Forever Lawn is a shining example of what a good business looks like. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff, their crews are prompt and on time and professional and their product is second to none. We are incredibly happy with our front yard and our only hope is that the business cards we gave to all of our neighbors turn into further business for them. They truly believe in their product and stand by it with their warranty. When it comes time to do my backyard, I know who Im calling.

Forever Green installed artificial turf at my home and from the first meet with Sonja Jacobson to the installation everything was first rate. Sonja discussed the project with me, showed various samples and explained the complete process. The installation crew showed at the designed time and began work immediately. These guys stayed on it without taking breaks and did a great job on the installation and the cleanup on completion. I am more than satisfied with the before and after sales service I received from Forever Green and their employees.

Everyone at ForeverLawn kept us informed and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. Ours was a small project, but we felt like we were just as important as any corporate job. The crew cleaned beautifully at the end of each day, too. There were some unexpected issues with large roots that could have changed the shape of the lawn, but the crew chief came up with a small slope change with no damage to the tree. The whole thing is even better than I expected and we (including 4 dogs) a could not be happier.

Forever Lawn of Puget Sound just finished a big installation at our house. It was something we have been thinking about for a long time and finally decided to go ahead and get turf. Trever and his team were phenomenal to work with! They were thorough and communicative in the initial process of meeting on site to measure and go over the details and they kept us informed every step as the project got underway. When it came time to do the install I was blown away by their team on site. They were kind, helpful and wonderful to have. They showed up to our house every day with a smile and would keep us informed on what was happening that day and kept up on any questions they or I might have. The actual turf itself was also far better than any turf I have seen. It is soft on the feet and does not get too hot in direct sunlight, and best of all-it looks as close to real as it gets! Forever lawn of Puget Sound has also been fantastic since the installation has been done. They are very willing and ready to help with any concerns and and follow up needed. I would definitely encourage anyone who has thought about getting turf to call Forever Lawn of Puget Sound.

We had Forever Lawn installed in the front yard about 4 1/2 years ago. Love it so much we ve now had it installed in a part of the back yard too. Front yard still looks amazing and we re very happy with the back yard. Very professional crew with great attention to detail working around multiple obstacles.

I had K-9 artificial turf put in by my driveway and in my backyard. The material has excellent drainage and is sanitized for pets. I do not have pets but sometimes I have neighbor pets. It looks great because the workers did an excellent job on the installation. I am so happy I decided to have it installed.

The entire team arrived on time, completed each days work and cleaned the area before leaving for the day. The installation of the turf was exceptional and they gave a thorough explanation of maintenance. From first contact with the sales reps to completion of the job was easy for us to understand every step. We will have additional turf installed in the future. This is the team we will call.

We had them install the sportsgrass for tee-pads at our Disc Golf course at Pacific Lutheran University this spring. They were very professional and easy to work with. The tee-pads also look great! I would highly recommend them.

We got a quote last year to have canine grass installed, but didnt feel we could afford it at the time. That was a mistake. Several thousand dollars and some months later, after having some landscaping done that isnt holding up to the dogs, weve had Forever Lawn install in part of the yard, and I expect well be doing the rest of it in the near future. The installers were quick, professional, and did a great job. The grass is beautiful! We should have bitten the bullet and done this first!

The grass is great quality. The flow-through backing is really nice and super important when you have dogs. Even though it is very expensive, the grass itself is perfect and worth the investment. It is so nice to have a place for our three pups to play without worry of bringing in mud! Cleans up super easy too. We picked this company based solely on the great reviews. I wish i could say everything went as well as it seems to have gone for others. The first thing that didnt go quite right was figuring out how to lay the grass. I wish we had been told that the seams would be visible as we would have opted to run the grass a different direction in order to have minimal seams, even though that would have been more money. I think they are so used to installing the grass they forget the customer doesnt have the same knowledge that they do. You never see seams when you look at all the marketing material, so when we were told we would have 4 seams, we thought of that in the way you have seams in a carpet - you dont see them. With this grass you do. Simply saying, we try to hide the seams best we can, but you may have visible seams would have been a great start to a much better experience. The other thing that didnt go so well is that they dont level the law in any way, or even come close. I thought leveling the fill was install 101, but i guess not. Again something we wish would have been explained as this would have been a deciding factor in having them do the lawn or not. Our lawn has noticable dips and hills, and not from settling but because that is how it was put down. You can feel it as you walk across the lawn and when we try to play with the pups. When we throw a ball, it always bounces off to the right and onto our deck due to the angle of the yard. We have to throw the ball off to the left of the yard just to get it to stay in the lawn area. And this wasnt done for drainage, but simple because they dont take the time to try and level the yard. Another thing I would have expected to be a quality standard is having the grass level with an adjacent sidewalk. We have a few areas where there is enough of a step down that you could roll your ankle if your were not paying attention. They fixed the worst spot but it did take two visits to get it right. When I first reported a dip in the yard the size of a basketball next to the sidewalk, they added more fill. I was happy it was fixed and didnt think to check that they also brought up the sides to meet the sidewalk. Turns out they didnt, so when I called back and reported it still wasnt right, the foreman sounded annoyed and asked, well you were there werent you? So Im trying to understand how this would happen. Like when you take your car to the tire shop , if they forget to put a lug nut back on they dont act like that was your fault, like you have to supervise their crew and point out what should be a standard, not something you have to insist on. So this really set the tone for how welcome we felt to bring up anything else. Before they left, after fixing the spot, the foreman says to us, and now I have a gift for you. I thought maybe he was doing something for us because they had to come out twice, and I was thinking how we didnt really want anything, just the lawn to be right. Well, it turns out the gift is the warranty material. I cant remember the last time I bought something and was handed a piece of paper with warranty information on it and told it was a gift. Probably because that never happened ever. It sounds like something someone would teach in an 80s sales seminar. It also really turned me off to this company. If you are thinking of using this company, I would invite you to take a look at my yard first, not to say dont use them, but so you will know what standards are not included that you will need to insist on before agreeing to the job. We moved from Las Vegas -- where it made sense to have artificial turf in the middle of a desert. But to convert our backyard in Lacey to artificial turf? Getting our yard watered from the sky has been no challenge. But we have a dog who loves to run, and at every sharp turn, hed tear out the grass and leave a divot. The once-pretty yard was getting messier by the week. So we went the artificial route. We wanted one that could deal with dog urine, because that was a major issue in Vegas, where we had to routinely spray the yard to eliminate the urine odor. But the turf used by ForeverLawn is a terrific backing that allows urine to quickly drain through the turf and into the ground. Awesome! Plus, the color of the turf was as authentic as real grass. Plus I wouldnt have to mow or pull weeds. We were on board and we placed the order. The installation was delayed due to the work-stoppages forced by the corona-virus pandemic, but as soon as the governor allowed landscapers back to work, a crew from ForeverLawn was out here. They removed the old and crumny-looking sod, laid down a bed of fine gravel, and perfectly laid out the new turf, cutting it so very precisely as the boundary curved aesthetically. These guys were cheerful, meticulous, polite, efficient and quite skilled at what they were doing. Bottom line: The backyard looks totally awesome! And the dog? Hes running faster than ever, no longer coming back into the house with dirty paws. We are very happy. Yes this is a terrific review and so maybe you are suspicious. Are these people relatives of mine, or neighbors or friends? Nope. We just want to offer our assessment in case youre on the fence when it comes to artificial turf. You wont be disappointed. P.S. Photos are not in order and this template doesnt allow me to arrange them. But you can figure it out -- from original sod removal to fine-tuning the final touches to the installation.

