Lawn Doctor always notifies us in advance when they will be servicing our lawn. We have a dog who is a flight risk, so I appreciate knowing when they will be there so that I can ensure the dog is inside. The employees are always very courteous, respectful of our property, and do a great job. We have been using Lawn Doctor for over 5 years and have been very pleased with their service.

I am a former customer as of today. I used Lawn Doctor for 4+ years. We had an excellent technician that would come to the house, do the treatments as had been prepaid for, until this year. We have had multiple technicians come out and claim they provided services, leave their fancy little note on the door saying they provided a service and the yard would look worse and worse each time they came. Three weeks ago, after calling the office throughout this year multiple times complaining, a competent and courteous technician (Eric) was sent (after requesting meet a competent technician)to the house to tell me what was wrong with my yard. After looking over the yard with me, explaining everything, he told me he could tell the services (4) were never completed I had paid for in advance, in addition to an extra soil enrichment. I called and spoke with John several times about the payments for services that were never performed being applied to future services and was told since Eric performed the fertilization and 1/2 of the the soil enrichment nothing would be applied to future services. Why would the services I paid for and never performed not be applied to future services? I will find a lawn treatment company that will actually do what is paid for. John-you personally lost a loyal, years long, customer for Lawn Doctor.

Wanted 240 dollars to aerate a backyard. Maybe 2000 square foot lol..

I am disappointed. Used to be good service and results, and I have recommended them to neighbors in the past but services went downhill in 2021 and 2022 with delayed/missed apps (likely due to labor shortages). Nail in the coffin was a bad experience with a new tech who replaced Brad (Brad was a very excellent tech who did good work and took his time). I immediately canceled service today. They must have a hard time getting good workers because earlier this year I witnessed 2 of their techs racing each other and driving aggressively up Craft road to the lawn doctor office. I called it in to their office manager lady. Maybe I should have called OBPD instead.

Only been with them this year, but yard looks really good. They service my yard before rain so I dont have to water. Except for dry spell we had. I recommend them to everyone that ask me if I know someone reasonable.

When we first moved in to our home 15 years ago, we used a large well known commercialized company to spray our yard for weeds, but our yard still had many dandelions and milkweed that they couldn t control. So, when I talked to a neighbor about their beautiful yard, they said they used a local company called Lawn Doctors, so I immediately canceled my other service and hired Lawn Doctors. They came out and serviced my yard, and I could see the difference within a week. All the weeds disappeared and my grass was growing beautifully, not to mention they cost WAY less than the commercialized company. I have been a Lawn Doctors customer ever since (for 14 years), and my yard still looks beautiful every year! Even if I see pesky weeds in between services, a tech comes out to handle immediately. I would highly recommend Lawn Doctors because they simply are the best around, and their customer service is top notch, always friendly and extremely helpful.

Id actually rate them 4.5. Before switching to LD, I was with a vendor for almost 13 years. Once they changed ownership, their service declined and my lawn didnt look so good anymore. I researched multiple lawn services and decided on LD. Prices-packages 2 years ago were all within a few dollars of one another but what sold me, the LD technician actually walked my yard (others I researched at the time, did, some didnt), made recommendations, and used a pH meter to show where my soil was an issue causing my Bermuda grass not to grow as well as it should be. Getting back to my expectations was not going to happen overnight. However, at the end of my second season with LD, its pretty close. Even with as little rain as we had last year and those higher than normal temps from June-August. Id highly recommend LD for your lawn care, no doubt!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY****** Do not trust the Management of this company with your credit card. I sold my house a year ago. Have them notice of my sale of my house called and made arrangements for the final sprayings after using them for 7 years. They would be in January and April 2022. They did them just as the man suggested. I believe it was the owner. Now after January of 2023 they spray the yard of the new owner and charge my credit card and refuse to credit back my money stating I never let them know and there is nothing on my file. Now I did not have any services all year other than the 2. Every year I did yard , tree and shrub, lime, and bugs. But they doubt my word. They can charge anyone s card they want. If they charged every card that leaves one additional time can you imagine the money they can make extra. Do not trust them. Now if they will do this with your money what else are they doing.

