Mark and his team did a great job with our landscaping project. He met with us multiple times as we worked through the design. The implementation went smoothly. His landscape team was well organized, polite and always kept the workspace clean. We planted in late Fall and are looking forward to it growing in the Spring. I would recommend them to others.

Rooted just completed a large landscaping project that included several retaining walls and lighting. Mark and the Rooted team were very detailed when helping lay out our project and communication couldn’t have been better. They are also taking care of my lawn care and irrigation needs with the same level of service. I highly recommend Rooted Landscape for any of your lawn care/landscaping needs!
Was referred to Rooted Landscape to do site repairs after our in-ground pool construction. Nothing glamorous, redo the back yard sprinklers, rebuilt a small-ish brick wall, new soil, leveled the ground, and put down new seed (actually our seed because we had bags of it). The team was out quickly to do the work and they work at a fast but very accurate pace. Did a fabulous job rebuilding our brick wall. Addressed all of my soil concerns, but then we decided to go buy 6 trees and Mark & his team not only added it to the scope, but jumped right in to get it done. We bought the trees on Saturday, they were able to accommodate a Monday pick up and got them planted that day. Which the crew did a FABULOUS job planting. Everything is straight, despite being on a slightly sloped grade, they were very cautious with their handling of the trees (6 total), were super friendly, totally accommodating and willing to do what we asked of them. Oh and AWESOME pricing, truly. Had other quotes and their cost blue the competition out of the water, not to mention the service was spectacular. Clearly I recommend them for your next project. You’ll be happy to work with them.
We definitely recommend using Rooted Landscape. We had a very big project that they did after we put in a pool. There were a lot of components going on and the communication throughout the whole time and attention to detail was excellent. Mark was especially helpful, pleasant, accommodating, and readily available with any questions that we had. He texted and emailed us back right away. He also was glad to meet us at the job site several times to go over what we wanted and how we wanted it done. I might add that I have high expectations (picky) :-) and they met those expectations above and beyond. Tyler was very helpful with the irrigation part of it and was on the job site overseeing that things were done correctly and thoroughly making sure all of the sprinkler heads hit the grass plants and trees. He was also helpful with learning the new Irrigation system/knowledgeable on how it all worked. If you need landscaping, big or small, don’t hesitate to use Rooted Landscape.
Rooted Landscape just finished our flower bed project and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Mark was thorough, professional, quick at responding & always more than willing to adjust the design until it perfectly aligned with my vision. The customer service alone sold us on hiring them, but the landscape digital rendering was an added plus. Mark and the team helped us design and execute landscaping our entire backyard after we had an in-ground pool put in. They took care of everything seamlessly from initial consult to the final step of our project which was sod installation. Their team was meticulous and executed the design beautifully. They worked quickly and communicated extremely well. We plan to work with them for years to come!
We used Rooted for a full landscape remodel after installing a pool. Cant say enough good things about Mark and the team. From design to final install of sod, the team was excellent. Mark handled all design and project management, kept things on time, and made adjustments to designs and materials as needed. Mark also kept the project right on budget. The crew was efficient and professional, starting and finishing on schedule. If you have any landscape needs, we cant recommend Rooted Landscape enough.

