The backyard at our rental hadnt gotten any love for a long time, the team at Sunrise Landscaping took that hot mess and turned it around completely. The team was incredible to work with. I had a tree that needed to be removed because its roots were getting too close to our house foundation. We used Sunrise Landscaping based off of the recommendation of our neighbor who was using them for her own backyard project. The owner (Heath) quick with his bid and a great communicator. The morning after I approved the bid, his team was there and the tree was gone in under 45 minutes. We will be using Heath and his team again!

I wish this place had come up on my local google search, but it did not. Thankfully, another business I called let me know that even though they were no longer operating, they recommended me calling Sunrise as they have referred customers to them when their calendar was full. Heath from sunrise came and did the estimate, and he was very responsive until the job was complete. Couldn t be happier as now the branches are not touching my house, they hauled the branches away, and it was a better price than most of the places I called. I worked near this place for years, and in 2019 they had Trump and Loren Culp (along with various other republican candidates) signs up all over their fences. Ive been meaning to review them for awhile and since were coming up on an election, I think people should know who theyre supporting with their business.

Sunrise Landscaping did an outstanding job recently re-landscaping our property. (First they had to remove dozens of plants due to major mistakes by our original landscaper.) Sunrises owner has been very prompt and responsive. He has an amazing knowledge of plants, spent time with us creating the new design, and gave us a transparent estimate, which he honored. The Sunrise crew was prompt, industrious, and professional. I highly recommend Sunrise for their professional customer services and excellent landscaping.

Quoted me $3200 for one (3 1/2 foot at the base)douglas fur that was fallen/ wedged into another tree! Olympia Tree Team came out the next day and cut it down for 300$ on the spot!!! Do not use this company unless you want to be upcharge for 1000%!!!

Hot garbage. Asked for a estimate for a patio and after some back and forth... nothing. Kept getting the run around. The rep that came was knowledgeable and personable but much to our surprise, turned out unreliable. After asking around to some work associates, they laughed and shared their distaste for this company. Had high hopes but quickly burned out. Look elsewhere!!! Trust me!

I hired Sunrise Landscaping to trim an old maple tree that is a feature in my landscape. Many other professionals recommended that I just take it down. Heath, the owner, was very knowledgeable and came up with a plan to save it for at least a few more years and did a very effective, almost surgical trimming of the tree. It now looks smaller but still very nice and will have new growth for years to come. Thank you guys and your amazing crew for an awesome job well done.

Wasted my time. At first we were in constant communication. Then out of nowhere, they stop replying. I just needed to know what kind of rocks they had access to because they couldnt get the ones we were interested in. From there we could have picked one out then paid for their service but I guess they dont want my money. Thats fine. I found a better company to do the job

This company did some tree limbing and stump grinding for me. I was amazed with how good of a job they did and how well they cleaned up. I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the estimator, Steve. I will definitely hire them for future projects.

I both submitted a quote request on their website, and when I didnt hear from them after a week, I called. I was told theyd put me on the schedule and call me back the next day with an appointment time, but I never heard from them. Would not recommend.

Set an appointment through Home Advisor scheduling for a tree removal. Everything seemed okay. The estimator called early this morning and said he would be at my house at 10:00am sharp. I am thinking this is awesome. However, 10:20am arrives and no estimator. He called and asked where I lived even though I gave him my address on the scheduling form. He said I lived on some other street. He then asked me I knew a specific street name I had never heard of. I do not know where this guy was at but he was not at my house. He seemed confused, lost and disoriented. I usually have faith in peoples ability to troubleshoot and maybe use GPS but this guy was more than lost. I suspect he forgot about the appointment or got side tracked. When he asked that I give him precise directions from his current location I decided if he had trouble even finding my house (which is easy to find and is in an established neighborhood) I figured the more complex job of cutting a tree would be infinitely more difficult for Sunrise. They had good reviews but not this time around. Maybe I am being difficult but right out of the gates it was a bad experience and I felt the rest would also be bad so I cancelled the estimate.

Didn t show up to a scheduled appointment. They didn t even try to call and give us a heads up. Sure as heck not using them!

