Last year, our yard was rundown due to traffic from work we had done at our house. The grass was really thin. The MW team recommended overseeding in the fall and their 7 step fertilizer plan. I was skeptical about it, but worked wonders. Our yard came in really nicely this year. Very thick and lush.

We love summer time but hate the mosquitos. Our deck was a mosquito haven. We could barely use it during summer months, it was so bad. Thankfully, that all changed when we started MWs mosquito and tick control program. We haven t had a bite since. Worth every penny!

Our yard was in pretty rough shape when we first bought our house. We took the advice of the MW team, and started their seeding and lawn treatment program. What a difference it made. Our yard is now super healthy -- full, green, and lush. My next door neighbor saw the results and decided to sign up with them as well.

MW Lawn & Landscape is a great company. I have used them for many many years (too many to count)! This summer (2022) I had my sewer line replaced and a room addition added to the back of my home. MW was very accommodating working around this construction schedule, like changing my weekly mowing day and mowing at the end of the day, upon request. In preparation for the room addition, Cody Meeker, Account Manager, even came out to remove a few shrub I could not get out by myself. Awesome company!!

MW has been our go-to for yard cares for over a quarter century! (Since I concluded my backyard was uphill any way you mowed it) They have been responsive, reliable and, while not as cheap as the neighbor kid, keep our yard looking great.

We hired MW to deliver and spread mulch in our backyard. They completed the project quickly and for a very reasonable price. It looks way better than what we could have accomplished on our own. It would have taken our entire weekend to do what they did in 2 hours and it looks beautiful. We will definitely hire them again when we need a refresh!

First time I ve used a lawn service and hit a home run. They came a week ago to mow for the 1st time but I had already mowed several days earlier. The team came to the door and informed me it was already looking good & suggested they d start the following week. Today s first mowing was clean with excellent edging. We were very pleased with their efforts and satisfied with our arrangement. We recommend them without reservation.

I had my mulch delivered today. I set a tarp out. But the delivery driver missed half of it. Instead of a pile. It stretched down my driveway to the street. Blocking the sidewalk. I sent a note to the company (Brittney) and asked if they might make it right. They blamed it on my driveway but said that they would have a talk with their delivery driver and ask him to do better next time. They said that they had already gone above and beyond by moving my delivery date to a day that it wasnt supposed to rain. And that the situation was only temporary because the mulch would only be there as long as it took me to install it. They wished me good luck with the next company that I might choose to use. Sticking with Suburban or Mulch Mart. Some lessons to be learned there about customer service. Trying to get some of it in place tonight, but its pretty buggy.

We had a very overgrown area with bamboo grass and a tree that needed trimming. The guys took the time and care needed to get it cleared up and the tree looks great. Would recommend them.

MW is currently in it s first year of working the account for my neighborhood. From my personal experience and statements from fellow residents in the neighborhood, the performance of MW has been a disappointment. Evidently they underbid everyone else and were awarded the contract with hopes they (MW) could secure a longer contract, etc. However, before the services even started there was an effort by MW to increase the cost. Unfortunately for some of the residents that have already had bad experiences with them, this low price contract seems to give MW the right to damage property and quite frankly do a poor quality job. Atleast that is what the account manager seems to believe. He was given the opportunity to correct mistakes that would have taken little time and cost to correct. However, it seems the main objective is not customer service or quality of work but rather....... 1. Make excuses and create senseless justifications to avoid making things right. 2. If there is any (not likely) willingness to actually make things right, it must be on his terms (cheaper than what was there before, different than what was there before, and whenever he feels like getting around to it). This is the modus operandi of MW s account manager for my neighborhood. Maybe MW as a whole is not this bad, but the experience over the last several months I can only say the MW must stand for Mostly Worthless . Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for lawn care.

Estimation, proposal, and work was delivered quickly. It was a great relief to no longer be ashamed of my lawn. I did have a brief miscommunication but MW Lawn stepped up and set things right. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

My wife and I recently moved into a house that, we believe, had used MW Lawn and Landscape before. The previous owners left their card, so we hired them to come turn on the sprinkler system and run a few tests on the system. I took off a day of work to make our appointment work, but the people who were supposed to come never showed up. After about an hour I called the company to get an update, but the person who answered the phone said, and I quote, Oh, Im not going to be any help to you. Apparently, anyone who had any idea what was going on was in a meeting and was not willing to update me on why no one showed up to my house. After a couple of hours, I received a call saying that, apparently, the person who was supposed to come out had just gone AWOL over the last week and he was the ONLY person who knew how to do the job. I asked why I was never contacted, and I was told it was because they didnt have any of my information on file. I pointed out that they called me to have THIS conversation, to which the person I was talking to had no answer. Honestly, if it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. What a disaster.

Update (7/9/19): After a talk with the owner (who initially asked me to remove my negative review before he would take further action to fix the issue but later agreed to handle the work to my satisfaction), their crew came out to rectify the issue. So far, the drain seems to be working and I do give credit to the company for trying to remedy the situation. Original post on 4/25/19: I made the mistake of hiring MW Lawn for grading work and french drain installation in 2017. The drain stopped working after a little over a year. I contacted them early this year for repairs. They did the work this past Monday. The work was sloppy and would not fix the problem of standing water in the yard since there were still low spots that they barely filled. The account manager/sales rep they sent to work with me is rude and belligerent. Seemed nice initially but had a terrible attitude when he came back yesterday to meet with me to go over the issues. I am unable to post my full review here due to the length, but you can find details in my Yelp review. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I plan to contact the owner and get resolution. I will post an update of the outcome.

We are so impressed with the quality of their work. We like a well manacured yard. They have exceeded our expectations! They are timely, pay attention to detail, communicate well with us what they plan to do and seem very knowledgeable about lawn care. They also do a very good job with mulching and snow removal.

If you are looking for patio construction look elsewhere. From the beginning of our project the workmanship was poor and important steps were either not done or partially done. The owner offered to make repairs as long as he could break even on the repairs....

The two men who installed our sod did an excellent job, were courteous and answered my questions. The office staff were pleasant and helpful. The professional gentleman who gave us a proposal was also friendly, timely and courteous. Just as important, the price was very reasonable.

Matt and his team operate with the highest integrity. Quality and the customers best interest are always put first.

Lawn crews do excellent work whether it s mowing, clean up or planting.

We had an area of our yard where we had struggled to find a landscaping solution that fit the space. Charlotte, the designer who handled our project, listened to what we were wanting to achieve and presented an option that was perfect and something we had never even considered on our own. The weather delayed their install schedule slightly, but they did a great job keeping us updated on their status. Very happy with the end result! Thank you!