In a world where it is more and more difficult to find good customer service, Mark and Jerrod at Rooted Landscape proved that there are still businesses that care about their customers and the quality of work they do. I recently had my tree line in the back of my yard cleared of overgrown saplings and grass and when the truck was leaving they accidentally hit my irrigation valve box. I spoke with Mark and he apologized and said they would fix it as soon as they could. Fast forward five days later and the sod got laid sooner than expected and my irrigation still wasn t working. I called Mark and he and Jerrod were at my house in less than 30 minutes and had the valve box repaired with water running in less than an hour. Mark helped adjust all sprinkler heads to ensure the sod would get enough water and gave me directions on how to use the newly repaired pipe. If you are looking for a landscaping business that takes care of their customers and does the job right, I would highly recommend calling Rooted Landscape. I have done business with them in the past and I will continue to use them for future projects.
Mark took my wife s ideas and designed a great plan. The crew showed and planted everything in no time! Had a couple bushes that needed replacement and it was done quickly! Great small business that I would recommend to anyone!
Excellent Landscaping Services - 5 Stars! Mark and the team at Rooted exceeded our expectations, and i would totally recommend them to anyone. I am a facility manager at a local church and we undertook a multifaceted, months long project to direct water away from our foundation that saw our courtyard reimagined with new flower beds, rock gardens, huge boulders, grading, new sod, and had to work around a plethora of new irrigation heads. I highly recommend Rooted. Projects executed with this much labor, moving parts, and attention to detail only come together smoothly with lots of planning, good communication, and care. From initial consult to change orders to completion Mark was a professional and rolled with it to get us the best possible outcome. I felt valued as a customer thru the process and I never felt like we were just another project. Post-project followup has been great too, ensuring the new sod and plants are getting adequate water with some irrigation adjustments and advice. Rooted has knowledgeable staff and have prioritized customer satisfaction. They listened to our ideas and preferences, offering valuable suggestions and guidance along the way. When it was time for Rooted to do their part of the larger drainage project, they started when they said they would, and knocked it out of the park.
Loved working with Rooted! Mark Reese our Account Manager was so easy to deal with. He really listened and worked hand in hand with us to accomplish our project. He was timely with responses and always had a great attitude and demeanor. They did a great job. We couldnt be happier with their work, and we will defiantly be using them again.

As a custom home builder I m kinda picky about who I choose to be part of a project. Mark Reese and the crew at Rooted landscape exceeded are expectations by stopping by almost daily to monitor the health of the landscape plants,trees and sod .The temps were past 100 degrees and The install is absolutely beautiful so glad to be rid of the mud from this 2 house lakeside project. We highly recommend Jerrod and the Rooted Landscape team! From start to finish we had excellent customer service and were informed throughout the entire process. Jerrod met us on site to talk about our ideas for the spaces and then he provided us awesome renderings to see the landscape around our house. We wanted low maintenance landscape that would provide us privacy, and that is exactly what Rooted delivered! The installation team was also great - they were all extremely professional and cleaned up before leaving each day which we really appreciated as were surrounded by empty lots and tons of mud! Switched to rooted this season and I have been really happy with their quality of service.
Rooted did a great job doing landscape design and install for our new house. We back to a road and wanted a bed the full length of our yard for privacy. They provided a landscape design plan and an easy way to get more info on each of the types of plants and trees. The work that was done looks great and has held up well so far! Will definitely continue using and recommending Rooted for any landscaping needs

Where to begin? This is my second review but Rooted must have paid to have the first one removed. Rooted cut corners with the installation of our sprinkler system. The main water line that feeds the system failed after less than 2 years. This is a totally separate issue from my first review. The other issues are numerous and would take way too long to go into detail. Just beware of the poor quality of their work. I had another company come out and basically laughed at the work Rooted performed.
I had been a customer for 2 years with Rooted, however, we parted ways yesterday when I had a discussion with Rodney Johnson. My biggest concern is with the lack of professionalism from Rodney. I had opened a ticket 3-weeks ago about nutsedge popping through the lawn making the lawn look poorly a day after mowing. I had to call again yesterday about the ticket opened 3-weeks ago and Rodneys immediate response was it was my fault and if he had to treat the entire lawn for the nutsedge then his profitability would suffer. 70% of my lawn is in direct sunlight most of the day and with the recent hot weather, despite watering, the grass does not grow as it should. His accusation that I am not cutting at the required 5 height floored me as I have a JD tractor where the height adjuster is at its highest of 5. If he bothered to see the grass that thrives in the shade he would realize this but he made no mention of this. Rodney was adamant that my lawns appearance is my fault and continued to lay blame at my feet - so much for customer focus. There were other issues but this one told me its time to move on from Rooted.
I would recommend Rooted to anyone needing landscaping at their home. My previous landscaping beds were made of wood and quickly rotting out. Rooted removed the old beds, built new ones from stone and planted all the landscaping. They even seeded the area that not included in the new beds. I have received so many compliments from me neighbors! I cant wait until the spring when everything blooms and I can see all the colors!
