Just don’t let them do any concrete work. To their credit they tore out all of their first concrete pour for my patio and carport due to the poor workmanship. When they re poured everything they took shortcuts and did not put down a new base of crushed rock and sure enough a year later my back patio cracked like crazy. Also their project manager quoted me one price for plants but the owner gave me a much higher price after the job was done.
Extremely talented and caring staff. Best in class for material selections. gravels and mulches. Beautiful logo design for t-shirts and other promo clothing. I will keep going back to support this small but attractive company. 👍
I couldn't be happier with the work that CPC Landscape did for us. We purchased our home a few years ago with an unfinished backyard, and even from the start, CPC listened to what we wanted/needed. They designed a functional space for us that we instantly fell in love with. They quickly, like within a week, got us on their schedule and began hauling dirt and debris away. To our amazement, the entire project was completed in just five short weeks. They graded our almost 45° incline, built two retaining walls, a beautiful stone staircase, a firepit, and an entirely new back patio space. CPC was super responsive, and the crew that was out here working every day was kind, approachable, and very hard working. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and listened when we had questions or concerns. They also took responsibility and repaired accidental damage to our property without any disagreement or additional cost. I highly recommend CPC. They are the best!! This was my first experience adding a fence, retaining wall and landscaping my front and back yard at my home. I was a bit hesitant with the size of the job and did not quite know what to expect from C.P.C landscaping or any landscaping contractor, after reading mixed reviews I decided to give them a shot, well I am glad I did! Cliff and his team did a wonderful job on the outside of my property, I barely recognize it anymore in a good way!! Cliff was not on site but damn did he have a solid crew taking care of things with a very professional foreman that answered all my questions and concerns. Cliff did not require a downpayment, he provided all work out of pocket to my satisfaction. I would not recommend another landscaping company other then C.P.C Landscaping! Thank you for all your hard work guys!
CPC was hired to create a beach path for our neighbors and our family to use. We were out of town the week it was performed but however did go into much detail in planning before we left. We asked for a winding path to make it more gradual, large wood chips as they decompose at a much slower rate, a rope along the path for stability, timber landings by lower half towards the base of the beach and native plants to secure the disrupted soil. What we got was the exact path we had already cut not more gradual, mulch not large chips, grass seed instead of native plants that just blew away in the wind, unstable posts with rope, stairs not timber landings. After this the county and the state were called in to assess and determined what was done was not adequate. Unfortunately my neighbors paid in full instead of CPC splitting the bill like was discussed. Now we are asked to pay half of something we do not think was done well. The entire lower half of our beach is washed out as it was done poorly. The mulch is almost all decomposed. And the disturbed soil has been washed away. We tried putting jute matting down to help but had little success. The quote was also increased twice on us as well, even with the minimal materials required. Now we have no beach path, a fight with the state, and angry neighbors who used to be friends asking for money. We don’t want to pay for work we didn’t agree on but are backed into a corner. Cliff had a crew out here but was not out here himself. We tried calling and leaving messages for Cliff but none were ever returned. We are assuming it’s because they already got paid. So I’m here to warn you, this was one of the worst experiences of my life, there are plenty of other land along crews to choose.
Contracted Cliff and crew from C.P.C. Landscape LLC to install hardscapes, driveway, and grade out the lot following heavy construction on my place in the Skokomish Valley. From initial contact through job completion, they were prompt, professional, flexible, and detail oriented. They offered creative suggestions based on their years of experience and left us delighted with the results, exceeding expectations. We ended up with beautiful results and some new friends. I would not hesitate to contract with C.P.C Landscape LLC again or to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
We wanted to renovate our backyard, remove all the grass and install pavers and bark. The process started well; Chance came out to do the initial measurements and provide an estimate. After contacting a few other businesses in the region, we decided to go with C.P.C. Landscape. Overall, we are pleased with the work. The massive project took only 5x days to complete, and the attention to detail was apparent. Each day, the landscape team arrived around 8-8:30, and they worked all day until that day's phase was complete. From start to finish, great job by the team.

At 11:40 on 14 FEB 2023, one of your drivers was driving recklessly and ran over a traffic circle at exit 122B trying to cut off the vehicle in front of him. Also, the mower in the back was not secured and was moving back and forth. His blatant disregard for laws and your own equipment tells me how unprofessional this business is.

These guys were amazing! I explained my vision and they went above and beyond our expectations. We had them do a total revamp of our yard, build a horseshoe pit and put in a patio. Will absolutely have them back for future projects. Have already referred a couple people their way.