Very poor service and communication. Called many times to get a bill resolved for a service that should have already been cancelled. Manager never called back. They reported it to collections for no reason. Also, they were never able to get my weeds under control. Desoto Turf is the way to go

We have had Lawn Doctor handling our weed and past control for approximately 12 years, Their services have help in receiving Yard-0f-the -Month twice in a neighborhood of 467 homes. On the one occasion that we had a concern, the owner came out immediately to visit us and quickly determined that the problem with a spot in our lawn was attributed to the builder burying a refuse pile just below the soil surface (not a Lawn Doctor problem). This is a reputable company with friendly service providers. Highly recommended.

We have been with Lawn Doctor several years and even longer before we moved. They always work with us on times that are convenient for us. If we have questions, they are easy to reach. If we need touch-ups, they are very responsive. I would recommend their services.

They used to be good but I recently had to fire them because the weeds were getting out of control and I am finding myself doing all the work behind them- so I am just wasting my money. They would come by and spot spray some but honestly did not do a very good job like they have in the past. I don t know if they have a lot of new folks that may need some better training but I was satisfied last year but this year absolutely not.

I have been using them for a year now and the weeds have gotten worse because thier technician has been treating the yard for a different type of weed which they said so themselves but they do not want to do anything about it so i wasted a year of my time and money.

Returned my call about a quote the same day. Professional. Very nice and easy to work with. Thorough. Left a handwritten note detailing service and proving recommendations. Showed up when they said they would.

Dosent kill weeds 100%. Soon as you pay they will schedule another treatment that doesnt kill all weeds.

Lawn Doctor always calls me a day in advance to let me know that they will be servicing my lawn the following day. My previous lawn service was unable to do this. My lawn is green and growing like crazy right now. The price is much better than my previous lawn service.

I have had Lawn Doctor for a couple of years now. They started off great for the first year or two, but now I have a lot more weeds in my yard than i should for paying $662.00 a year.

We have been using Lawn Doctor for almost 10 years now for our weed control annual program. Ive had one small pricing increase from them in almost ten years, thats it. We prepay them for the full year and they call me the day before they visit to confirm my gate will be unlocked. This company is a great set it and forget it. I never have to call and remind them to come. We are always on their schedule and never been missed. One less thing for me to worry about. A great value for the money. They were recommended by a neighbor when we moved in, and we are very pleased with them.

Not satisfied with their service at all. Just requested my refund for the rest of the year. I have more weeds now than I have ever had before.

For years I spent tons of money and time on my yard and could only half-way make it look good. The chemicals and fertilizer they use worked far better than what I could buy. Their pre-emergent they use may take time, but year 2 the yard was 99% weed free. Right now you could put every weed I have in a shoe box.

Excellent Service!

We have been using this company for a few years. It seemed to be fine initially. Then I would see an invoice but no proof that anyone treated my yard. They seemed to be out of the blue dye a few times. Then, I got a notice that the job was completed before it started. I also saw from my cameras that a complete job was not always done. Maybe they guy thought no one was there or would notice. Another guy came and said that guy was let go and he would make sure my yard was properly treated from then on. Well, it was ok briefly and now I have weeds a few burnt places with grass missing. We have tried to do what we could to treat it ourselves. This is awful and if it cant be done correctly, please DONT COME BACK!!!

