True Turf Lawn Maintenance LLC in Olathe

True Turf does the seasonal fertilizing, seeding, etc for our lawn. It is the best it has ever been. We've gotten compliments from the neighbors on how good the yard looks. That's never happened in the 14 years we've been here! Highly recommend True Turf.

Awesome service

Rally horrible customer service. Ran over my downspouts multiple times almost ripping them off unnecessarily (on a hinge and could have been easily lifted). Would often mow just my front yard but always charged the full price. Would seem put off when I would ask them to not mow when the ground was fully saturated and their mowers would destroy the grass and create depressions in the ground. They then had the audacity to cancel my service because it took them 10-15 whole minutes to complete service at my house. If I could give 0 stars I totally would. If you want a job that is POORLY done then I would highly recommend them.

Judging by the other reviews this isn't a shocker, but had one of their trucks pull out in front of me on metcalf during rush hour. Something tells me the employees either don't realize their brand is on the truck or don't understand the implications of how that makes a business look Update: Peter called and was very apologetic. Wanted to get more information on the driver to confirm. Peter came off as a good guy. Wish him the best

Horrible I clearly stated to Sandy the person that answers the phone for the company what I needed done in my yard and finally 3 weeks later they put me on the grass cutting schedule and when the guys came out they didn't cut anything I had requested them to cut and when I tried calling the office no one answered and I finally got a call back from sandy and she apologized she said she told them to cut it and the next morning Peter the owner of the company called me and said it was miscommunication and sandy didn't tell him to cut it and I'm to far to come back and do what I paid them to do so he prefers to not come back until he's in the area again in over 1 week so I told him I will call someone else horrible company