I would not recommend this contractor for any job. While we do indeed have a fenced perimeter around our yard, they neglected every detail we discussed with them in advance and turned their head when confronted about it. We have a mess of a yard now, and they will hear nothing of it. If you use them, do NOT pay them until the job is done to your satisfaction. We completely wasted our money based on the amount of work we have left to do to compensate for the lack of accountability they have to contracted and verbal commitments. Very, very disappointed. Owner responded a month later - my response to them is below as I dont see a way to respond to their comment directly (weird). The contract was under the owners name of the property, who is our aunt that we rent from (I wont share her her name here - CPC - reach out to me if you need more info or want to make this right). Promises were made and not followed-though with over and over - sorry to say. My fiancé and I are the primary care-takers of the property and I cant express enough how much disconnectedness we saw between those who made promises (estimators?) onsite and those who showed up to do the work. We ended up with a mess of a yard and no accountability from CPC to fix what they didnt do, as agreed upon in our initial meetings/discussions. Weeks and months went by with our aunt asking them to fix what they didnt do or at least fix what they didnt do correctly. That ended with CPC eventually not returning her calls/emails/letters (yes - physical letters). Unreal. I understand CPC to be primarily a new construction contractor, and maybe thats why we had the issues we had - and maybe thats where they should stay. One star stays. There were plenty of your workers that we enjoyed talking with. Good guys, no doubt. But in the end, the customer (us) did not get what they were promised/guaranteed, and thats an issue.

I cant speak to their construction side, as I never used them for that. Landscaping was very unprofessional. The guys they sent to my house were observed by neighbors sitting in the truck for 15 minutes and then leaving while I was out of the country. Several times when I was in the US Id notice that they cut the front and not the back. They claimed my back fence (which has no lock) was locked. I was sent a two year old invoice from this company for one landscaping month with no accompanying explanation. It seems they failed to cash a check. If you do go with CPC for construction or landscaping, make sure youre present and keep records of payment forever. Some people who have used them say they were satisfied with the construction work, so probably if the owner is involved directly itll be acceptable work.

I hired them to do a variety of tasks and they completed each task very much to my satisfaction. The crew was thoughtful and conscientious. If you need some landscaping work done, definitely get a bid from CPC.
Im still scratching my head trying to figure out how these people are still in business. Dealing with their receptionist was a joke, they showed up at my house unannounced ready to dig the yard up with all of the heavy equipment without my say after I told her several times I was still waiting on an HOA approval. Ill take my money elsewhere, lots of other companies out there.

I went in to purchase some fencing, the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things to me. Everyone was service oriented, polite, and helpful. They are also fair with prices. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you CDC landscaping for everything it was a painless and I felt like people were there to help at the drop of a dime. Going in to buy stuff you know nothing about can be overwhelming especially when staff is less than helpful (we all know the feeling) I appreciate you all, thanks once again!
We had an original appointment for an excavation estimate on Saturday at 10:00am. We received a call late Friday afternoon to call the office because CPC doubled booked us and wanted to know if we could re-schedule to Saturday at 2:00pm instead of 10:00am which we agreed to do. We were supposed to meet the technician at the community gate at 2:00pm. We arrived to the gate entrance around 1:45pm and tried calling the technician to let him know we arrived at the gate entrance but we could not get service. We left the gate entrance area within a couple of minutes of arrival and headed to an area where we could get cellular service. When we arrived at an area where we could get service, we saw we had two missed calls from the technician. The first call was at 1:35pm with a second call and voicemail at 1:43pm. The technician stated on the voicemail, Hi this is (technician name) with CPC Landscape and we have a meeting at 2 oclock today. I was told to call you or you can meet me at the gate. I tried calling multiple times and it sent straight to voicemail every time. We are out of Olympia and I left since we are 45 minutes away from Olympia and I dont want to waste the the drive in case you forgot about our appointment so if you could please call the office and reschedule thanks bye My cell phone only showed the technician only called twice (1:35pm/1:43pm). We were told the technician would meet us at the gate at 2:00pm, not that there would be a 10 minute call prior to the appointment to confirm an appointment that was already established and scheduled. When we got a hold of the technician, he stated he had already left, was 45 minutes out from the office, and we would need to call the office to reschedule. The technician was very rude and rather than waiting at the gate until 2:00pm, then leaving or calling back to the office for the office to get a hold of us, he decided to leave 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The reason he received our voicemail was because calls go to voicemail when Im driving and I was in route when he called. I didnt feel like the customer today and on top of that the technician said he had another important call and hung up on us. The technician gave my wife and I the impression he was rushed and had something more important to do than wait until 2:00pm for a potential customer. I would not allow this company anywhere near my house project.

