I'm a contractor myself. I first encountered lawn Boys on a project that I was assisting on in the Rochester area. They were doing a fantastic job with a Hardscape and other features around a large piece of property. They did a fantastic job. I needed some Hedges cleaned up on my property so I asked Bren if he would be interested in coming to Olympia and sure enough he was. He showed up on tume, his crew did a terrific job of fixing a long neglected hedge on my property line cleaned up beautiftime, The bill was exactly what the estemate was!!! I highly recommend them!!
The work done at my home was excellent. The yard clean-up was a daunting task; months of out of control weeds, shrubs that needed pruning, and clean up from 2 other services I had hired that didn't perform. The workers were on time, and cordial. They completed the job and were pleasant the whole time they were here. Definitely recommend them for whatever you need done!! I would use them again in a New York Minute!! (Ode to Don Henley, the last concert I attended). 😊

Lawn boys is a fantastic company. Their biweekly lawn service is done timely and professionally. We’ve also have had several projects that Lawn Boys have done on our property. This company does a beautiful job. The employees are very kind as well. We couldn’t be more happy with their work.

These guys are great! Cleaned up my whole property (1acre) and the gravel driveway which is big before my house went on the market. They continued to maintain the property every two weeks until it sold while I was living out of state already. Highly recommend.
Used this business for lawn cleanup after a tight winter and also new bark in the garden beds. Had planned to do lots more work on the yard as we recently bought the house. The lawn was not trimmed and the person that mowed left many high spots. They put a lot of bark down but still managed to not cover all the landscape fabric. When I contacted the company to express my disappointment, they proceeded to argue with me about what it was that I asked for. For $2000 I wanted to get my lawn mowed, trimmed, weed the flower beds and put some new bark in. I had turned down other cheaper quotes because they had the best weekly maintenance price. I figured I would spend more up front and save on the weekly upkeep. But I will look elsewhere for that service now.

The Lawn Boys have been a life saver for me. They have cleared and barked big areas and mow our grass weekly. They are very responsive to any requests I have and cheerfully go the extra mile to do a top quality job. The workers are always doing the extra step in the time they have. The owner ,Brin, is very professional and always responds quickly when I need to contact him.

Brin arrived roughly 8min after our initial contact to evaluate our landscaping and provide an estimate. Considering, he was between appointments, he could have easily deferred the estimate to a later day. The fact he didn t is in contrast to other companies I ve been in touch with, who averaged estimate times 1-2wks from initial contact. I understand his response time was purely circumstantial, my point is to highlight the initiative taken. The estimate was very thorough and transparent. Very easy to work with. Listens to the customer, asked questions to resolve ambiguity, and provided the service requested.

This company has no regard nor respect for the property they are not working on. Left mess all over yard and street. Wouldn t recommend this company. Also, very unprofessional workers.

Brin was professional, but several of his employees were not. The price was reasonable, but the quality of the work was less than I expected. They required considerable supervision, and they needed to re-do work and fix damages they did to my property. I give them credit for trying to make things right, and I agreed to pay them, but I do not think I will use them again.
Set up an appointment and talked with buisness owner. Set a time and date for a walk through and bid. No one ever showed up, called owner again and Set new date, still no show. Happened 3 times and still no response or anything. Very poor and unprofessional communication with customers. Will spend my money with a buisness and owner who has pride in their job and respects a customers time.
We had Lawn Boys come put sod in part of our yard, put a gravel pad in for a shed, and do 2 dog areas. They were pleasant to work with and did a pretty good job on the sod. The gravel area for the shed worked out fine too, but the dog areas were a problem within a short time. They were supposed to put in drainage so that the dogs could do their business in that area of gravel and it would drain away, but what they did was simply compact the ground, put a weed barrier down, and spread a thin layer of gravel over that. This would probably have been fine for walkways but it definitely wasnt appropriate for a dog area. Within less than 2 weeks the area was smelling horribly, despite spraying it with several natural cleaners. We had to take up the gravel and discard the landscaping fabric, which was holding the urine. Even then the ground was so compacted underneath that it wasnt draining properly, so we had to turn up the earth and put a layer of straw on top until we could figure out what to do. Lin
We had Brin and his crew cut up a large number of 16 and oversized maple tree rounds on our property. This was a big tree. Brin was very professional, responsive, and well organized throughout the entire process. His crew, also very professional and courteous, did a fantastic job of cutting everything into manageable firewood and stacking it neatly along the fence line. It was quite a job and freezing in early October, but they managed to complete the work in two consecutive days. Very impressive! We will certainly contact Lawn Boys in the future!
