show me new ways to make sure I have the best yard on the block. They recently upgraded my sprinkler system so I can control it on my phone & reads the weather to save water when I don t need to water. They are very professional but are so kind to my family knowing all of our names & dogs names. I can t recommend enough

Heroes Lawn Care has taken over the fertilizer/weed control from my previous company. They called to make sure they had my correct contact information and also told me about other services they provide. I had a couple of sprinkler heads that needed to be moved and I asked if they could come out and give me a quote. They said they would be able to come out later the same afternoon. And then called back and said they could be there within a couple of hours. The guys were very polite when they arrived. When I showed them what needed to be done they said they would be able to do it right then while they were here and not have to make another trip out. So far they have been great to work with.

Eric moved up to management. Our system gave them a few fits. Eric dropped his schedule and personally came out and started our system up in 5 minutes! No charge!!! Cost only. You are the company I will stay with even when we move to an ADA friendly home. Plus you keep our friends who are buying our house. A veterans owned company. Heroes took over the lawn care from Dave Diez. They have treated my lawn once so far. I did receive notice the day before service so I could unlock my gate and secure my dogs. This is greatly appreciated. Technician was friendly and informative. Looking forward to doing business with Heroes the rest of this season.

Using Heroes from a merger with one of my neighbors who owned a lawn care business. Been great so far and hope to continue using for lawn and sprinkler care.

Only used them once so far this year. Our previous lawn service guy had to give his business up due to some health issues and turned over his accounts to Heroes Lawn Care. I will have to say the transfer of services went well and the communication we received from Heroes Lawn Care was top notch.

The Rachio system is amazing. I m extremely pleased with it so far and is worth the investment. The crew did a great job installing the system in less than a day, which was very impressive.

Very responsive and great communication on start times. Our project was delayed a few days from weather, and they were very open on when they would be there to start. The crew that came, were very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves everyday after they were done. Would highly recommend!

We used Heroes for weekly lawn mowing. To sum things up: theyre no better than any other lawn mowing service, and possibly worse than most. I gave them one star simply because when they bothered to show up, they did an adequate job. Not great, not bad, just good enough. The problem we had was their adherence to the schedule, or lack of. My wife would get a text stating they would be here to mow on XXXX day, so she would pick up the dog poop and get things ready for them. Then that day would arrive, and Heroes wouldnt. Sometimes they would show up a day or two late, sometimes they wouldnt show up at all. They ALWAYS had an excuse. We were short staffed, It rained earlier in the week, We drove by and it didnt need it. That last excuse was the one that really irritated me, because it was a flat out lie. I work from home. My office is at the front of the house, they never drove by. Just to be sure, I checked the camera feed that day and they never drove by. If you want to do business with a company that is willing to lie to you, not show up on time, and can do an okay job when they do, then Heroes should be fine for you. For everyone else that expects to get quality work, and HONESTY in exchange for their hard earned money: look elsewhere. /Reply to Owner/ If your company truly cared, you would not have waited until you received a poor review to respond. This company installed my new sprinkler system quickly and efficiently. Roy Santos was very easy to work with and followed through without fault. I would highly recommend this company. You would not be disappointed!

These guys have done work for us three different times now and every time it has just been tremendous. They explain things to help me understand the source of the problem and why a certain approach is being taken. I really like these guys.

Heroes did an outstanding job cleaning up the mulch beds, triming our bushes, and laying down new mulch at our school requested locations. Been trying for years to get them to come back out to complete the job of installing the metal edging around the rock beds that they put in. Stakes were only installed every third pocket opening of the edging because they ran out of them. Noah came out to fix an area that was completely raised out of the ground and I was told they would come back out to fix the rest soon. That was a few years ago. I call every year and noone ever comes out. My rocks are spilling into my yard because of the poor install job. Very upsetting.

Had Heroes give me a bid on my landscaping. Ariel did a fantastic job and listened to what we wanted and came up with a great design for our new house. We are going ahead with the install in the spring. We also had Heroes come out and aerate our lawn and overseed as well. Our new lawn was struggling and this service gave it new life and made it look much better. Give them a call. You won t be sorry.

Roy at Heroes Irrigation Division works wonders! We needed some creative solutions to upgrade and enhance our sprinkler system, including ways to better cover our entire yard and terraces. Recently had Noah provide an estimate for work, with Ben, Carlos and Wilbur completing the work estimated for. Noah was spot on with his estimate, and the crew was amazing. They made sure everything was done correctly, and they didnt require any babysitting to make sure corners werent cut and things were being done correctly. Trey was absolutely amazing today! He listened attentively to my issues and trust me there were several I threw at him. He was quick and efficient as he tackled each and every one of them! Trey even discovered an issue I had with a buried head in a mulch bed! He was also incredibly polite. This is our first year utilizing Heroes and we couldnt be more pleased. We had Trey Owens out last Thursday to blow out our extensive sprinkler system consisting of 10 zones. Not only did Trey arrive right on time, he was very neat in appearance and better yet super friendly and helpful. Unlike other sprinkler services I have used over the decades, Trey was incredibly competent and would check every single sprinkler head and made numerous trips around our acre yard making sure everything was blown out. Heroes Lawn and Landscape is lucky to have Trey and the company is very reasonably priced and I plan on using them next Spring to get our system going. I would highly recommend Heroes as they seem to be on top of everything starting with great answer of the phone. We are VERY pleased with the design and execution from Taylor and his landscaping team. They created a Colorado feel to incorporate our Aspen trees we planted last year. We had Heroes out to do some landscaping in our front and back yard this Spring 2019. Taylor did a great job getting a bid to us in a timely manner (including a few different options to meet our budget), staying in communication with us on the days leading up to our project, and following up with care instructions for our newly planted tree, plants, and grass seed. It surprised us how fast their team worked. It was no simple project since several areas of our lawn needed to be grated down and three large flower beds were created. However, our project was done in one day with the manpower they put on it! We loved how stress-free they made our experience and we would highly recommend their work to anyone. Thanks, Heroes!

I had met with Wes previously and we discussed my wants and needs for redoing my large perennial bed. Wes had great ideas. After the rains stopped, Wes and Jesse showed up on schedule and were able to accomplish this daunting task in just one day, in spite of the extreme heat. The results are beautiful! I have already recommended them to friends needed landscape work.

Unfortunately they just weren t the right company for my needs.

Taylor was very patient, providing us with estimates for both pavers and concrete so we could decide what best fit our budget. He was also quick to return every phone call and email. Just about every day the workers for this company crowd almost every stall at the gas station and shout and swear at each other like school children. I wouldnt want them doing that in my neighborhood.

We have been working with Heroes since we moved to Omaha the end of 2015. In all the work that we have needed, Scott and Taylor have been professional and prompt in helping us with our needs. We have used their lawn mowing, aeration, and yard drainage services. They are reasonably priced as well and always get the job done right!