Two gripes: 1. They raised their prices HUGELY. They are now more expensive than the regular lumber yard across the street. 2. The staff werent wearing masks and refused to do so when asked. Seems like they value their liberty over our social well being. Negative
This is a great business. The people running it are more than fair for us DYI folks. Every time I go to home depot I see people buying fence boards for more money and lower quality boards. The prices on fence boards and pressure treated wood are a huge savings for better quality. Check out the new metal art they are producing. Super epic!

My wife contracted C.P.C. Landscape to build a fence and concrete our small backyard area for our home business. The concrete work was absolutely perfect. No issues. They used a subcontractor for the concrete work. The fence itself is fine, however for the money we paid, we believe that it shouldve come stained and without issue. I stained the fence myself. The gate on the other hand was handcrafted and poorly designed in that it dragged on the concrete; stronger hinges and a wheel at the bottom wouldve solved the issue. C.P.C. came out a few weeks afterwards to repair gate. All they did was readjust the gate and tighten the hinges. Repair lasted about a day before the problem recurred. Requested they come out again and repair the gate. This time we suggested a proper fix. We received an invoice quote the next day for a fix. We replied that it was absurd to have us pay more to repair a gate that wasnt designed/installed properly for a job that we paid thousands of dollars for... we received a response that suggested that a free repair would be done. Fast forward two weeks and we never received a follow up repair. Ended up repairing the gate ourselves. The workers are very nice. The scheduler is very nice. However, politeness does not excuse the lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, not recommended. If you do use C.P.C. Landscape, be sure that you are completely satisfied with your results before submitting final payment.

We had a water line break after hours and needed someone to help us shut the water off and fix it. These guys came to the rescue! The job was actually much more difficult then expected, but they stayed on it until it was done. We so appreciated their hard work! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I replied to a for sale add on OfferUp for a car stereo. The price was $40. I asked if it had the brain with it that it needs to function. I was told they have the brain with the stereo. They sent me the address and I went to buy it. When I got there, the stereo did not have the brain. The blonde lady seemed nice enough and told me she would find out by Thursday. I sent a message asking if they have the brain and was told yes, they have to dig it out of the back. They then told me it would be an extra charge but they did not know how much yet. They advertise the stereo for $40 and then jack the price up. Absolutely unprofessional! The stereo and brain are 1 unit. The stereo will NOT work without the brain. I do have screenshots of all messages sent through OfferUp incase this company feels like continuing to be dishonest. I will not do business with this company and will NEVER recommend them to anyone I know. I will go out of my way to spread the word about how dishonest these people are.
Ive used this company more than once for residential landscaping and fencing. They do qualify work at a very affordable price.
CPC Landscape was the ONLY contractor out of several that we contacted who actually sent us a bid, in fact Cliff sent us 4 different bids as we changed our scope. He did so in a timely fashion, was FAR less than the verbal estimates we had from others, and once we made the decision, his crew was out here the VERY NEXT DAY to start the work! We are thrilled with the quality of the work and the positive attitude of the crew, even in nasty weather. We had them refresh the gravel driveway, which saved us several thousand over what we thought we needed, and they are now preparing to install a garage for us. We HIGHLY recommend CPC Landscape for anything you need!
The friendly crew comes out weekly for such a good price that I dont understand how they make enough! Each week they address my yard with what it needs. They respect my privacy or chat for a second like I am an old friend. Today they surprised me by completely removing the scotch broom that I had mentioned as a concern. They have served me for nearly 2 years and I have no reason to look any farther for my lawn needs!
We had a contract with these guys to maintain our neighborhood landscaping but all they did was a horrible job! Full of weeds and dead grass. Also, when the workers show up it looks like the prison showed up with the work release crew. DONT USE THESE GUYS!
Any positive reviews for this firm have to be planted by friends or staff. Some of the most unprofessional folks I have ever dealt with. Quality of workmanship is really poor. Made a huge mistake contracting with them.
Had them come out and thatch,aereate and over seed the front yard. Cost $650.00. My wife told them at that time that it wasnt enough seed. They said just give it a couple weeks if it didnt take they would come back and put more down. We called several times to have them come back and put more seed down. They would not even answer the phone. They are a take your money and run company. Do not use these people they are a joke. We ended up doing everything ourselves to get our lawn right.

WOW! Awesome work! Very impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the work. Called CPC because my neighbor had them coming out to thatch, aerate, and over seed. They were able to get me a quote the same day and work us into the schedule when they were going to be next door.
Setup a bid appointment for a Friday March 15th. They never showed, never called.
