Very nice staff however, when I see on my ring camera, the application takes less than 10 minutes and they are gone. I did have some large areas that are burnt and dead and they did not offer to replace the sod unless I purchased it. I am done.

Josh does a great job at communicating when appointments are set and when he ll come out. While working, he always informs me of what work he s doing and what I should do to maintain my yard.

terrible service and a complete waste of money. I gave them 6 months to get rid of the weeds in the lawn. I advise them each month the problem was weeds. I didnt care if they used agent orange, just stop the growth of weeds and dollar weed in the lawn. After 6 months I had more weeds in month 6 than I had in month 1. I would never recommend this company.

When we had a rat get in the attic recently, Lee came out, used a camera to track it, set out traps, and then came out to check periodically until it was caught. He even walked us around the house to double check where it might have gotten in. Im very grateful for the care he took to resolve our problem. Hes always friendly, professional and courteous. we have been living in dunedin for 13 years now, and i have lost count how many lawn maintenance companies/individuals i have used and changed! the company i used before assuregreen was good till they assigned my technician to some where else and skipped treatment for half year because of staffing shortage! that is when i came cross assuregreen. and that was more than 4 years ago! what i really appreciate is their stability as opposed to a revolving door. i especially love Aderius who has been treating my lawn from the beginning (he took a year of sabbatical but now is back! we are super happy about it) i also like the fact there is ALWAYS someone there answering the phone calls, and they are timely and very organized with their billing too!

Super impressed from the very start. Response times are quick, voice notifications come the day before and the techs let me know there are here before they start, they don t just show up in my back yard. I have dogs so communication is important to keep them safe, and I get that from the team at AssureGreen. Josh was so educated in the various weeds and how we are going to treat them. He educated me better than anyone I ve had before. Highly Recommended if you want great interactive service!! They ve got a great process and I m already seeing good results after two treatments.

When my landscaper (Dombrowski Properties) installed new sod in the front yard of our Dunedin winter home in August 2023, he recommended I hire AssureGreen to treat the lawn to keep it looking its best, so I did. I have been extremely happy with the service provided by Joshs team. They always remind me a few days in advance when they are coming out, always show up, and give me a summary report of what they did and the state of my lawn, which is greatly appreciated since were only there 4-5 months of the year. I just has new sod installed in the back yard last month, so I have complete confidence they will keep it in good shape as well. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to keep there lawn in great shape at a very reasonable cost.

I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. I had a brown patch that they are working on and we are getting close to success. The guys are friendly and informative.

Used them for over 2 years and our yard gradually started looking awful. Had a supervisor come out and look at it, had repeat service a couple weeks later, another supervisor came out 3 weeks after that and claimed it was drought but we had no issues with our sprinkler system and watered everyday. So we asked for him to please come back in a couple of months and check our grass again. Never saw or heard from the company again and we never cancelled service. I seriously think they were spraying only our front yard which looked okay and failed to spray the rest. We have a rather large yard and the guys that sprayed were on our property all of 5 minutes. Would not recommend them at all!!!!

My grass looks great! I had some new sod and they came out the next day to test the small area.

UPDATE: The previous review was due to a misunderstanding on my own part. Somehow I had come across the wrong number to reach the company for inquiries of what was done on my lawn. The owner had reached out to me directly and explained the miscommunications and was very professional. They will call you before they arrive on your property but my voicemail was full and I never check them anyways. It would be nice if we could receive a text instead. My lawn does NOT require much water as it retains moisture very well and is mostly shaded near the front by the roof edge. The instructions given to water everyday was to help root-in, However, I did not explain the conditions of my lawn and 99% of the time this is what is required and told to do with newly installed sod, so I get it. All in all I am very pleased how the company reached out to me with my concerns and it shows that they genuinely care about their business and customers.

I am not big fan of Josh at Assured Green, we discontinued services after first treatment, it didn t work. We contracted a bigger company whom got right the first time, they also had termite and they sprayed and fertilizer the whole property lawn and bushes. We will give them a shot in the interior and then make our decision if we will stay or not.

Rest Assured: no more Assure Green on my property! We contracted Assure Green with a yearly pre-paid agreement which we had to cancel for poor service. Due to wrong analysis and consequent wrong treatments we were forced to replace some of our lawn with new sod patches. This was done on my expense of several hundred dollars by another provider. Seems like no one in this group (manager Josh included) knows enough about the greens they are supposed to treat. Plain crabgrass is left to flourish, strong weeds are not treated with the proper weed killing product, etc.. No more

Had them for many years and lately the quality of service went downhill. They didn t identify a grub issue from the beginning and now my lawn is the worst in the neighborhood. Trying to remedy on my own. Years ago, I would of gave 5-stars...If I could I would give them zero stars. Lee helps us with our pests and he has saved my sanity. Our current home is located in an area where we had daily guests and we had a really bad roach problem. Since starting the services, we never see any pests. Lee is an awesome guy and great at what he does!

