I had to build a fence around my AC condenser since the continuously crashed the mowers into it. They went from $38-$54 this year & blamed gas prices when I live 5 miles away from there HQ. with a small lawn. Randomly just started mowing my lawn 4x a month when we agreed on 2x a month, changed the price for a 3rd time In 8 months. I told them 2x a month, they ignored me as well as the pictures of my damaged condenser I emailed them, not even a reply. Beware! Hide your kids if they are close to you.
Lawn Jox have been "Simply Thee Best" lawn service I've ever had. Always a professional looking job each and every time they come out. Kim always gives a heads up due to rain if work is postpone. Great Job!!!!!!!! Deserve 10 stars................
I used a national lawn service all of 2021. I never felt like they gave the lawn complete coverage, they had to come out and respray twice. I figured some weeds were just inevitable. But after the 2nd spray in spring of 2022, and my back lawn was FULL of weeds I was upset. I asked for a supervisor to come see the sorry state my lawn was in. I was told 3 or 4 times a supervisor would come out. Nope! But they did come do a respray, which still left most of the weeds thriving. I called Lawn Jox and after 1 spray…NO NOTICEABLE WEEDS!!! Thanks Lawn Jox for saving my lawn!!! I am no longer embarrassed about it.
First of, Your crew is fantastic - they do a good job and very are patient. But, they are overloaded. They don't have enough time to spend. The guys came in today, told me they have 30 homes to complete for the day!!. While it works for Lawn Jox, customers like me get minimal service. It's not crew's fault, but they are in a hurry every trip. And we have to request EVERY time, to cover left out areas. I am not sure if we can sustain this. Thanks !
Excellent! Lawn Jox started mowing and treating my lawn a year ago. I moved into a rental house and the yard was FULL of weeds. I had Lawn Jox come out and start spraying and mowing for me. It took a few months, but I am happy to say that they literally killed all of the weeds in my yard and left me with great grass! While all of my neighbors are already mowing because of their weeds, my grass is still brown and hasn't started growing yet. I would recommend them to anyone!
I reached out a week ago for a landscaping estimate. I set up my free consultation for Thursday of the following week. Well I didn’t get a call that day, however, I wasn’t so bothered about it because it was a free consultation & I knew that I was not a priority, which again, was fine! I get a call on Friday morning stating that they will be out to do my estimate. Well, I told the receptionist, I’m assuming she was the receptionist, that I was heading out of town & that I couldn’t be there to talk with the landscaper. So she said “that’s okay, he can go out & look at the yard & start the estimate”. I followed up with them that following Monday & I was told that the estimate was not in yet. So, I still didn’t worry about it. So, I called on Tuesday, again. I was told that the estimate was incomplete because the landscaper needed to talk to me & get an idea of what I’m wanting. I expressed that I thought that we were going to do just that on MY SCHEDULED DATE OF THURSDAY! She proceeded to blame me for not being available on FRIDAY! Which is ludicrous!!! I try to support business & be patient inspite of poor reviews. Customer service should be every business TOP PRIORITY! COMMUNICATION IS KEY! I’ve had plenty of lawn services tell me that they were booked through the summer!!!
We have gone through a season and all the dead and bare spots in the lawn are now thick full grass. Weeds have been taken care of. We love the service. We also love that they come out without having to call them every time to service our yard. Would highly recommend this company.
very sloppy, covered my flower beds with grass clippings, covered my vehicle with grass clippings, didn't blow grass clippings off... they've cut my yard several times and I've been thinking they would get better but every service has been worse and worse... they can't get the billing straight either. There has been an issue since day one on how they bill me and losing my card info, billing me a month later, needing me to call in to give them card info cause they lost it. So they're bad in the field and bad in the office... Pass on these guys!

Been getting treated since July 2020. Right now I have a few weeds that need attention. During the winter it was onion type of grass. I was told that it was a tough weed to control and it came back. I also asked for a grass or soil test. Because some spots are not growing. I was told someone would be out to check but havent seen or heard anything yet.

Did not do whole yard. Call several times with complaints and same results. Sent a different yech out and they were no better. Almost a year and seen no results in yard. At least I seen some results in the other 3 I had. Lawn jox sucks.

Its ok. The workers dont do a through out job on our yard. The rubbish from the grass was still on the lawn,but otherwise the timing is great!
So far good job. Now for the big test. They just sprayed my winter pre-emerge. Lets see if it stops any Poanna this spring. Hope so.

Very special people who really care about your lawn. They are reliable, and very affordable. They do everything from mowing and flowerbeds, to trimming bushes and treating for weeds, fleas and ticks. They show up when they are supposed to, and fully complete all jobs to your satisfaction. I have used Lawnjox for years, and have never had any issues.
I love LawnJox. They do a great job and are VERY communicative if they have to reschedule (due to weather, for instance). Everyone over there is very nice and they really work with me so my lawn looks its best.
If you re looking for lawn care in the Mid-South search no further. I requested an estimate on Saturday... Received the estimate on Monday... Lawn was mowed on Tuesday! Amazing customer service and I look forward to doing business with these guys for many years to come.

Customer service in the office is great and the guys are always professional in the field. Flowerbed maintenance is great as well! 10/10 would recommend!
Tore up my yard today, (second week in a row). The ground is way to wet for a mower, but these idiots wanted to try anyway. Now I have mud clumps all the way down my driveway and tire tracks through my grass. Its the last straw. Get what you pay for, now Ive actually got to pay more to fix what they damaged!

Spotty cutting. Called to cancel my service because we bought a lawnmower and they told me there is a $30 cancellation fee. I was not informed of this nor was it on the ad they sent out to everyone. Rude and unprofessional
Office staff is nice, but the owner wasnt pleasant at all. I had an issue with the services and I was waiting on a call back from the owner. Once I spoke with her, for some reason she had an attitude. There will be issues/problems with any service...the nature of the business. But theres no reason to over talk and form an attitude. Today was the last I will be using of Lawn Jox

Talked to owner in January to start a one-yr service, paid in advance (BIGGEST MISTAKE) and received awful service. Year of service is over, still have weeds. Would leave messages for owner to call back and never did. When I would call again, shes rude and has terrible attitude.. doesnt remember that if there are no costumers there,s no business. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER.
Would give zero stars if I could. Was quoted a price approximately one week before they came to cut my lawn. After seeing their work, I had already decided I would no longer be using their service. They missed an entire portion of the lawn. The weed eating was spotty at best, and they neglected to blow the clippings from my back patio. To add insult to injury, they called today and informed me they would be charging me double because my grass was tall. It rained for nearly a week straight! Of course the grass was taller! I would not recommend this service.