Set up for snow removal of our parking lot. Said they would be there in a hour. After nearly 6 hours and a no show, I called and he said call back to get back on the schedule. I ve been calling and texting for 2 days. Heath can t even dignify me with a response now. Left me scambeling last minute now to get it done. Highly unprofessional!

We hired Heath and his crew to remove four large trees that were hanging over our home and barn and were incredibly impressed with their work! The bid was very reasonable, and the crew showed up on time and were very professional. They were able to take down all of the large trees and place them over the fence without damaging any of our fences or structures. Their skill at moving the large pieces and the effort put into placing them where we needed them to keep the driveway and easement road clear was incredible, and appreciated! We would definitely use Sunrise again, and highly recommend them.

Called sunrise landscaping to come over and give a estimate. They came over measured my yard and was told I d receive a estimate within 24-48 hrs. I never got the estimate in my email. When I called the company I was given some attitude and sarcasm.

From the start we knew that Sunrise was the right choice for us. Steve came to see our front yard and talk about our vision. He walked the yard with us, describing what he would do. It was right on target. The diagram we received the next day confirmed that Steve had completely captured our vision. The crew showed up on schedule and were professional and polite. They also worked incredibly hard. At each point in the process, the crew supervisor got confirmation that what they were doing was what we wanted. They finished in half the time we had expected and did not cut any corners in the process. They cleaned up before they left and that included blowing dust off of the neighbors truck!! After all the work was done, we were concerned that one tree was not quite right for the spot. I contacted Steve and he said no problem. I told him what we wanted and they exchanged the tree for us. I cant recommend Sunrise Landscaping strongly enough. The price was very reasonable for what we got, the crew was unbelievable, and at the first visit Steve made sure he was on the same page as us before he left. We wont go anywhere else for landscaping work.

Wow! Sunrise Landscaping made our brand new home look even more stunning! I smile every time I pull into the driveway because our home finally feels complete. Heath is a creative genius. We gave him free reign on our design and only requested that he include a red Japanese maple. He utilized so many different plants, bushes, and trees and included two pieces of GORGEOUS driftwood that really make our yard look like a piece of art. And he was able to get our job done earlier than he thought. I highly recommend Sunrise Landscaping!

The crew did a fantastic job removing a dying tree from our property and clearing limbs that were overhanging our roof. They went above and beyond our expectations, were incredibly friendly and left our yard even cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend.

We had a large water leak in our line between the meter and our house. A locator had to come out to find it. We were losing approximately 1 1/2 gallons a minute. As soon as the locator showed us the approximate location, we knew that we needed to have a tree removed to be able to dig up and fix the leak. Sunrise Landscaping came out and did a great job! I thought that they were only going to remove the tree and locate the leak but to my surprise, they were also able to repair the line!! They did an awesome job and were very professional! The leak was about two feet down and two feet in under our driveway. Not an easy fix and they did it without cutting our concrete. I highly recommend Sunrise!

I would give a 10 if I could! All around great company full of great people! From the gentleman that gives the estimates, the ladies who answer the phone and your questions to the guys cutting down the tree they are all friendly and do their jobs 100% They cut down a very tall dead tree that was bordering our fence line. They worked hard and fast and left our place with no scuffs. Excellent work and very satisfied! Will use again for any future needs :)

Tree removal was great. Stump removal was minimal. Communication with and respect to the customer was the worst I have ever experienced from any business. I would never recommend Sunrise Landscaping.

Had these guys remove a tree in my back yard. We live in a subdivision where the lots are small and the homes are close together so I was worried about the size of the tree being removed and damage to our home or our neighbors homes. Sunrise came out First thing in the morning and had our large tree cut down to the ground within two hours (maybe less). They came back throughout the day to cut down the tree into manageable pieces and hauled away and also grinded the stump well below the ground level. They were out of our yard by about 4pm with just the stump grinding left on site as the estimate had said. I had set up about three estimates to get this tree removed. Sunrise came in as the best quote by far. I had read the reviews on their customer service and what not so was a little apprehensive, but for the cost I was willing to take the risk. What they lack in customer service they definitely put into their actual labor and after all, that s all I hired them for. For me, it was a no brainer and they definitely knocked it out of the park in terms of actual work. Wouldn t mind working with them again if something came up in the future.