Assure Green is by far the best chemical service around. When we put our yard in 2 1/2 years ago. We started a chemical service with another company and the yard looked only ok. Not great by far. To our own fault we canceled the service to try and tackle the yard ourselves and failed miserably! Chinch bugs got us good. I thought I was going to have to replace the entire yard. I called Assure Green. They were quick to respond & showed up on time. Fast forward a year later and our yard has completely bounced back. I recently called thinking we had mole crickets. They immediately came out to take a look and turns out it was a pesky possum. Assure Green values their customers and treats them well. We will be life long customers.

I just want to thank Mark the area service manager for coming out and addressing the issues with my lawn. He gave some great tips and will have the technician adjust our service. Thank you so much.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with and the receptionist is exceptional. I use their service to provide nutrients/herbicide/pesticide for my lawn. My lawn has been doing well ever since. They are also cautious not to apply anything that may harm the lawn if they feel it is stressed (ie- from lack of water during the dry season) and are able to provide answers to my questions along with suggestions to help improve the lawn.

Longtime lawn maintenance person retired so went looking. Contacted four places. Three gave me an estimate over the phone and said they could see my yard on Google Maps. I hired them back in February, I had some weeds and part of my lawn was not doing well when I hired Assure Green, which is why I hired them. To improve those areas of my lawn that had issues by getting rid of the weeds and feeding the lawn and whatever it took to improve bad areas and keep the rest beautiful. They did nothing but actually make it worse. Crab Grass had never been a problem before, it was taking over my yard even in parts that were beautiful and had never had issues. When the gentleman that sold me on there service asked me to give them a year. Had I given them 5 more months, I would probably have no St. Augustine and have a yard full of crab grass and weeds. This does not even mention that I was paying an extra 55 for my plants. My gold mounds are dying from whatever they did to them, my traveler palms are no better. Not to mention that I called them out on a couple of occasions and everything was everyone elses fault, lawn people, neighbors across street yard because they have weeds, leaves, too much rain, too much heat, too sunny, people must walk by my palms to make the leaves crack. they have a policy and we will come out and respray or whatever needs to be done. That is a bunch of BS in itself. Long story short. I would not trust them and anyone that uses them needs to actually look closely at there lawn, because crab grass is green and looks ok at a distance but when the flowers start coming out, you look and say what is that.. It will kill your grass.

Every month, the billing is screwed up and requires a phone call. They cant seem to get it right. They always overcharge.

Josh came to my home today to discuss lawn care. He was so knowledgeable and recognized the problem I was having immediately. I will be hiring him to begin my treatments.

My sales rep, Dalton was a pleasure to work with. He is easy to get a hold of and prompt with replies when i had a question. The guys that service were very upfront of what types of weeds their treatments would take care of and which weeds would require me to decide to kill and replant grass. The health of my lawn has greatly improved and Ive only had 2 treatments!

Paul, the assure green technician stopped by today to apply nutrient and fungicide treatment on my lawn. Since AssureGreen has been caring for my lawn, it has been dubbed Resurrection Lawn by the neighbors. Previously cared for by another major lawn franchise, grubs, webworm and mole crickets had reduced my lawn to a dust bowl, while they watched!. My lawn is so healthy I now must mow twice a week, and to keep up, now the neighbors must mow also. Trust me when I say my neighbors prefer a robust lawn next door to a dust bowl. Paul, my lawn technician and Dalton the sales rep, have all been exceptional in reviewing my lawns needs and administering the appropriate strategy. PS: for me to give a 5 star for anything, walking on water is a requirement.

Switched to AssureGreen in Jan of 2019. Our previous service through a large national chain was mediocre. The yard was green but there were always weeds. During our initial meeting with AssureGreen we were told there were weeds because our previous service used watered down chemicals. But not to worry, in a month our yard will be looking better than ever. Obviously that never happened. The weeds persisted and as the months ticked away we began to have insect infestations that created brown and bare patches. I kept waiting for AssureGreen to resolve the problem. After all, Im not a yard expert but even I can diagnose and resolve a cinch bug issue. Talked to them multiple times but only got lame excuses about county ordinances and solicitations for more billed treatments. Well, 10 months later my yard looks like a post apocalyptic hellscape. I cant imagine how a yard service could turn a healthy lawn into the patchy mess in my front yard and do nothing about it. Just cancelled my service with AssureGreen yesterday and treated the yard myself. Ive been a home owner with lawn service for 10 years. These guys are the worst.

Beware! After being a paying customer for a year this is what my lawn looks like. There is no fixing it, will cost me $1,300.00 to have my sod replaced. I have given Assure Green the opportunity to do the right thing prior to me releasing this information , but they have since ignored all of my emails so here I am.

