SmartScapes did the complete design and installation for my back yard last fall. Since fall planting, I had to wait til this spring/summer to get the full effect of the blossoming of the plantings….and have enjoyed every day with the timing of blooms and the beauty in my yard. DAILY I get compliments from passing neighbors how beautiful my back yard is!! So pleased with my final design plans…Bob offered me multiple choices, varying sizes, etc. to choose from. So happy with the team for the work they did and the product that they delivered!!

Smart Scapes is an extremely unprofessional business. Our experience was terrible. We are located less than 1/4 mile from their business. We needed an insurance estimate on lawn damage. I talked to Jimmy on January 25, 2017, and was told I'd have an estimate emailed to me in 2 or 3 days. Based on that information I contacted the insurance company. The ground was completely snow free for six days. On January 31st it snowed. I didn't hear back from Jimmy until February 2, 8 full days after our call, to hear him tell me that they can't make it out until the snow melts, whenever that might be. It could be weeks or more. When I complained that we were lied to and that I felt we should have received a courtesy call telling me that they couldn't make it over when they had promised, Jimmy hung up on me, but not before feeling the need to lecture me. Don't do business with anyone like Smart Scapes who feel they can lie to you, break their promise and then scold you when you take exception to their unprofessional business practices. Had they been truthful, I could have contacted someone else to do the job. As it is now, the insurance company is on our back because they are worried that there might be more damage and that would compromise our claim and cause them to either disallow it or reduce it substantially. Consequently, Jimmy's unprofessionalism will cause us a lot of trouble and possible monetary loss. I'd rate them zero stars, but this site won't let me.

This is truly the best landscaping company. This past spring, we were left without a landscaper at the last minute. Smart Scapes came out that week and started service that very next week. Brad is always there when we have a question or need anything.

Our lawn was dead, and the only growth was from an occational weed and the wife was ready to till the ground and start anew. I consulted with Mr Smart and he asked for the opportunity to bring the lawn back to life. Well that was 16 months ago and the yard is comming back strong. His fertilization program is as good as anyone's and the the applictor goes the extra mile to ensure quality service with evry visit.
