When I arrived Jeff was up front asked me if he could help me. He showed me all the plants I was looking for, helped me load them up and told me how to plant them. Thought this process would take all day he made it take just a few minutes. Fantastic customer service Jeff thank you.
We purchased an expensive tree from this nursery, and about 3 weeks after planting it we noticed it wasn’t looking well. We followed a detailed watering plan for the specific tree so we didn’t think that was a problem. We tried for another week or so and decided to call and ask about a return policy. The lady who took the call was very rude, telling us we didn’t water it properly, and after some prying she finally told us we were past the window for returns, which are after a month you would get another plant/ tree for half off. This isn’t posted anywhere and is kind of a bad policy, but thats just my opinion. The place has a nice selection of plants and is one of the few places I can find sod (sometimes)
Purchased 8 expensive plants and planted them the same day. I watered the plants everyday day and 2 weeks later the plants started to die. I called the store to see could I exchange them for something else, the same lady that sold me the plants answered the phone with an attitude and told me I couldnt Exchange them because she know I didnt water them. I will never spend a dime at this place again. That’s my fault for trying to shop locally though.
While their selection is impressive, it's incredibly expensive. Four seasons in Hernando has better prices and their stock is locally grown. When I arrived, I walked in and asked if they had any nasturtium plants. Bear in mind, I am a woman of small stature, and I open carry a full sized 9mm. The look, attitude, and tone I got from who I'm assuming is the owners (the old man and a typical cis/het male who clearly watches football) was as if I was bothering them, very misogynistic, and like they'd never seen a woman carrying a gun. In reality, I open carry mine because I WANT people to know I have a way to defend myself. Again, I'm the size of a large 16 year old .. and I'm disabled... Just their vibes alone was off-putting. So, I will not be returning or spending my money here. I can't believe people actually pay these prices too. I'm sure others didn't get their attitudes but I sure did.
John at Quality Landscape was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the new flower beds at the American Red Cross. We will definitely be back to help with our transformation!

This place is absolutely fabulous! The employees were a huge help and the checkout process was super easy. We were able to find a healthy and affordable Redhaven peach tree here and already have about 70 peaches on our little tree. Looking forward to lots of peach cobbler this summer! Definitely recommend this nursery!

My first time ever visit . Anyway I didnt pay attention to my receipt till I got home. Vegetable and herb plants displayed 2.99 each for 4 inch plants. I was charged 3.99 each at checkout . My fault for not paying attention at checkout . I thought what i was getting seemed a bit much . Want happen again. I called a few minutes prior to visit and they said they were 2.00 each . Hmmmm! May just have to stick with the Co-op .

I love this place! They have a huge selection of plants, shrubs, trees and flowers! More of the unusual stuff that the big box stores dont have. They also sell fountains and fertilizer and pots. You can purchase sod and dirt and rock here as well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The flower selection alone will make you smile! It gets very busy on the weekends. They are located right on Goodman Rd so it is easy to find. If you need plants to start your vegetable garden take a look here. If you want to buy a tree, go here. Its fun to just walk around and look if you love plants like I do!
I won t buy from them ever again! Customer service is terrible! Just spent ANOTHER 2,000 on trees. They planted them on ROCK! Rocks on top!!! It s ridiculous. Paid 65%of the tree cost to deliver and plant! Called se real times. NO HELP!!!! Ignored!!! II spent thousands when we built our new house 2 years ago. Bought all our trees, shrubs etc! From them. NEVER AGAIN.

Their staff are super knowledgeable, but open minded to new information regarding plants. For me and based on quite a few years experience, the quality of the items they sell is top notch. Ive spent quite a bit of my money at this establishment and would do it all over again due the their quality. Hey, I bet thats why the word Quality is in their name! I truly believe it and what they say.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The parking is easy and spacious. The store is very neat and has plenty of your gardening need. There are plenty of variety of trees plants and flowers to choose from. They have beautiful pots big and small. They have servers to load the vehicle very neatly. It was a great first time experience. Please stop by.
Love this place and love the people there! I own a landscaping company and have had the chance to go to a lot of supply yards/nurseries and this is by far one of my favorites. Ms. Donna always knows what me or my guys need and Julio is a great loader, he s never damaged one of my trucks or trailers unlike some places I ve been haha.
What can I say? I just love this place. The variety is superb, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are fair. Everything you need to create the landscape or garden of your dreams is in one place.
This place has a TON of plants, trees, shrubs, etc to choose from. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to have found a local place to satisfy my plant needs.

I don t recommend them at all, after spending thousands of dollars with them every month I was told by the manager Wesley that I need search my own price list and add up my total myself because he isn t goin to spend his time to give me my total at purchase if I wanted to know how much I was spending then start keepin my own notes on his prices.