I am very happy I found this company. I have been with them for over 5 years now and they have always been very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. They explain the different things that can occur throughout our Florida seasons and different adjustments I should make. Thanks Guys!

We have used Assure Green Property Services for over 12 years and they are the gold standard for customer services. Not only is the team incredibly knowledgeable about lawn care, they have managed to keep up updated on the status of our lawn once we moved out of town. Assure Green is the ONE vendor that we will keep as long as we own this home because every time time I email or call someone at the office, the customer experience is nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend for reliable and friendly service.

Where do I begin. This company does NOT deserve any stars. This company has completely killed my lawn in a matter of weeks. We decided we would try a new company....so much for that BACKFIRE!!!! I went from having one of the nicest yards in my neighborhood to now having to replace my ENTIRE yard. My yard looks the WORST it has ever looked. No one at this company will take any responsibility for anything. From the moment we had our lawn treated we noticed it immediately turning yellow/brown and could see the exact locations the spray had been applied in a zig-zag manor (killing everything around it). We called the office and no one returned our call. We called again and we were asked to send an email, in which we did and that was never received by them. After the 3rd call while we were on vacation, they stated the email went into the junk folder and they still were not offering any further assistance to fix the problem they caused to my yard. Just offer to treat it again for no cost. This was not the answer we were looking for. I am MORE than willing to pay for a service, but to pay to have a service kill my lawn is not acceptable. The weeds I now have in my yard are actually greener than my grass. PSA- Do yourself a favor and stay FAR way from this company. Below are pictures to provide an image of what we started with vs. a few weeks in what we were left with. UPDATE: Amazed at the Google response that was provided! The entire response is a huge lie. You do what you have to do to make yourself feel good but to lie and end the response with god bless really? If that makes you feel warm and fuzzy after you stretch the truth so be it. To state my husband was drunk? Nice! The zip zags were prior to the curbing being completed. Hence the reason for the very first phone call made days after the first service that was completed. Please be informed no curbing was done between the street and the sidewalk that is also yellow/brown? Nice excuse but once again another fib . Adding to the zig zag motion I m sure the curbing folks decided to walk or run back and forth all over my lawn for fun. Seems funny how they would run around with a wheel barrel all in my front yard, throughout the entire yard and hit the exact spots to cause the yellowing?! Complete sense!!!!!!! Not one time was anything mentioned about replacing my yard, not once! The offer was to have my yard tested by the state. Again, just a response from you on Google to make yourself look better as a business! The so called owner called my husband on Friday to pick a fight, after two times of not allowing my husband to explain his side of the story, my husband decided to end the call as there was not going to be any resolution. Guessing he was inebriated then too? Just a guess?!? Nothing you have done as a company has tried to make things better. Nothing but excuses! We agreed that there may have been damage to the lawn by the curbing company but not my entire yard, there is no way! Again even the front area between the street and sidewalk is now dead! Matter of fact the only green living thing in my yard is weeds? I thought that is what your company sprayed for? Huh.. odd, don t you think? Based on the second and third opinion by other companies, just provides proof our yard has a chemical burn (possibly the zig-zag marks). Best of luck in the future with your business. My hope is there is not more folks who have lawn issues from your company. Based on reviews we were not the first!!

My elderly mother used their services for years, but the lawn always had weeds and the lawn never looked good. When I took over her finances I called to cancel. They had been pre-paid and they said they would send a refund for unused services. I called again three weeks later but never did get a refund. Update - they claim I reviewed the wrong company, but Im looking at their invoice right now. AssureGreen Property Services, Oldsmar Florida. I have given up on calling them. Also, my sister told me that when Mom tried to cancel their services, they said no, because you owe us money.

I am a property manager for two companies and have used Assure Green for a few years. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

This week, I had sent AssureGreen an email, to report that I had found a small patch of weeds on one area of our lawn. Jason Sims, the Owner/Operator of AssureGreen Co. arrived this afternoon to look at the small patch of weeds, that I was going to spot spray myself. Jason determined what type of weeds they are and told me that he would arrange for an application of weed killer to take care of the issues. The team that sprays my yard is wonderful! I had a spot of dying grass and asked them about it, and within an hour they were treating it for cinch bugs. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this service.

What a pleasant surprise when we found out who had left a beautiful Poinsettia plant outside our door at Christmas. A neighbor recently remarked about the plant. Before that we had no idea where it came from. Assure Green has taken care of our lawn for a number of years and does a wonderful job. Any time we notice a problem, all it takes is a call for help and someone comes as soon as possible to correct the situation. A very caring and capable staff. I recommend highly. House and yard built 1980, fixed sprinklers and well system, hired a professional lawn cutting company and gardener. Previous owner we will say tried; Assure green after 2 years ... we are getting lots of neighbors saying how exceptional our grass, yard and landscaping looks. Glad we found you too Assure Green.