I am thrilled with my lawn! It looks so natural. Can t say enough about the installation. My lawn surround a few landscape rocks and the crew did a perfect job. Everything was clean when the left. Everyone I worked with was so friendly and helpful - a pleasure doing business with this firm.

This companys customer service and product is the best that you can find. They were flexible in scheduling around another contractor that I had install concrete curbing around my yard and they made sure that I was completed satisfied with the final product. In fact, they have promised to power broom my yard when it warms up this spring because the blades arent fully vertical due to it being installed when it was very cold. And although it is not perfect yet, everyone comments how real it looks and our yard is the envy of the neighborhood.

We love our new pet walking area. Thanks for giving us a safe area without mud and it looks great.

ForeverLawn of Puget Sound is one of the two companies that supply k9 Grass that we heard a lot of great things about. The product on its own sells itself, however the added bonus was the service offered by Brent/Jaime and team. We did survey and shop a couple of other companies but found their expertise and product was the best fit for us. The job was completed within the 3 day plan and we couldnt be happier with the result. Thanks to k9 grass and ForeverLawn PS for installing this amazing product, our pup has never been happier. Product would be great if it wasnt Forever Flat as well as the customer service. Very expensive and very disappointing.

We are THRILLED with our new K9 grass-truly! My husband and I have sat outside the past couple of evenings just looking at it the dogs love it as well) . It looks like real grass and after a few years of planting new grass each season because of brown spots, buying sod (only to have it torn up by our Great Pyrenees) and just fighting with the grass, we FINALLY have a beautiful lawn! PS cleaning up after our dogs is easy, too. We have 4 dogs including a huge Great Pyrenees (lots of poop!!). The staff at ForeverLawn of Puget Sound were terrific. They were hugely professional, courteous and hard workers. The foreman was meticulous about the quality of the job the team was doing and they took no short cuts. The products used for installation were impressive as well. This was worth every penny we spent because I know it is going to last a very long time. To be honest, its not cheap but after seeing everything that went into putting down our new lawn, I get it. Great, great, great product and amazing company.

When I decided to have a fake lawn put in, everyone laughed at me. But not anymore. The lawn is superb, it looks and feels great! My little dog loves it. He went and started doing the good ole doggie roll on the lawn! The guys that came out to install the lawn were so polite and friendly. It has been a wonderful experience. This company is amazing & well worth the price!! Our dog run with the natural grass becomes Super Mud Bowl every year...especially with having 3 (sometimes 5 when the kids come visit) large breed dogs running around. We knew we had to do something so I started researching different turfs. The K9 grass hit all the marks!! The sales rep, Cody, was amazing & most accommodating when we changed direction on him a few times & had no problem working the plan a few different ways so we could take advantage of every inch of our small space. The process was so smooth & went exactly how Cody said it would. Tanner & his whole installation crew were the best!! So respectful & friendly. They went above & beyond even after they were all done so the areas around the new grass looked pristine. They even blew all the leaves off of our front entry & driveway!!

ForeverLawn turfed a 4,000 sq. ft. batting cage facility for me at Olympia High School. Steve and Brent were tremendous to work with from start to finish. Steve and his crew poured a beautiful concrete border, brought in several loads of rock and laid the SportsGrass Edge XP, which is top notch material. The overall experience working with ForeverLawn of Puget Sound was second to none!