Been using them for about 3 years or so. Still have the same weeds in the same area. Last time they were at my house the technician was so fast he forgot to spray for the weeds. Good thing I looked at my cameras after he had left. After talking to my neighbor who uses them also he wonders if he has been short changed also. May be the last season with them. I would like to update... {The technician Ben that came to my house on 9/1/20 did A outstanding job. He spent more time and was very thorough inspecting my yard. }

They don t care about the employees or the customers. If you are a call ahead good luck on getting a call and if your gate is locked some of the Tech will jump your gate to unlock cause Lawn Doctor care more about money then the laws of trespassing. It could be raining or snowing and they re still going to do your yard cause they want their money. They could care less if employees are sick with respiratory infections from the illegal chemicals and they don t offer a mask when spraying. Busted by epa for spraying illegal chemicals in all customers lawns. And over charge some customers so that others can have discounts. If u are brave enough to do business with them make sure u request your yard be remeasured every year, and ask your neighbor to see there invoice because he or she probably has the same size yard and willing to bet there is a price difference.

Horrible service and they will argue with you about your service.. I won t say any names but a woman in the front office has a attitude about everything.. there are more companies out there that are better.. switching back to green king myself

You can almost tell who uses lawn doctor in our neighborhood. Their service is awesome. Not a single weed so far.

We had sowed our backyard from our RV pad all around to the right side of our patio to the fence. We had asked Lawn Doctor to fertilize our front yard as well as only that part of our backyard. Well our grass has died and turned to dirt. Plus my Golden Retriver we had would dig and eat the dirt. He began to get sick last Oct. 2017. He died 3/2018 at age 5 with stomach cancer. I feel they over fertilized my backyard which killed it plus killed my beloved pet. The Manager came outunanouned. In front of my husband, in so many words, said I was a liar. He said I called him to come out to the house that morning. Which was not true. I was in the bed a sleep at 8:am. My family knows that to be true. Lawn Doctor called and woke me up. I had called them once at 5pm the day before complaining about my lawn. I told them to give me a days notice before coming out. They did not. When the Manager came out he was very rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to no one. He was not smyphathic about the lost of my dog nor the effort that has been put into our lawn as well as the cost we have lost.

I will not use this company any longer. Their customer service is subpar. They had no willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy regarding their service. I had better luck using Scotts that I bought at Home Depot. I am willing to give a company the benefit of the doubt regarding my yard when the weather in the Spring and in the Summer is not ideal but I was continually talked to like I was a novice regarding my yard.

Love the service, Have been using the service for over 3yrs, they have did excellent work on my yard, my grass is one of the greener lawns in my community, it look so nice. My sister from Florida raves about my lawn in the summer, so dark green and pretty.... I have since seen that many homeowners in my community have started using the services due to the lawn doctor signs popping up everywhere..wish I could have gotten that referral incentive..Oh well, highly recommend...keep up the good work!!!

If I owned a home, I would use their services. Theyve serviced my mothers home in Olive Branch for the last 4 years, and her yard looks the best on her street. Weve never had any problems with the service. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and I can tell they take great pride in their work. She rarely has weeds between her treatments, but they stand by their guarantee if you ever have a problem with weeds or other issues. Also, the ladies in the office are always so sweet and helpful. I would never allow her to use another lawn service provider.

These guys have taken great care of my yard in Oxford for over a year. I had the greenest lawn in my neighborhood. Just moved and will continue services with them.

There customer service is terrible. They did not help my yard at all. The staff has a dont care attitude. They are not knowledgeable about anything. They come out and spray in spots and bill you for the whole yard price. I asked them to redo my yard because I was not satisfied and supervisor response was, we are not going to waste chemicals by coming to redo your yard. Terrible company.

The service was ok until I booked a lawn mowing through their sister company LD Cuts. On their first trip out, these guys broke off half of once of my fence posts and damaged my gate so that it wouldnt close correctly. Since there was no contractual obligation, I called and left voicemails with both Lawn Doctor and LD Cuts saying to not show back up at my house to mow my grass. So I come home today to find another bill waiting on me for a second mowing. Stay away from these cons.

I called them up to tell them to stop doing my lawn because it started looking worse than before. One of the staff members told me to give them another chance and they would make it right. Nobody came to service my lawn but they sent me a bill and kept calling me asking for payment for a service they never did. Please stay away from this cheats.