Sunrise Landscape is a great local company. The employees are professional, responsive, and they do great work. I highly recommend them if you need anything done in your yard. They do just about anything and they do it really well.

After receiving a seemingly high quote from another company I decided to call Sunrise as they had great reviews. I could not be more pleased! Not only did the cost James quoted come in substantially lower than the other guys but they were thorough, professional and cleaned up all debris before leaving. I had a row of trees removed, two trees trimmed and thinned and a large stump grinded. I highly recommend them and will call Sunrise first for all future landscaping work.

Heath was completely unprofessional, he ignored written instructions on the request for quotes, then when his office was contacted the 3rd time in the day to get it corrected the receptionist (I suspect family member) was rude, I told her we had requested that Heath get back to us about the quote. I spoke to Heath that night and he asked for the contact info of my insurance company and said he would split the quote and send it directly. I spoke to him after supplying the information to him and he said he would get to next week. I told him that I had already explained to my insurance company that they would have it this week, he then accused me of probably not going to use him anyway and said he didnt want to do the job anyway. They came recommended to me, they may be good at the work they do, but the attitude of the owner and his staff is the worst kind of customer service you could experience, Im thankful his attitude got in the way, Id hate to think what would happen if you needed customer service after the fact.

I could not be more pleased with the beautiful transformation that Sunrise created for my yard. The crew was respectful and efficient, and never left a mess for me to clean up. Dont bother with this company. Unresponsive, late, or they dont show up. They worked on my backyard but didnt do the front, left my gate open, tried numerous times to contact them, nothing happened. Was told they would come back, never did. Lost my quote from their system, told me it would take three hours on the quote to complete the first initial maintenance, they were gone after 45 minutes. Missed their very first appointment with me, told me theyd call me back several times, never heard back from anyone. Why do I have to chase a company down that I want to hire? Ive had a gardener for my rental properties in Seattle for over a decade, NEVER had issues, but because I LIVE in Lacey, I needed someone close by who could ease the stress of yard work off my plate. These guys are NOT it.

I called Sunrise to get some trees and shrubbery removed from in front of my house..... These guys are outstanding! They showed up on time, and took out 3 trees and some shrubs and bushes in about 15 minutes. I cant see any leftover stumps, they cleaned everything up and were a pleasure to work with. James, the lead communicated before and during really well. And their price was amazing to boot! I literally couldnt be happier! Such an awesome experience from beginning to end. I cant wait to have them back next spring to help with our back yard. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Hey I am an 80 yo curmudgeon who never writes a review. However, Ryan Smith of Sunrise did such an outstanding job I am obliged to commend him and his crew. They took down two 80+ ft. maples and one 100+ fir that were growing within 4 ft of property lines, and barely dropped a twig in the neighbors yard. The trees were seriously overhanging the neighboring property and they brought them down from the top in pieces and charged me a fee that was well below my estimate. IMO Sunrise fairly deserves a description of wizzards in tree removal.

8 trees, many in excess of 100 feet, between two lakefront residences on a slope. The crew came out and took them apart, limb by limb, swinging the tops and pieces from one tree to another to an elevated driveway. They cleaned up after themselves each day and left all the wood for my friends to chop. The crew was polite, informative and operated with safety every step of the way. If my trees grow back Im calling them to do the job.

I cannot say enough positive things about Heath and the crew at Sunrise. We had a major backyard project that included tree removal, landscaping, fencing, etc. We had received a lot of bids to have these items done by separate companies, but Sunrise was able to perform all facets of the project, and came in with a lower bid than all of the others we had estimates from. The project took longer than expected, but they showed up day after day, happy to answer our questions and make changes as we moved ahead. They cleaned up after themselves each day and took excellent care of our yard. Part of our neighbors yard was impacted and they fixed it so that it was better than it was before. We are so happy with the results and the process. These guys go above and beyond anybody else weve ever worked with and I highly recommend them.
