Controlled Rain in Olympia

Our Condominium community hired Controlled Rain a year ago. We have been very happy with the customer service we get from our lead landscaper Donavon. He checks in from time to time to see if there is anything we need. We have been very happy with the work him and his crew do. I hope you know what a gem you have. Thank you Donavon!

I'm so hurt and disappointed. Someone came out on the 16th gave me an estimate on the 18th and i accepted. I was told a few times they would get me a schedule date. They put me off until now. After speaking to the wonderful people in the office (honestly she was great customer service) I finally got a date of AUGUST. Seriously???? Why the hell couldn't I have been told this at the beginning. I'm being told by everyone they are out 4 to 6 weeks. I would be having my irrigation installed this week or with 2 weeks if I was told and given the opportunity to find someone else. But I am just a small job so I'm not important enough. If you're a home owner... do not waste your time, emotions, or energy.

I am very impressed by this companies standards. My neighbor uses them for their irrigation and yard maintenance. One Friday I was out front working and the team lead came over to apologize for his employee. Apparently the week prior one of his guys back up and the trailer hit my solar address sign. I just had a brick pillar installed with a light and had just ordered a brass address plaque. I didn’t even notice the old plastic address sign had broken. I told the team lead to never mind and that I had already ordered a brass plaque. He insisted to pay for it. I informed him the the plastic one was like $35 and I couldn’t let him pay for the bass sign. He insisted. So I said if he really wanted to do something that he could mow our front yard. He said he would to make things right. You just don’t see this kind of pride and honestly much these days. Again, what a great company with great standards. Thank you.

They did same day service and fixed my raiser. Little bit on the expensive side.

We had major yard and home remodeling last year which really messed up much of the sprinkler system. FIRST, Controlled Rain scheduled us for a time and day that would not affect anyone else's schedule if we had problems. SECOND, they sent us someone (Jeremy) with the expertise to both take the time to see what we had and to learn what had changed so we now needed to adjust something. THIRD, he took the time to find the issues, fix the problems and put our system back together. SO APPRECIATE IT!!

Because they gave me a good paying job with tons of hours, lots of O.T. and while working with them I see that everything done is to provide the best service/product possible for the customer. Consider them for your landscaping!

Controlled Rain put in a sprinkler system in my front yard, and drip irrigation in my flower beds. My lawn had been so damaged by the extreme heat last year, I thought it would need resodding, but they were the only company that gave me an honest estimate by saying I didn't need it. They simply fixed it up in the process of laying the irrigation system, reseeded, and fertilized. The result was a vibrant lawn and garden that has lasted through the summer. I am really pleased with the work that they did, and highly recommend them.

As always, Controlled Rain does the job quickly and right! This summer they added some irrigation to our garden and put my flower pots on the deck on irrigation. This saved me time all summer by no having to manually water all my deck plants. They take care of our business just as well! I highly recommend Controlled Rain!
